3. SPRAYER DESCRIPTION AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Sprayers type GARDEN and SPRINGER are hand-operated pressure sprayers which function in such a way
that air pressure above the liquid inside the container suppresses the liquid into the hose, from where it
exits through the handle and the extension under pressure and is aimed at the treated surface.
The technical data for the sprayer is listed in the table below:
Technical characteristics of the sprayer: Sprayer models
useful container volume
working pressure

4. ASSEMBLING THE SPRAYER
Sprayers are delivered in boxes and are partially disassembled, as described in Chapter 2 of this manual.
Before first use, you need to:

1. Unpack the box and remove the parts from the box.
2. Place the extension on the handle of the sprayer, located at the end of the hose and screw it
tight.
5. USING THE SPRAYER
Liquid
Solid surface solid surface
1. Turn the pump out of the sprayer and remove it.
2. Once you’ve placed the sprayer on a firm and stable surface, pour liquid with dissolved agent you’re
applying into the sprayer
3. The liquid prepared for pouring into the sprayer must not contain solid residues of the applied agent
or of another origin, so as not to clog the channels of the sprayer.
4. Do not use adhesives that are sticky or that harden in the sprayer so as not to interfere with the
function of the sprayer.
5. Close the sprayer container by screwing the body of the sprayer into the container opening.
6. Use the pump to achieve working pressure by pumping. After achieving working pressure, push the
handrail of the pump all the way, to the inside and twist it, to lock the pump.
7. You may carry the sprayer in your hand by the handrail or over your shoulder using the carrying strap.
8. Control and aim the applied agent using the handle with the extension. The length of the extension
can be adjusted by loosening the nut and extending –inserting the extension tube; the width of the jet
can be adjusted by turning the nut at the top of the nozzle.
9. When the jet weakens and ceases to be in the form of a mist made of small drops, place the sprayer
on a solid surface and re-pump it.
10. Once you have finished working with the sprayer, release the pressure out of the sprayer by pulling
the safety valve piston until all air is released (the air hissing stops).
11. Once you have finished working with the sprayer, place the sprayer upright on a solid surface,
release the pressure and unscrew the pump. Lift the handle with the extension and open the valve on
the handle. Wait a few seconds for the liquid to pour from the channels back into the container. You
may now empty the sprayer.
Page 2
12. Fill the sprayer with 2-3 liters of clean water, close it, shake it, establish working pressure in it, and
spray for 60 seconds to wash out the sprayer channels. Repeat the procedure described under 10 and
11. Wash the outside of the sprayer.

6. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

5. Do not use the sprayer if the temperature of the liquid or the environment is lower than 5 OC (close
to freezing point) or higher than 35OC (warmer than hands).
6. When establishing working pressure (pumping), check whether you have reached the pressure that
gives the jet appearance of fog by briefly opening the switch. When you achieve such a jet shape, stop
pumping.
7. In the event of the safety valve opening, stop pumping and pull the body of the safety valve to release
some pressure from the sprayer.
8. Do not establish pressure in the sprayer in any other way besides pumping using the built - in pump
by hand (such as : pumps that are not the original part of the sprayer, compressors, water supply
networks, pressure washers, pressure washers from another pressure vessel and the like).

applying could freeze inside the sprayer.
4. After every 20 fillings of the sprayers, pour 10 drops of machine oil into the sprayer pump in the place
marked in the picture.
5. After every 20 fillings of the sprayer, or in the event of a malfunction, disassemble the handle and
clean the sprayer filter.
6. Once a year or in the event of a malfunction, disassemble the parts of the safety valve, wash them,
lubricate the gasket on the piston on the valve using machine lubricant and then assemble the safety
