THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING POLSEN.
Polsen’s HPS-A40 headphones are designed for studio tracking and mixing, as well as DJ and personal
monitoring applications. The 40 mm Neodymium drivers deliver a wide frequency response with high
sensitivity for accurate and detailed audio.
The HPS-A40 headphones feature a unique three-step bass adjustment switch on each driver that allows you
to adjust the low end to your taste. Each step adds 3 dB at 200 Hz, the heart of bass frequencies. With less
bass, vocals and speech are clearer and more understandable. Increasing the bass adds texture and depth to
music and soundtracks.
The headphone’s over-the-ear design offers sound isolation in noisy environments. Each earphone swivels
up to 90 degrees for convenient one-ear monitoring. The single-sided detachable cable terminates with a
1/8-inch (3.5 mm) mini plug and comes with a 1/4-inch adapter for compatibility with portable devices and
computers, as well as home stereos, headphone amps, and mixing boards. Thick replaceable ear cushions and
a padded headband provide comfort throughout long monitoring sessions.

This setting adds a subtle boost to the low frequencies. It adds
dimension and depth to your audio.
