INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT
Before assembling your fixture,
please make sure that you carefully
read through this instruction sheet.
Ensure your fixture is installed by a
qualified licensed electrician.
Note: The important safeguards and
instructions that appear in this sheet
are not meant to cover all possible
conditions and situations that may
occur. It must be understood that
common sense, caution, and care
are factors that cannot be built into
any product. These factors must be
supplied by the person(s) caring for
and operating the fixture.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
•CHAIN OR CABLE TO MECHANICALLY
SUPPORT LUMINAIRE
•REFLECTOR (OPTIONAL ACCESSORY)
•Ensure that the input voltage matches that of the
luminaire.
•To avoid electrical shock or component damage,
disconnect power before attempting installation or
servicing.
•This product must be installed in accordance with the
national electric code (NEC) and all applicable federal,
state/provincial and local electric codes and safety
standards.
•Any alteration or modification of this product is expressly
forbidden as it may cause serious personal injury, death,
property damage and/or product malfunction.
•To prevent product malfunction and/or electrical shock this
product must be properly grounded.

TO INSTALL THE HIGH BAY
3. Using the pre-installed 10’ wire, connect to the power supply:
•Black wire to line (hot)
•White wire to neutral (In the case of 208 or 240 line voltage, the 2nd hot leg will
be connected to the white lead coming from the fixture.)
•Green wire to ground
4. Turn on power to the fixture and test the luminaire.
1. Use a wrench to tighten the nut on the
integrated hook.
2. Hang the luminaire on the chain or cable that
you are using and then tighten the hook’s
fastening screw with a screw driver.

TO INSTALL REFLECTORS
The HB4-Series High Bays can be installed with Aluminum Reflectors, Polycarbonate Prismatic
Reflectors or Polycarbonate Prismatic Reflectors with Cone or Drop Lens attachments.
1. Remove the three silicone plugs from the bottom of the fixture.
2. Screw in the three provided M5 screws (do not screw in completely, leave 4mm of
space to fit the reflector).
3. Align the holes of the reflector with the M5 screws, twist to lock in place, then
tighten the M5 screws. Reflector install is now complete.
4. If adrop or cone lens is required (can only be used with a prismatic reflector), align
the three screw holes of the lens with the reflector. Snap in the reflector and use the
provided three M3 screws to tighten the lens onto the reflector. Lens install is now
complete.
