Before thefirstuse
lRemoveall packagingmaterial.
lRemovean stickers orlabels fromtheappliance
lThoroughlyclean thebasketand thepan with hotwater, somewashing-up liquid
and anon-abrasivesponge.
lWipetheinsideand outsideoftheappliance withamoistcloth.
lPlace theapplianceon astable, horizontaland levelsurface. Do notplacethe
appliance on non-heat-resistantsurface.Theappliance withgood aircirculation and away
fromhotsurface, and anycombustiblematerials.
lPlace thebasketin thepan properly,you hear thesound signal tang”. Slidethe
pan back to theappliance.
lThis is anappliance thatworks onhotair. Donnotfill thepanwithoil or
fryingfat.
lDo notputanything ontopoftheappliance.This disrupts theairflowand
affects thehotairfrying result.
Use
1. Putthemains plugin an earthed wall socket.
2. Click theON/OFFbutton
3. Click temperature increase/decreasebutton to setproper temperatureforcooking.
4. Click TimeDecreaseButton to set5 minutes forpreheating. Click theON/OFF
button once more to startcooking.After this, thedevice is readyforuse.
5. When thetimeto 0, carefullypull thefrypotoutoftheappliance, placethe
ingredients insidethefrybasket(Attention:do notexceed themaximumline);
well connectthefrybasketwith frypot, slidethepan back to theappliance.
a) Never usethepan withoutthebasketin it.
b) Do nottouch thepan duringand sometimeafter use, as it gets veryhot. Only
hold thepan bythehandle.
6. Click themodeselection button to switch and chooseappropriatecookingmodel
orclick temperature increase/decreasebutton &timeincrease/decreasebutton to
chooseappropriatetime&temperature
7. Click theON/OFFbutton once more to startcooking
8. Whenyou hear thetimer beep, thesetpreparation timehas elapsed. Pull thepot
outofappliance and placeit on aheat-resistantsurface.
9. Check iftheingredientsare ready.Iftheingredients are notreadyyet, simply
slidethepan back into theapplianceand setthetimer to afewextra minutes.

10. Iftheingredientready, carefullypull outthepan, and press thebasketrelease
button and liftthebasketoutofpan to removetheingredients. Don notturn the
basketupsidedown withthepan still attached to it, as anyexcess oil thathas
collected on thebottomofthepan will leak onto theingredients.
11. Emptythebasketinto abowloronto aplate. When abatch ofingredients is ready,
theappliance is instantlyreadyforpreparinganother batch.
Tips:
lAdd some oil on the ingredientsfora crispyresult..
lShaking ingredientshalfwayduring the preparation time optimize the end result and can help
preventunevenlyfried ingredients.To shake the ingredients, pull the pan outofthe appliance
bythe handle and shake it.Then slide the panbackinto the appliance.Do notpress the
basketrelease button during shaking.
Care and Maintenance
1. Before cleaning, turnthetimer to 0, unplugtheapplianceand waitingforthe
appliance to cooldown. Don’ttouch thesurface before cooling.
2. Never immersethedevice in water oranyother liquid. Thedeviceis not
dishwasher proof.
3. Clean thesurface ofthefryer potand basketwith with hotwater, some
washing-up liquid and anon-abrasivesponge.
Ifdirtis stuck to thebasketorthebottomofthepan, fill thepan with hotwater
with somewashing-up liquid. Putthebasketin thepan and letthepan and basket
soak forabout10 minutes.
4. Used damp cloth to wipethesurface ofthefryer. Never useharsh and abrasive
cleaners, souringpad orsteelwool, which damages thedevice.
5. Ifyou do notusetheappliance foralongtime, pleaseclean it, and store it in a
cooland dryplace.
