installer must provide a remote-located

2. WARNINGS AND LABELS
TO MINIMIZE THE RISK OF FIRE, INJURY BY ELECTRIC SHOCK OR SERIOUS INJURIES,
PLEASE FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:
– This version is the original version. Without this version, the instructions are incomplete. Before using the
machine read carefully the complete instructions, which consist of "User’s manual" Manual and "Installation
and Maintenance Instructions" Manual and keep them in a handy place. Read these instructions carefully
before using the machine, and keep them in a handy place. Do not bypass the instructions stated in the
manual, and warnings on the labels.
– The machine is designed to wash textiles only. The producer do not allow the washing or presence of any
materials in the drum which are not made from textile, and could break the glass, damage the rubber seal
and so on. Which will cause injury or damage.
– If the machine is used for special applications follow the instructions and warning to avoid person injury.
– Do not tamper the washer-extractor controls and do not bypass the safety instructions and the warnings.
– Do not remove warning signs placed on the machine. Observe signs and labels to avoid personal injuries.
– Follow all basic and valid safety instruction sand laws.
– This machine can not be operated by children. Before turning the machine "ON", make sure that there are no
people or animals present in or around the machine.
– Do not use the machine with its parts damaged, loose and covers opened or missing.
– Do not tamper with the machine's control.
– Do not touch the doorglass until cycle has been completed.
– Do not open door until cylinder remains stopped and water has been drained from cylinder.
– Do not use products mean for chemical cleaning, or products that can damage the rubber seals or any type
of flammable material. Do not store flammable materials around the machine.
– Keep the washer area clean and free from combustible material.
– Under certain conditions, hydrogen gas may be produced in a hot water system that has not been used for
two weeks or more. Hydrogen gas is explosive; if the hot water system has not been used for such a period,
before using the washer, turn on all hot water faucets and let the water flow from each for several minutes.
This will release any accumulated hydrogen gas. As this gas is flammable, do not smoke or use an open
flame during this time.
– During the wash cycle, the machine produces sound pressure level, which does not exceed 70 dB (A).
– When the main switch is "OFF", the supply terminals are still under current.
– Norm IEC335 is applied for machines with a net usable cage volume between 60 and 150 l.
Norm EN60204-1 is used for a net usable cage volume above 150 l.
– Usage of hypochlorite can cause corrosion, which, in certain circumstances, can be a cause of the
component defect.
WASHING AND CLEANING AGENTS
Always carefully read and follow manufacturers instructions of laundry, washing agents and cleaning
agents. Follow all warnings. Store washing agents out of the reach of children. To avoid injury or damage to
laundry or the machine, carefully follow all the warnings and reminders which are stated on the washing and
cleaning agents labels and covers. It is recommended to use special washing products (with foam breaking
effects). The quantity of soap to be used is generally indicated on the wrapping. Too much soap causes
suds and overflow, and will give poor washing results. This may damage the machine.
FOR STEAM HEATED VERSION
Turn off the main Steam supply when discovering that steam is leaking from the machine, and call the maintenance.

Always disconnect the washer from the electrical supply before
attempting any service. The washer extractor is out of tension if the
main plug is taken out or when the main supply is disconnected.
Caution!
Extreme hot conditions can arise in the surroundings of this air.
Watch out for vapor that escapes from the washer extractor venting !
Caution!
Do not cover the washer extractor venting. It serves as a vapor outlet
to prevent pressure building in the washer extractor
WARNING: Original or identical parts must be used for replacement in this washer extractor. After
servicing replace and secure all panels in the original way. Take these measures for continued
protection against electrical shock, injury, fire and/or property damage.
2.1. INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAINTENANCE, ADJUSTMENT AND SAFETY OF PEOPLE
Some important information for the usage of the machine are not (or only partly) mentioned in this User´s Manual.
Missing information is possible to find in Installation and maintenance manual, which is delivered with the machine.

4. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
4.1. BEFORE WASHING
THE MANUFACTURER DOES NOT CARRY ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES TO LAUNDRY
CAUSED BY INCORRECT WASHING PROCEDURE.
The laundry must be separated according to their type and chosen wash temperature. Empty out the pockets
and remove foreign objects such as nails, pins, screws and so on, which could damage the laundry or the
machine. To achieve better washing results, mix large and small pieces of laundry together and place it
loosely and separately into the machine.
1. Open the door by using the door handle.
9. Insert the laundry into the machine. Do not overload the machine.

Filling of the hoppers for 35 kg/80 lbs machine:
– 1A+1B for prewash agent
– 2A+2B for soap for main wash
– 1C+2C for softener
ADD LIQUID DETERGENTS, SOFTENER OR STARCH AT THE BEGINING OF THE CYCLE TO SOAP HOPPERS !
Open the steam valve on the machine's supply for machine equipped with steam heating.
FOLLOW FURTHER ACCORDING TO THE T YPE OF YOUR MACHINE
4.2. MACHINES WITH A COIN METER AND 5 KEYS
13. Choose the washing program 1 – 5 by cycle select button.The washing program will start when the
appropriate amount of coins displayed on the display is inserted.

If the "IN OPERATION" light (upper light on the control panel) is on, check if the door is properly closed.
14. The end of the washing cycle is obvious on the wash program indicator.
DO NOT INSERT COINS (TOKENS) DIFFERENT FROM THE DEPICTED ON THE PANEL TO THE COIN METER HOLE.
4.3. MACHINES WITH THE START BUTTON AND 5 KEYS

6. Choose the washing program 1 – 5 by cycle select button according to demanded temperature of washing
cycles. The washing program will start by pressing the button "A". If the "IN OPERATION" light (upper light
on the control panel) is on, check if the door is properly closed. Press the button "B" for speeding up some
washing process (except spin cycle). Press the button "C" for economic regime and lower water level at
every filling up.
7.The end of the washing cycle is obvious on the wash program indicator.
4.4. MACHINES WITH 10 FUNCTIONAL KEYS

6.The "IN OPERATION" light must be off. It is the upper light on the control panel.
A: START
By pressing this button, the selected washing program 1 – 5 is started.
B: SPEEDING UP THE WASHING PROCESS
If this button is pressed, the washing program is speeded up. The program can not be speeded up from the last spin.
C: TURNING ON THE COOLING DOWN AT THE END OF THE MAIN WASHING CYCLE
The cooling down lasts 30 sec. and takes place before the end of the main wash. That is why this button
must be pressed before the end of the main washing cycle if the cooling down is required.
D: TURNING OFF THE SPIN FUNCTION
This button can be pressed at any time during the washing cycle. We do not recommend to press this
button during spinning, since the motor will be suddenly stopped.

E: EXTENDING THE WHOLE WASHING PROGRAM BY 10 MINUTES
By pressing this button, the prewash cycle will be extended by 1 minute, main wash cycle will be extended
by about 5 minute and the final spin cycle will be extended by about 2 minutes. This button can be pressed
at any time during the washing process.
F: LOWER WATER LEVEL AT EVERY FILLING UP
This function begins right after the button is pressed.
G: STOPPING THE PROGRAM CONTINUATION
This function begins right after its pressing. After its pressing the program stops in its current position, the
wash motor stops spinning, the programmer stops, the filling cycle will complete, the heating continues and
the machine is at rest.
For example, if it is pressed during washing, the soaking of the linen continues along with heating until it is
pressed again. After that the program continues.
H: EXTRA SHORT WASHING PROGRAM
An extra short washing process made up of 7.5 min. of washing and 5.5 min. of spinning is achieved by
pressing this button.
After pressing this button, the program will independently operate the liquid soap pump during set up time
for machines equipped with liquid soap pump.
The liquid soap pump can be turned off by once again pressing the button.
I: ROTATING TIME BUTTON
By pressing this button, the rotation time of the drum will change from normal to gentle.
J: EMERGENCY STOPPING
In case of an emergency, the emergency button can be pressed at any time.
7.The end of the washing cycle is indicated by the washing program indicator. Soon as the lower light on the
control panel turns off, the door can be opened by using the door handle, and remove the laundry from the
drum.
4.5. MACHINES WITH CARD PROGRAMMER

6.Check if the set temperatures on the thermostat (6) correspond to the selected card.
7.Set the switch (1) to the "0" position. Insert the (2) program card into the programmer, so that the thick blue
line is not visible.
8.Set the switch (1) to the "1" position and press the green button (3) to start the washing program. The light
(9) is on when the programmer is running, and is off during water filling and heating.
– If you want to interrupt the program, move the switch (1) to the "0" position. To skip or repeat a part of the
program, move the switch to the "0" position, turn the thumb wheel (4) to move the card forward or backwards
and return the switch (1) to the "1" position.
– The washing machine can be stopped during operation by pressing the (5) button. If you want to turn on the
machine, press the green button (3).
– The "EMERGENCY STOP" button (7) is only used in case of danger, operator health hazard or when
damage to the machine may occur.
– After pressing the "EMERGENCY STOP" button (7), all functions will stop, no light will be on, the door will
remain locked and it will not be possible to open the door.
– In order to restart the machine after correcting the cause for stopping, pull out the "EMERGENCY STOP"
button (7) and press the START button (3).
– The light (10) lights up if a failure has occurred in the door lock during operation.
9.The end of the washing cycle is indicated by an acoustic signal. After that the (program run) light will turn
off, and a green button will light up.
Press the green button (8), open the door using the door handle and remove the laundry from the drum. It
is possible to remove the card from the programmer after moving the switch (1) to the "0" position.

tant que le tambour ne s'arręte pas complètement et que l'eau n'est pas évacuée de la cuve.
– Ne pas mettre dans la machine des matières destinées pour le lavage chimique pouvant endommager la
garniture de la porte et des produits inflammables ou détonants.
– Ne pas ranger de produits inflammables dans le périmètre de la machine.
– Maintenir la propreté de la machine, sans trace de produits inflammables.
– Dans certaines circonstances de l'hydrogène peut se former dans un système d'eau chaude n'ayant pas
servi pendant quelques temps. Précaution à prendre: ouvrir les robinets d'eau chaude pendant quelques
minutes afin d'évacuer ce gaz inflammable et détonant, ne pas fumer ou utiliser le feu.
– Le bruit maximal de la machine en essorage est de 70 dB(A).
– La borne de connexion est sous tension, męme si l'interrupteur général de la machine est coupé.
– Norme IE C 335 est utilisé pour les machines de capacité du tambour utile de l´étendue 60 - 150 l. Norme
EN 60204-1 est utilisé pour les machines de capacité utile du tambour plus que 150 l.
– L´utilisation de l´hypochlorite peut entrainer l´apparition de corrosion qui peut être dans certains cas la
cause de panne ou de mauvais fonctionnement des pièces composant la machine.
LESSIVES ET DES PRODUITS DE NETTOYAGE
Toujours respecter les instructions de lavage indiquées sur les vętements et sur les conditionnements
des lessives et détergents. Tenir ces produits hors de portée des enfants. Afin d'éviter les risques pouvant
se produire lors de l'utilisation: lésion corporelle ou endommagement machine et linge, suivre les
instructions sur la plaque matricule et sur l'emballage des produits. Il est recommandé d'utiliser seulement
des produits peu moussants. Ne pas excéder la quantité de produits indiquée sur l'emballage pour éviter la
formation de mousse qui pourrait déprécier le résultat et endommager la machine.
CHAUFFAGE VAPEUR
Si une fuite de la vapeur est constatée se recourir à un personnel compétent.

Déconnectez toujours la machine de l’alimentation en électricité
avant toute opération d’entretien. La machine est mise hors
tension si la fiche principale est enlevée ou si l’alimentation
principale est déconnectée.
ATTENTION !
L’air peut être extrêmement chaud à proximité. Faites attention à
la vapeur sortant des bouches d’aération de la machine !
ATTENTION !
Ne couvrez pas les bouches d’aération de la machine. Elles
servent à évacuer la vapeur afin d’éviter que la pression
augmente dans la machine.
AVERTISSEMENT : Il faut utiliser des pièces de rechange d’origine ou identiques pour
l’entretien de la lessiveuse essoreuse. Après entretien, replacez et fixez tous les panneaux
comme à l’origine. Ces mesures servent à assurer une protection permanente contre les chocs
électriques, les blessures, l’incendie et/ou les dommages au matériel.

4.1. AVANT LAVAGE
LE CONSTRUCTEUR DÉCLINE TOUTE RESPONSABILITÉ POUR ÉVENTUELLE ALTÉRATION DU
LINGE CAUSÉE PAR LE NON-RESPECT DES INSTRUCTIONS.
Trier d'abord le linge selon leur qualité et température de lavage. Vider des poches tous objets durs et
tranchants, tels que: clous, épingles, vis, etc., qui peuvent détériorer le linge et la machine. Afin d'assurer
une bonne qualité de lavage, charger en séparant le gros linge et les petites pièces.
1. Ouvrir la porte au moyen de la poignée.
2. Charger le linge. La charge ne doit pas excéder la capacité du tambour.

Pour lancer le programme activer la touche "A".
Lorsque le contrôle "EN MARCHE" (sur le pupitre de commande) s'allume, vérifier si la porte de la
machine est bien fermée.
Activer le bouton "B" pour accélérer une phase de lavage (sauf la phase essorage).
Lors de l'alimentation en eau (niveau bas), activer le bouton "C" pour le mode de lavage économique.
7. La fin de cycle est affichée sur l'écran.
4.4. MACHINE AVEC 10 TOUCHES DE FONCTION (OPL)

6. Le contrôle "EN MARCHE" ne doit pas s'allumer - cesi est situé sur la partie supérieure du pupitre de
commande.
A: MARCHE
Les programmes de lavage 1à 5 sont programmables et aux choix de l'utilisateur. Cette touche permet de
lancer un programme sélectionné/ saisi.
B: ACCELERATION
Permet d'accélérer le programme. Il est impossible d'accélérer le cycle à partir du dernier essorage.
C: REFROIDISSEMENT:
Cette fonction dure 30 s et s'effectue avant la fin de la phase essorage. Si besoin, activer la touche avant
la fin de la phase lavage.
D: COUPURE DE PHASE ESSORAGE
En cours de chaque phase, cette touche peut ętre activée. Il est déconseillé de l'utiliser pendant l'essorage
car elle freine brusquement le moteur.

E: PROLONGATION PROGRAMME DE LAVAGE, 10 MIN
Cette touche permet de prolonger la durée de prélavage d'environ 1 min, environ 5 min pour la phase
lavage et environ 2 min pour le dernier essorage. Elle peut ętre activée en cours de l'opération.
F: NIVEAU BAS PENDANT L'ALIMENTATION EN EAU
Cette fonction est activée dès que la touche est utilisée.
G: INTERRUPTION PROGRAMME
Une fois cesi activée, le programme, le moteur de lavage, le programmateur s'arrętent momentanément
ainsi que la machine à laver, mais l'alimentation en eau et le chauffage continuent.
Ex. Si cette fonction est activée pendant la phase lavage, la phase trempage et le chauffage s'effectuent
que cesi n'est pas réactivée. Alors le programme sera relancé là oůil a été interrompu.
H: UN COURT PROGRAMME SPECIAL
Pour lancer le court programme spécial comportant les phases qui durent: lavage 7,5 min, essorage 5,5
min.
Si la machine est équipée de pompes à savons liquides et que cette fonction est activée, le programme
sera d'une manière indépendante commande la pompe à savon pendant la durée saisie. Pour fermer la
pompe, réactiver cette touche.
I: COMMUTATEUR INVERSEUR
Permet de sélectionner/ changer la durée du mouvement moteur et de modifier le temps d'arręt du moteur
en cas de lavage à vitesse normale à la vitesse lente.
J: ARRĘT D'URGENCE
En cas d'urgence, activer ce bouton.
7. La fin de cycle est affiché sur l'écran. Dès que le voyant inférieure sur le tableau de commande s'éteint,
ouvrir la porte par la poignée et décharger le linge.
4.5. MACHINE A PROGRAMMATEUR A CARTES

6. Vérifier si la température régulée sur le thermostat (6) correspond à la carte-programme choisie.
7. Mettre l'interrupteur (1) en position "0". Introduire
dans le programmateur la carte-programme (2)
de façon que le trait fort bleu ne soit pas visible.
8. Mettre l'interrupteur (1) en position "1", et appuyer sur le bouton vert (3) pour lancer le programme.
Si le programmateur est en fonctionnement, le contrôle (9) s'allume, mais pendant l'alimentation en eau et
le chauffage il ne s'allume pas.
– Pour arreter le programme, mettre l'interrupteur (1) en position "0". Pour sauter ou répéter une phase
mettre l'interrupteur en position "0". La roulette (4) permet d'avancer ou de reculer la carte, remettre
l'interrupteur en position "1".
– Le programme en cours peut ętre coupé à l'aide d'un bouton rouge (5). Pour le remise en service, si
besoin, appuyer sur le bouton vert (3).
– Le bouton arręt d'urgence (7) est à utiliser uniquement en cas de danger, éventuellement de grave défaut
de fonctionnement de la machine à laver.
– Si le bouton arręt d'urgence (7) est activé, toutes les fonctions sont coupées, aucun voyant ne s'allume, la
porte de la machine est automatiquement bloquée et ne peut pas s'ouvrir.
– Une fois le problème résolu, tourner ce bouton (7) dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre et tirer. Le
bouton est alors désactivé et appuyer sur le bouton START (3) pour la remise en service.
– Le contrôle (10) s'allume si un défaut de verrouillage
se révèle pendant l'opération.
9. Dès que le cycle de lavage est terminé, un signal sonore se fait entendre, ensuite le contrôle
(programmateur en marche) s'éteint et le bouton vert s'allume.
Appuyer sur le bouton vert (8), ouvrir la porte de la machine et décharger le linge. Pour retirer la carte
remettre l'interrupteur (1) en position "0".

Gummidichtung beschädigen könnten, usw., und dadurch Verletzung oder Schaden verursachen, untersagt.
– Wird die Maschine für andere Technologien verwendet, Anweisungen und Warnungen einhalten, um eine
Verletzung von Personen vorbeugen.
– Niemals zwecklos die Maschinensteuerung handhaben und Sicherheitsvorschriften und -warnungen beachten.
– Warnungssymbole von der Maschine nicht beseitigen. Anweisungen an Schildern und Symbolen einhalten, um
eine Verletzung von Personen vorzubeugen.
– Sämtliche gültige und grundsätzliche Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und -gesetze einhalten.
– Diese Maschine darf nicht durch Kinder bedient werden. Vor dem Maschinenanlaß vergewissern Sie sich,
bitte, ob sich in oder um die Maschine keine Personen (Kinder) oder Tiere befinden.
– Maschine niemals mit beschädigten, fehlenden Teilen oder offenen Abdeckungen betreiben.
– Nicht zwecklos die Maschinensteuerelemente handhaben.
– Türglas nicht berühren, falls der Waschzyklus nicht zu Ende ist. Waschmaschinentür nicht öffnen, bevor die
Trommel nicht stehenbleibt und das Wasser aus der Trommel abfließt.
– In der Maschine keine Mittel, für die chemische Reinigung bestimmt, Mittel, die Gummidichtungen zerstören und
irgendwelche brennbare oder explosive Mittel verwenden. In der Maschinenumgebung keine brennbaren Stoffe lagern.
– Maschinenoberfläche rein und ohne brennbare Stoffe halten.
– Unter bestimmten Bedingungen kann es im Warmwassersystem, welches zwei oder mehrere Wochen
nicht benutzt war, zu einer Wasserstoffentstehung kommen. Der Wasserstoff ist explosiv. Falls das
Warmwassersystem über diesen Zeitraum nicht verwendet war, vor der Waschmaschinenanwendung
sämtliche Wasserleitungsventile für Warmwasser öffnen und das Wasser einige Minuten herausfließen
lassen. Dadurch kommt es zur Lockerung des gesamten Wasserstoffes. Das Gas ist brennbar, nicht
rauchen oder über diesen Zeitraum offenes Feuer verwenden.
– Bei dem Schleuderzyklus produziert die Maschine eine äquivalenten Lärmwert, der nicht 70 dB(A) überschreitet.
– Maschinenzuleitungsklemmen stehen unter Spannung auch beim abgeschalteten Maschinenhauptschalter.
– Der IEC335-Standard wird für Maschinen mit reinem brauchbaren Trommelvolumen im Bereich von 60 bis
150 Liter verwendet. Der EN60204-1-Standard wird für Maschinen mit reinem brauchbaren
Trommelvolumen über 150 Liter verwendet.
– Anwendung von Chlornan kann eine Korrosion hervorrufen, die unter bestimmten Umständen die Ursache
einer Bauteilstörung sein kann.
WASCH- UND REINIGUNGSMITTEL
Immer aufmerksam Anweisungen der Gewebe-, Wasch- und Reinigungsmittelhersteller lesen und einhalten.
Sämtliche Hinweise beachten. Waschmittel außer die Kinderreichweite lagern. Damit Sie eine Personenverletzung,
Maschinen- oder Waschwarebeschädigung vermeiden, aufmerksam sämtliche Anweisungen und Warnungen, an
den Schildern und Verpackungen von Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln angeführt, verfolgen. Es wird empfohlen, nur
geeignete Waschmittel (mit reduzierter Schaumbildung) zu verwenden. Die Waschmittelmenge, an der Verpackung
angegeben, nicht überschreiten. Eine Überdosierung verursacht Schaumbildung, welche das Waschergebnis
negativ beeinflussen und zugleich die Maschine beschädigen kann.
FÜR VERSION MIT DAMPFAUFWÄRMUNG
Falls Sie ermitteln, daß irgendwo in der Maschine Dampf entweicht, Dampfhauptzuleitung schließen und den
Instandhalter herbeirufen.

4.1. VOR DEM WASCHEN
DER MASCHINENHERSTELLER TRÄGT KEINE VERANTWORTUNG FÜR EINE
GEWEBEBESCHÄDIGUNG DURCH UNGEEIGNETEN WASCHVORGANG.
Die Wäsche muß nach Art und gewählter Waschtemperatur sortiert werden. Taschen leeren, aus der
Wäsche fremde Gegenstände, wie Nägel, Stecknadeln, Schrauben, usw., die die Wäsche und Maschine
beschädigen könnten, beseitigen.
Zum Erreichen besserer Waschwirkungen große und Kleine Wäschestücke vermischen, und Wäsche in die
Waschmaschine locker und gegenseitig abgetrennt einlegen.
1. Tür mit Hilfe eines Türhebels öffnen.
2. In die Maschine Wäsche einlegen. Die Wäscheeinlegemenge darf die Maschinenkäpazität nicht
überschreiten.
