your new product. You have chosen a high
quality product. Familiarise yourself with
the product before using it for the first time. In addition,
please carefully refer to the operating instructions and
the safety advice below. Only use the product as
instructed and only for the indicated field of appli-
cation. Keep these instructions in a safe place. If you
pass the product on to anyone else, please ensure
that you also pass on all the documentation with it.

Intended use
The product is intended for use as a climbing aid in
indoor and outdoor environment. It is suitable for
the user to stand on while carrying out short-term
activities. The product must not be subjected to a
load in excess of 150kg. Any use other than that
described or any modification of the product is not
permissible and may result in injury and/or damage
to the product. The manufacturer is not liable for
damage caused by improper use. The product is
not intended for commercial use.

J Visually inspect the ladder following deliv-
ery and prior to first use. Verify all parts are
functioning and undamaged.
J Do not try to repair a damaged ladder
yourself. Always have a professional carry
out any repairs.
J Be particularly careful if there is any wind,
rain or frost. Do not use the ladder outdoors
in bad weather (e.g. high winds).
J Keep the ladder clean and remove any dirt.
Keep the ladder dry to avoid any slippage
or toppling over.
J When transporting ladders on roof bars or
in a truck, ensure they are suitably placed/
fixed to prevent damage.
J Before using a ladder at work a risk assess-
ment should be carried out respecting the
legislation in the country of use.

Safety instructions with re-
gard to setting up the ladder
J Before using it, check all parts of the lad-
der. Do not use the ladder if any parts are
missing, damaged or worn.
J Do not use any attachments, components or
accessories that have not been expressly
approved for this ladder.
J Only place the ladder onto a level, dry,
unmovable and firm subsurface. Never try
to increase the working height by putting
the ladder onto other objects.
J When using the product on a substrate with
different levels (e.g. steps), ensure that the
appropriate hinges are articulated and
properly engaged. If this is not the case, the
product is being subject to improper use,
which can lead to severe injury and /or
damage to the product.
J Do not attempt to articulate a part of the
product if the hinge is not fully unlocked.
J Do not use the ladder on slippery surfaces.
CAUTION! RISK OF CRUSHING!
Take particular care when opening or
closing the ladder. Keep your distance
from moving parts and the safety devices.
J Do not place the ladder in front of doors
that have not been locked.
J
Do not use the ladder as a bridging structure.
J Make sure that all plastic feet are firmly
on the floor.
J Be particularly careful when you set the
ladder up on protective film, a carpet or
other protective subsurfaces. The plastic
feet may not have enough grip and may,
therefore, slip.
J The use of frame attachments is prohibited
for this ladder.
ATTENTION! Metal is an electrical condu c-
tor! Make sure that no part of the ladder
is touching a live cable.
J Do not use conductive ladders for when
working under electric voltage is unavoid-
able.
J When positioning the ladder take into ac-
count risk of collision with the ladder e.g.
from pedestrians, vehicles or doors. Secure
doors (not fire exits) and windows where
possible in the work area.
J Lean straight ladders against an even and
stable surface and secure it prior to use,
e.g. by fixing or using a suitable means to
secure stability.
J Only reposition the ladder from the ground.
J Avoid excessive lateral loads, e.g. while
drilling in brick or concrete walls.
J Ladder shall be stood on its feet, not the
rungs or steps.

DANGER OF ACCIDENTS! Do not pull
too hard on objects and do not exert any
strong pressure on objects when you are
on the ladder. This could make the ladder
topple over and could injure or kill you.
J Do not use the ladder if you are under the
influence of alcohol, drugs or strong medi-
cation. Do not use the ladder if you are ill
or do not feel well.
J Do not use the ladder if it is wet, damaged
or if it has become slippery because of
water, ice or snow.
J Wear non-slip footwear when using the
ladder.
J Be careful when getting on or off the ladde r.
J Always hold on tightly to the ladder and
always face the ladder when getting on
and off the ladder.
J Do not carry bulky or heavy objects when
climbing up the ladder.
J Do not try to change the location of the
ladder when you are standing on it. Get
off the ladder first and then change the
position of the ladder. Then get onto the
ladder again.
J Make sure that no-one is under the ladder
when it is in use.
J This ladder is not a toy and is not suitable
for use by children. Make sure that the
ladder cannot be used by children. Do not
leave the ladder unattended after you have
set it up.
J Do not lean out too far when you are on
the ladder. Keep the centre of your body
between the ladder stringers and stand
with both feet on the same rung.
J Do not use step ladders to access other
levels.
J Make sure that you do not get tired when
working and take breaks. Tiredness repre-
sents an increased security risk and could
lead to accidents.
J Ladders should only be used for light work
of short duration.
J Maintain a handhold whilst working from a
ladder or take additional safety precautions
if you cannot.
J Do not use the top three rungs of the ladder
as a working platform when you are using
the ladder as a leaning extension ladder.
J Do not stand on one of the upper 2 rungs
of a standing ladder.
J Attched to the ladder frame you will find
labels with pictograms for a safe use of the
ladder. Follow the advices on the pictograms
to avoid accidents.
J This ladder is not design to use in the stairs.

Before use
J Avoid damage when transporting ladders on
roof racks or in a lorry. Make sure that the
ladder 1is appropriately fastened in place.
J Before using the ladder 1, visually inspect it.
Check that all parts are undamaged and in
good working order. Do not use a damaged
ladder.
J Remove all contamination on the ladder 1,
such as wet paint, dirt, oil or snow.
J Lock all doors and windows (but not emergency
exits) in the area around the ladder 1where
you are going to work.
J
Verify the ladder is suitable for the respective u se.
J
The ladder must be inspected before use. For
regular inspection, the following items shall be
taken into account:
- check that the stiles/legs (uprights) are not
bent, bowed,twisted, dented, cracked, corrod-
ed or rotten;
- check that the stiles/legs around the fixing
points for other components are in good
condition;
- check that fixings (usually rivets, screws or
bolts) are not missing, loose, or corroded;
- check that rungs/steps are not missing, loose,
excessively worn, corroded or damaged;
- check that the hinges between front and rear
sections are not damaged, loose or corroded;
- check that the locking stays horizontal, back
rails and corner braces are not missing, bent,
loose, corroded or damaged;
- check that the stabilizer bars are fixed and in
a good condition.
- check that rubber feet/end caps are not
missing, loose, excessively worn, corroded or
damaged;
- check that the entire ladder is free from con-
taminants (e.g. dirt, mud, paint, oil or grease);
- check that locking catches (if fitted) are not
damaged or corroded and function correctly;
- check that the working platform (if fitted) has
no missing parts or fixings and is not damaged
or corroded. If any of the above checks cannot
be fully satisfied, you should NOT use the ladder.

How to use

Attaching the stabilisers
ATTENTION! Never use the ladder 1with-
out the stabilisers attached 2.
J Use the supplied stabilisers 2only.
J Insert the stabilisers 2into the slots 9at the
ends of the ladder 1(see Fig. D). Ensure that
the holes 8in the stabiliser and the ladder end
align with one another.
J Guide four bolts 3(included) through the holes
8and secure the connection with one plain
washers 4and nut on each bolt 5
(see Fig. D) .
ATTENTION! Check every time before load-
ing the ladder 1that the stabilisers 2are
correctly attached.

Operating the hinge system
J Before each use, check that all the hinges 10
are properly engaged. The hinges 10 lying
parallel to one another must always be engaged
at the same setting.
J Unlock the hinges 10 by pulling the unlocking
lever 11 backwards (see Fig. E).
J Articulate the desired section of the ladder at the
hinges 10 . The hinges engage automatically in
the next position. Unlock the hinges 10 again
if you would like to articulate the ladder further.
ATTENTION! The hinges 10 engage with an
audible click. However, you should always check
that the safety indicator 12 shows “engaged”
(see Fig. G). Do not load the ladder if the safety
indicator 12 shows “unlocked” (see Fig. F).

Using the working platforms
J Do not use the ladder without a working platform
6, 7when you are carrying out an activity
that requires a working platform 6, 7(see
Fig. B). Do not use a working platform 6, 7for
ladder positions that are not designed to have
working platforms fitted (see Fig. A, C). Failure
to observe this advice when using the product
can lead to severe injury and / or damage to
the product.
J Use the supplied working platforms 6, 7only.
J Use the working platforms 6, 7only with the
antislip profile 15 facing upwards (see Fig. I).
J Hook the lip 13 on the end of the working plat-
forms 6, 7over the last rung of the ladder
section and check that the other end of the
working platform 6, 7also rests on a rung
in a similar manner. The safety hooks 14 prevent
the working platforms 6, 7from sliding out
of position. If necessary press the working plat-
form lightly downwards to ensure the working
platform 6, 7rests correctly on the ladder.
J Check that the working platform 6, 7rests
correctly on the ladder before you step on or
load the working platform.
J When using the product on a substrate with dif-
ferent levels (e.g. steps), ensure that the working
platform 6, 7is horizontal. Do not attempt
to bring the working platform to the horizontal
by placing an object beneath it.
J Check before stepping on to a working platform
6, 7that it is not slippery. Check that there
are no objects on the working platform 6, 7
that could give rise to a trip or slip hazard.

J Fold the ladder together as shown in Fig. J.

Repair, maintenance
and storage
Have your device repaired only
by qualified specialist personnel using original
manufacturer parts only. This will ensure that
the product remains safe to use.
J When not using it, store the ladder in a safe,
dry place.

Cleaning and care
J Clean the ladder after every use.
J To do so, use a slightly damp, lint-free cloth.
J If it is very contaminated, use a slightly damp
cloth and, if necessary, a mild detergent.
J On no account should you use corrosive or
aggressive cleaning agents.
J Carefully dry the product off after cleaning it.

Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recy-
clable materials, which you may dispose
of at local recycling facilities.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more
details of how to dispose of your worn-out product.
Warranty
The product has been manufactured to strict quality
guidelines and meticulously examined before deli-
very. In the event of product defects you have legal
rights against the retailer of this product. Your legal
rights are not limited in any way by our warranty
detailed below.
The warranty for this product is 3 years from the
date of purchase. Should this product show any
fault in materials or manufacture within 3 years
from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace
it – at our choice – free of charge to you.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
Please keep the original sales receipt in a safe loca-
tion. This document is required as your proof of
purchase. This warranty becomes void if the product
has been damaged, or used or maintained impro perly.

acture. This warranty does not cover product parts
subject to normal wear, thus possibly considered
consumables (e.g. batteries) or for damage to fra-

J Ne pokušavajte samostalno popravljati ošte-
ćene ljestve. Prepustite popravke isključivo
stručnoj osobi.
J Budite posebno oprezni na vjetru, kiši ili
u slučaju mraza. Nemojte koristiti ljestve
vani kod nepovoljnih vremenskih uvjeta
(npr. snažnog vjetra).
J Održavajte ljestve čiste i odstranite sva
onečišćenja. Održavajte ljestve čiste, kako
se nebi na njima poskliznuli ili kako se one
nebi prevrnule.
J Kako bi spriječili materijalnu štetu tijekom
transporta ljestvi na krovnim nosačima ili u
teretnom vozilu, osigurajte da su ljestve na

postavljanje ljestvi
J Prije uporabe, provjerite sve dijelove ljestvi.
Ne rabite ljestve, ako nedostaju dijelovi ili
ako su dijelovi oštećeni ili istrošeni.
J Ne rabite nastavke, sastavnice ili dijelove
opreme koji nisu izričito dozvoljeni za ove
ljestve.
J Postavljajte ljestve isključivo na ravnoj, suhoj
i čvrstoj podlozi. Ne pokušavajte nikad po-
većavati radnu visinu, postavljanjem ljestvi
na druge predmete.
J Ako rabite proizvod na podlozi sa različi-
tim razinama (npr. stepenice), uvjerite se u
to, da su ispravni zglobovi savijeni i isprav-
no zaglavili. Uporaba proizvoda je inače
protunamjenska i može prouzročiti teške
ozljede i/ili oštećenje proizvoda.
J Ne pokušavajte saviti jedan dio proizvoda,
ako zglobovi nisu potpuno deblokirani.
J Ne rabite ljestve na sklizkim površinama.
OPREZ! OPASNOST OD GNJEČE-
NJA! Budite posebno oprezni pri rasklapa-
nju i sklapanju ljestvi. Održavajte razmak
od pomičnih dijelova i sigurnosnih naprava.
J Ne postavljajte ljestve ispred vrata, koja
nisu zaključana.
J Ne rabite ljestve za premošćivanje.
J Osigurajte, da sve plastične nogare sigurno
priliježu na tlu.
J Budite posebno oprezni pri postavljanju
ljestvi na zaštitnoj foliji, tepisonu ili drugim
zaštitnim podlogama. Plastične nogare ne-
mogu imati dostatnu sposobnost prijanjanja
i stoga bi mogle prokliznuti.
J Uporaba nastavaka za skele zabranjena
je za ove ljestve.
POZOR! Metal je električni vodič! Osigu-
rajte, da ni jedan dio ljestvi ne dodiruje
električni kabel.
J Koristite ne-vodljive ljestve za neizbježne
poslove pod električnim naponom.
J Pri namještanju ljestvi, potrebno je voditi
računa o riziku kolizije, npr. sa pješacima,
vozilima ili vratima. Ako je moguće, zaklju-
čajte vrata i prozore u radnom području,
ali ne izlaze u nuždi.
J Naslonite ljestve na ravnu, čvrstu površinu i
osigurajte ih prije uporabe, npr. pričvršće-
njem ili sa prikladnom napravom za osigu-
ravanje njenog položaja.
J Usmjeravajte ljestve samo sa poda u novi
položaj.
J Izbjegavajte prekomjerno bočno optereće-
nje, npr. bušenje u zidu i betonu, ako ih ra-
bite kao stajaće ljestve.
J Ljestve moraju biti postavljene na svoje
noge, a ne na prečke ili stepenice.

J Osigurajte, da se ne nitko ne nalazi ispod
ljestvi tijekom uporabe.
J Ove ljestve nisu igračka i nisu namjenjene
za uporabu djeci. Osigurajte, da djeca ne
mogu rabiti ljestve. Ne ostavljajte ljestve ni-
kad bez nadzora, nakon što ste ih postavili.
J Ako se nalazite na ljestvama, ne naslanjajte
se previše preko njih prema vani. Održavaj-
te Vaše središte tijela između dva stremena i
stojte obim nogama na istoj stepenici/ na-
gaznici.
J Stajaće ljestve nemojte koristiti za penjanje
na drugim nivoima.
J Pazite da se kod rada ne umorite i napravi te
pauze. Umor je visoki rizik za sigurnosnost
i može dovesti do nesreća.

J Izbjegavjte štete pri transportu ljestvi na krovnim
nosačima ili u kamionu. Osigurajte, da su ljestve
1primjereno pričvršćene.
J Prije uporabe ljestvi 1, izvodite vizualnu pro-
vjeru. Provjerite da li su svi dijelovi sposobni
za rad i da nisu oštećeni. Ne koristite oštećene
ljestve.

J Odstranite sva onečišćenja na ljestvama 1, npr.
mokra boja, nečistoća, ulje ili snijeg.
J Zaključajte sva vrata i prozore (ali ne izlaze u
opasnosti) u radnom području ljestvi 1.
J Osigurajte, da su ljestve za dotičnu upotrebu
prikladne.
J Ljestve se moraju prije korištenja provjeriti. Kod
provjeravanja pridržavajte se slijedećih točaka:
- Pazite da stajaći krakovi (noge) nisu savijeni,
preokrenuti, izobličeni, napukli, izgriženi ili krhki.
- Uvjerite se da su stajaći krakovi oko točaka
pričvršćivanja potpuno sigurni i u savršenom
stanju za ostale komponente.
- Uvjerite se da nikakvo fiksiranje (obične zako-
vice, vijci ili šiljci) nedostaju odnosno da nisu
labavi ili korodirani.
- Uvjerite se da nedostaju nikakve prečke/ga-
zišta odnosno da nisu labava, jako pohabana
ili oštećena.
- Provjerite da šarke između prednjih i stražnjih
dijelova nisu oštećene, labave ili korodirane.
- Provjerite da li blokada ostaje u vodoravnom
položaju i da nedostaju stražnje tračnice kao i
kutni nosači odnosno da nisu savijeni, labavi,
korodirani ili oštećeni.
- Uvjerite se da su stabilizator poluge fiksirane i
u dobrom stanju.
- U
vjerite se da nedostaju nikakve gumene nog e/
krajnje kapice odnosno da nisu labave, jako
pohabane ili oštećene.
- Uvjerite se da su cijele ljestve bez nečistoće
(npr. prljavštine, blata, boje, ulja ili masti).
- Uvjerite se da nikakvi zapori (ako su instalirani)
nisu oštećeni ili korodirani i da funkcioniraju
ispravno.
- Uvjerite se, da radnoj platformi (ako je instali-
rano) ne nedostaju dijelovi ili fiksiranja i da
nisu oštećeni ili korodirani. Ako jedna od bilo
kojih prethodnih točaka nije ispravna, ljestve
se NE SMIJU koristiti.

Montiranje nogara ljestvi
POZOR! Ne rabite ljestve 1nikad bez mon-
tiranih nogara ljestvi 2.
J Rabite isključivo dostavljene nogare ljestvi 2.
J Umetnite nogare ljestvi 2u proreze 9na
kraju ljestvi 1(vidite prik. D). Vodite računa o
tome, da bušotine 8u nogari ljestvi i na kraju
ljestvi leže jedna iznad druge.
J Stavite vijke 3(nalaze se u opsegu isporuke)
kroz rupe

i osigurajte spoj sa po jednom p od-
ložnom ploćicom 4i maticom 5(vidi sl. D).
POZOR! Prije opterećenja ljestvi 1, uvjerite se
u to da su nogare ljestvi 2ispravno montirane.

Opsluživanje zglobnog sustava
J Prije uporabe, uvjerite se u to, da su svi zglobovi
10 ispravno zaglavili. Paralelno postavljeni
zglobovi 10 trebaju uvijek zaglaviti u istom
položaju.
J Otkočite zglobove 10 , povlačenjem deblokirne
poluge 11 unazad (vidi prik. E).
J Savijte željeni odlomak ljestvi na zglobovima 10 .
Zglobovi automatski zaglave u slijedećem
poloažju. Ako želite odlomak ljestvi dalje saviti,
ponovno otkočite zglobove 10 .
POZOR! Zglobovi 10 zvučno zaglave.
Međutim, ipak uvijek provjerite da li kontrolno
pokazivanje 12 pokazuje „zaglavilo“ (vidi
prik. G). Ne opterećujte ljestve, ako kontrolno
pokazivanje 12 pokazuje „otkočeno“ (vidi
prik. F).

Korištenje radne platforme
J Nemojte koristiti ljestve bez radne platforme 6,
7, ako ih koristite na mjestu koje zahtijeva
radne platforme 6, 7(vidi sl. B). Nemojte
koristiti radne platforme 6, 7za položaje
ljestava, koje nisu za to predviđene (vidi sliku
A, C).
U protivnom može korištenje proizvoda dovesti
do ozljeda ili oštećenja proizvoda.

sjede, prije nego stupite na njih/ili ih opteretite.
J Ako proizvod koristite na podlozi s različitim
razinama (npr. stepenicama), uvjerite se da rad-
ne platforme 6, 7stoje vodoravno. Ne poku-
šavajte vodoravni položaj postiči postavljanjem
predmeta ispod.
J Prije penjanja na radne platforme 6, 7, pro-
vjerite da nisu skliske. Uvjerite se, da na radnim
platformama 6, 7nema predmeta, na kojima
se možete spotaknuti ili skliznuti.

J Čistite ljestve nakon svake uporabe.
J Rabite za to lagano navlaženu krpu, bez sitnih
vlakanaca.
J U slučaju grubljeg onečišćenja rabite vlažnu
krpu i eventualno blago sredstvo za čišćenje.
J Ne rabite ni u kojem slučaju abrazivna ili agre-
sivna sredstva za čišćenje.

Zbrinjavanje otpada
Pakiranje i ambalaža su napravljeni od
ekološki neškodljivog materijala. Bacite
otpad u lokalne kontejnere za recikliranje.
O mogućnostima zbrinjavanja dotrajalog proizvoda
možete se informirati kod vašeg mjesnog ili gradskog
komunalnog poduzeća.

Proizvod se brižno izrađuje prema strogim smjerni-
cama kvalitete i prije isporuke savjesno ispituje. U
slučaju nedostataka na ovom proizvodu, na raspo-
laganju imate zakonska prava protiv prodavača
tog uređaja. Vaša zakonska prava ovim našim jam-
stvom koje je predstavljeno u nastavku, ostaju neta-
knuta.
Za ovaj proizvod dobivate jamstvo u trajanju od 3
godine od datuma kupnje. Jamstveni rok počinje s
datumom kupovine. Molimo dobro sačuvajte origi-
nalan račun s blagajne. To je dokumentacija kao
dokaz kupovine koji će se zahtijevati.
Ako u razdoblju od 3 godine od datuma kupovine
ovog proizvoda nastane kakva greška na materijalu
ili tvornočka greška, proizvod ćemo – prema našem
izboru – besplatno popraviti ili zamijeniti. Ovo jam-
stvo se poništava, kada se proizvod ošteti, nestručno
koristi ili ne održava.
Jamstvo vrijedi za nedostatke na materijalu ili tvor-
ničke pogreške. Ovo jamstvo se ne proteže na dije-
love proizvoda, koji podliježu normalnom trošenju i
stoga se mogu smatrati kao normalni potrošni dijelo-
vi (npr. baterije) ili za oštećenja na krhkim dijelovima,
npr. prekidaču, punjivim baterijama ili takvi, koji su
izrađeni od stakla.
