IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Please read these instructions carefully before use and retain for future reference.
When using electrical appliances basic safety precautions should always be followed.
• To prevent re or shock hazard, do not expose this product to rain or moisture.
• Only use the PSU supplied or one of identical specication.
• Beware that listening for long periods and at high volume levels may cause fatigue
and hearing damage.
CONNECTIONS
• A compact 30W, (2 x 15W RMS) 3 input channel stereo amplier with built-in DAC
(Digital To Analogue Converter).
• Ideal for adding external speakers to computers, DVD players, TVs, MP3 players,
Digital Mini Disc etc.
• Connect analogue source equipment to the 3.5mm stereo jack, the L and R RCA
Phono, as required using suitable cables.
• If a monitor pass through signal is required, connect the device to the L and R RCA
Phono output.
• Connect digital source equipment to the Optical TOSLink and Phono digital coaxial
input sockets using suitable cables.
• Connect loud speakers to the screw terminal connector block. If loudspeakers are
not required the connector block can be removed.
• Headphones may also be used by connecting to the headphone output jack socket
on the front panel.
• Connect the PSU 12V output to the power in socket and plug the PSU into the
mains supply and turn on the power.
OVERVIEW
• If digital equipment is connected, select either the Coaxial or Optical input using the
Input Source switch on the front panel.
• The source analogue input is selected by using the three push buttons on the front
panel.
• Only one input, digital or analogue can be selected at one time.
• If loudspekers are connected, the volume is adjusted using the LH rotary control on
the front panel.
• The volume level for the headphone output is adjusted using the RH rotary control
on the front panel.
