3. SPRAYER DESCRIPTION AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The GARDEN PRO and SPRINGER PRO sprayers are lever-operated sprayers which function in such a way
that the pump is operated by hand, via lever, pumping the liquid from the container into the pressurized
pressure chamber. The compressed air above the liquid in the pressure chamber, suppressed the liquid
into the hose, from where it’s directed though the handle and the extension to the treated surface.

The technical data for the sprayer is listed in the table below:

4. ASSEMBLING THE SPRAYER
The sprayers are shipped packed in a cardboard box, partially disassembled, as described in Chapter 2 of
this manual. Before first use it is necessary to:
1. Unpack the box and remove the parts from the box.
2. Pull the fuses out of the supplied push lever. Place one end of the push lever into the piston hole and
the other into the opening of the drive lever. Then place the fuses back into the openings at the ends of
the push lever.

3. Place the extension on the handle and screw them together.
5. USING THE SPRAYER
1. Unscrew the sprayer cover.
2. Once you’ve placed the sprayer on a firm and stable surface, pour liquid with dissolved agent you’re
applying into the sprayer. Pour the liquid through the sieve at the nozzle opening.
3. The liquid prepared for pouring into the sprayer must not contain solid residues of the applied agent
or of another origin, so as not to clog the channels of the sprayer.
Page 2.
4. Do not use adhesives that are sticky or that harden in the sprayer so as not to interfere with the
function of the sprayer.
5. Close the sprayer tank by screwing on the sprayer cap.
6. Place the sprayer on your back using the carrying straps.
7. Use the push lever to establish working pressure in the sprayer pressure container by pumping. Pump
as needed to maintain working pressure.
8. Use the attachment handle to control and direct the device. The length of the attachment can be
adjusted for sprayers with telescopic extensions by loosening the nut and extracting-inserting the
extension tube; the width of the jet can be adjusted by turning the nut on top of the nozzle.
9. When you finish using the sprayer, remove it from your shoulders and empty the tank in a separate
container. Place the sprayer back on your shoulders, establish working pressure and let the liquid
release directing it into the emptying container until air flows from the sprayer with no liquid drops.
10. Fill the sprayer with 2-3 liters of clean water, close it and shake it. Place it on your shoulders,
establish pressure and spray for 60 seconds to clean out the channels. Repeat the instructions from
point 9. Wash the outside of the sprayer.

6. When establishing working pressure (pumping), check whether you have reached the pressure that
gives the jet appearance of fog by briefly opening the switch. When you achieve such a jet shape, stop
pumping.
If you have a sprayer with mounted air gauge, use it to control the pressure. Do not let the pressure to
go over 3 bars.
MAX 3 BARS
7. Do not establish pressure in the sprayer in any other way besides pumping using the built - in pump
