IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be
followed, including the following:
1. Read all these instructions carefully.
2. To protect against risk of electric shock, do not immerse motor base, cord, or plug in
water or other liquid.
3. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
4. Unplug cord from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and
before cleaning.
5. Avoid contact with moving parts, keep hands, hair and clothing as well as cooking
utensils away from the cutter.
6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance
malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to the
nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair, or electrical or mechanical
adjustment.
7. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the appliance manufacturer may
cause fire, electric shock or injury.
8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
10. Do not use this appliance for other than its intended use.
11. Check the bowl for foreign objects before using.
12. The coffee grinder may only be plugged into an electrical outlet with a voltage that
matches the product rating label.
13.To use, plug cord into electrical outlet. To disconnect,grasp the plug and remove from
wall outlet.Do not pull on the cord.
14. To avoid overheating of the motor, do not use the mill for more than one continuous
minute.

POWER CORD INSTRUCTIONS
1. A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the hazard resulting from
entanglement or tripping over a long cord.
2. Extension cords may be used if care is exercised. If it is necessary to use an extension
cord, it should be positioned so that it does not drape over the counter or tabletop
where it can be pulled on or tripped over by children.
3. The electrical rating of the extension cord must be the same or higher than the wattage
of the appliance (the wattage is shown on the rating label located on the underside or
back of the appliance).
4. Avoid pulling or straining the power cord at outlet or appliance connections.
POLARIZED PLUG
1. Your appliance is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other).
2. To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way.
3. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, please
contact a qualified electrician.
Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
BEFORE YOUR FIRST USE
Carefully unpack the coffee grinder and remove all packaging materials from in and
around the unit. To remove any dust that may have accumulated during packaging,
wipe the unit with a cloth or sponge moistened in warm water. Dry thoroughly.
WARNING: Do not immerse the main body of the unit, cord or plug in water or any
other liquid. Do not pour or run water into the main body of the appliance. Do not use

harsh or abrasive cleansers on any part of the appliance.
Note: The coffee grinder is not recommended to grind more than 1 ounce (30 grams)
of coffee beans at a time.

USING YOUR COFFEE GRINDER
1. Remove all packaging materials before using.
2. Before using, wipe blades and stainless steel bowl with a damp, lint-free cloth, wash
and dry lid.
CAUTION: BLADES ARE SHARP. HANDLE CAREFULLY.
CAUTION: NEVER PLACEBASE OF APPLIANCE IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUIDS.
3. Remove the grinder cover.
4. Place about 1- 1.5 ounces (30-45 grams) of coffee beans at a time into the stainless
steel bowl. If a larger quantity is needed, grind in several small batches.
5. Place the cover back on the top.
Note: the coffee grinder will not work without its cover and/or if it is not seated properly.
6. Press the ON button and grind for a maximum of 15 seconds at a time. Check the grind.
If you wish to have a finer texture, wait for one minute to let the motor cool down and
press the ON button again for a maximum of 15 seconds. Always allow one-minute rest
time between processes.
Note: Do not operate for more than 15 seconds at a time.
7. When finished grinding, unplug the base.
8. Wait until the blades stop rotating before removing the cover.
9. Remove ground coffee from the bowl.
CAUTION: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPERATE WITHOUT THE LID
PROPERLY IN PLACE.

TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS
•Most beans require only 10-15 seconds to grind.
•For best flavor, store coffee beans in a dark, airtight container.
•Grind beans immediately before brewing.
•Coffee flavor and strength is a personal preference. Vary the type of coffee
beans, amount of coffee, and fineness of grind to find the flavor you prefer.
•NOTE: The coffee grinder will only operate with cover in place and ON
button pressed.
GRINDING HERBS, SPICES AND NUTS
•You may use your grinder for grinding most herbs, spices, and nuts. Follow directions
for grinding coffee beans and grind for 5-10 seconds. For large pieces,press for 15 seconds

grinder for herbs, spices and nuts since the flavor of the coffee may be .
HINTS FOR GRINDING HERBS, SPICES AND NUTS
•Do not attempt to grind anything oily or extremely hard such as chocolate, cinnamon,
whole cloves or nutmeg.
•Do not use to puree soft foods or attempt to make pastes from seeds, such as sesame
or sunflower.
•Do not attempt to grind grains such as corn, wheat, rice, rye, or barley.
• Rinse and pat dry herbs before grinding.
CARE AND CLEANING
Remove all excess grounds from the stainless steel bowl to prevent stale coffee
grounds from affecting the flavor of freshly ground beans.
1. Unplug the grinder.
2. Remove lid, wash in warm sudsy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.
CAUTION: BLADES ARE SHARP. HANDLE CAREFULLY.
CAUTION: NEVER PLACE BASE OF APPLIANCE IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUIDS.
3. Use a stiff brush to remove any remaining coffee grounds from inside the stainless
steel bowl.
4. Clean exterior of base with a soft damp cloth and dry. Place lid on base for storing.
5. Turn upside down and wrap cord around inside cord storage under the base.

INSTRUCCIONES DEL CABLE CORTO
1. Se suministra un cable de alimentación corto para reducir el riesgo de enredarse o

ENCHUFE POLARIZADO

USANDO SU TRITURADOR DE CAFÉ
1. Retire todos los materiales de embalaje antes de usarlos.
2. Antes de usarlo, limpie las cuchillas y el recipiente de acero inoxidable con un paño
húmedo y sin pelusa, lave y seque la tapa.

3. Retire la cubierta del triturador.
4. Coloque alrededor de 1- 1,5 onzas (30-45 gramos) de granos de café a la vez en el
recipiente de acero inoxidable. Si se necesita una cantidad mayor, muela en varios lotes
pequeños.
5. Vuelva a colocar la cubierta en la parte superior.
Nota: el triturador de café no funcionará sin su cubierta y / o si no está correctamente

6. Presione el botón de encendido y triture por un máximo de 15 segundos a la vez.

3. Use un cepillo rígido para quitar cualquier resto de café molido del interior del
recipiente de acero inoxidable.
4. Limpie el exterior de la base con un paño suave y húmedo y seque. Coloque la tapa
en la base para guardarla.
5. Gire al revés y enrolle el cable alrededor del interior del almacenamiento
para el
cable debajo de la base.
