1. Before installation & Pocket profile installation
1.0 Measure the pool, and diagonal, and pit. Verify that it is according to the order.
1.1 TL (Track length) = 20mm + separating wall + pool length + 25mm
1.2 Pocket profile length = TL +125mm
1.3 Install Pocket profile flush with inner pitwall.
1.4 Pocket profile has to beinstalled parallel (within 20mm).
1.5 TT (track groove to track groove) has to be kept as ordered.
1.6 Install Pocket profile and Endwall insert first, thenfinish the pool. Finish the installation when the pool iscompleted.
1.7 Make sure that Pocket profile is clean and clear of any debris orconcrete before you start to install.
2. Tracks & Mechanism installation
2.1 Mount the Guide on the track first. Mount the Guide plate on the Guide or mount the Guide-bracket to the mechanism.
2.2 Install first part ofUndertrack with Guide and Guide bracket.Guide bracket will show you correct position of
mechanism (if guide bracket isused, if not see detail C on page 4).
2.3 Fix the mechanism in front,bottom and back. Mechanism has tobeinstalled in correct depth (430mm).
2.4 Make sure that the mechanism is installed in level and in linewith the tracks.
3. Lid bracket installation
3.1 Install “Lid-brackets” and “Lid-bracket End-set” before installing roll-up tube.
3.2 Install Lid brackets according tojoints on the Lid. Evenly divide the rest ofLid bracket along the pit back wall.
3.3 Leave the brackets open so you can easily insert Roll-up tube.
4. Roll-up tube installation
4.1 Fix Roll-up tube to the shafts using the Rubber-pads, and washers, and attached screws (see page 4 detail D)
4.2 Centre Roll-up tube and fix it in the position by tightening Lock rings on both sides (see page 2)
5. Cover installation
5.1 Unfold the cover canvas behind the pitsothe cover front withplastic Gliders ison the top (obs - correct side up)
5.2 Be very careful when unwinding the ropes from the reel. The ropes must be unwound (not pulled to the side) to prevent rope
twisting (not following this can cause serious problem).
5.3 Pull the rope through the tracks, around the pulley and back to the pit (see page 2)
5.4 Put the Glider through the Guide and fix the top part of the Guide. Make sure that all screws are completely tight and
supporting plate or Guide-bracket is installed.
6. Leading bar installation
6.1 Put the cover into the groove in Leading bar.
6.2 Fix the Leading bar to the Glider-bracket (see page 4 detail B)
6.3 Manually pull the cover on to the pool.
7. Power pack and hoses installation
7.1 Install the Power pack to desired location and connect the hoses. Fill the tank with oil (thin hydraulic oil SAE 15-30). Before
connecting cover orrope tothe mechanism, Run the Power pack one way only for 3 min. Make sure that the oiltank is
full after test run. Refill oil asnecessary depending on hose length.
8. Installation of the canvas to the Roll-up tube
8.1 Find centre ofthe tube and centre ofthe cover.
8.2 Fix the centre of canvas to the centre of Roll-up tube first, and fix the rest of the canvas to the tube (thecanvas is
wider then the tube)
8.3 Roll the cover on the tube.
9. Rope installation
9.1 Pull the ropes through the pulleys and equalizer (see page 5)
9.2 Connect the ropes to the rope drum (see page 5)
10. Lid brackets & Lid installation
10.1 Install Lid brackets and Lid according to the actual Lid brackets and Lid you have.
