Limited Warranty
ICON Health & Fitness, Inc. (ICON), warrants this product to be free from defects
in workmanship and material, under normal use and service conditions, for a peri-
od of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. This warranty extends only to
the original purchaser. ICON's obligation under this warranty is limited to replac-
ing or repairing, at ICON's option, the product at one of its authorized service cen-
ters. If the product fails to perform when used properly because of a manufactur-
ing defect, simply return the product to the retail location where it was purchased,
or send it postage prepaid to the address below within 90 days following the orig-
inal date of purchase. This warranty does not extend to any product or damage to
a product caused by or attributable to freight damage, abuse, misuse, improper or
abnormal usage or repairs not provided by an ICON authorized service center,
products used for commercial or rental purposes, or products used as store dis-
play models. No other warranty beyond that specifically set forth above is autho-
rized by ICON.
ICON is not responsible or liable for indirect, special or consequential damages
arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product or dam-
ages with respect to any economic loss, loss of property, loss of revenues or prof-
its, loss of enjoyment or use, costs of removal, installation or other consequential
damages of whatsoever nature. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limita-
tion of incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, the above limitation may
not apply to you. The warranty extended hereunder is in lieu of any and all other
warranties and any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particu-
lar purpose is limited in its scope and duration to the terms set forth herein. Some
states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. Accordingly,
the above limitation may not apply to you.

Using the Therapy Strips
Use the Therapy Strips
to attach magnets to,

to your body. Wrap the

The ComforTemp¨
Pouches are used to

Preparing the Gel Packs for Cold and Hot Therapy
Directions for Cold Therapy
1. Place a gel pack in the freezer for a mini-
mum of one hour.
2. Remove the gel pack from the freezer.
Insert the large gel pack into the large
ComforTemp¨Pouch. The blue side of the
large pouch denotes cold, and should be
placed against your body. The small gel
pack should be inserted into the small blue
ComforTemp¨Pouch.
3. Apply the Thermonetics cold therapy sys-
tem to the desired area of your body. In
addition, you may also add magnetic thera-
py to the same area of your body.
Directions for Hot Therapy
1. Using either the stove or microwave oven,
boil enough water to entirely cover the gel
pack you wish to heat.
2. Place the gel pack into an appropriate sized
container. Poor the heated water over the
gel pack so that it is completely submerged
for approximately four minutes.

water. Caution: The water and gel packs are hot.
Be careful not to burn yourself while removing
the gel pack from the water. Insert the large gel
pack into the large ComforTemp¨Pouch. The red
side of the large pouch denotes heat, and should be
placed against your body. The small gel pack should
be inserted into the small red ComforTemp¨Pouch.
4. Apply the Thermonetics hot therapy system to the
desired area of your body. In addition, you may also
add magnetic therapy to the same area of your
body.
