All parts free from defects in material, workmanship and manufacturing for a period of 1 (one)
year from original date of retail purchase by the original end-user only if delivered to you in its
original packing, new condition and from an authorized Solitude WX1 reseller. is headset
must be used only in normal conditions.
e warranty is to be extended to the original end-user only, either purchaser or person who
has received this product as a gi. is is not a transferable warranty and will not be extended
as such.
is warranty does not cover a defect that has resulted from normal wear and tear, improper
or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, excess moisture, improper packing, lightning,
power surges or unauthorized tampering, alteration or modication. Product warranty is
limited to original defects in material and workmanship. Warranty does not cover collateral
damage. Due Misuse, abuse, incorrect charging and other inappropriate use of this product
are not covered under warranty. is warranty is not applicable to headsets purchased from an
unauthorized Solitude WX1 reseller.
We will, at our sole option, repair or replace any defective parts within a reasonable period of
time, free of charge. We will not pay shipping or transportation charges from you to us.
Limitation On Liability
e provisions of this limited warranty are in lieu of any other written warranty, whether express
or implied, written or oral, including any warranty of merchantability or tness for a particular
purpose. Notwithstanding the above, where applicable, if you qualify as a “consumer” under
the Magnuson-Moss Warranty act, then you may be entitled to any implied warranties allowed
by law for the period of the express warranty as set forth below. Some states do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
