AVVERTENZE GENERALI
• I prodotti a cui questo manuale si riferisce sono conformi alle Direttive della Comunità Europea e pertanto recano la
sigla .
• È obbligatorio effettuare il collegamento ad un impianto di alimentazione dotato di un’ efficiente messa a terra
(apparecchio di Classe I secondo norma EN 60598-1). Si raccomanda, inoltre, di proteggere le linee di alimentazione
dell’unità dai contatti indiretti e/o cortocircuiti verso massa tramite l’uso di interruttori differenziali opportunamente
dimensionati.
• Le operazioni di collegamento alla rete di distribuzione dell’energia elettrica devono essere effettuate da un installatore
elettrico qualificato. Verificare che frequenza e tensione della rete corrispondono alla frequenza ed alla tensione per
cui l’unità è predisposta, indicate sulla targhetta dei dati elettrici.
• L’unità non per uso domestico solo per uso professionale.
• Evitare di utilizzare l’unità:
- in luoghi soggetti ad eccessiva umidità;
- in luoghi soggetti a vibrazioni, o a possibili urti;
- in luoghi a temperatura superiore ai 45°C o inferiori a 2°C.
• Evitare che nell’unità penetrino liquidi infiammabili, acqua o oggetti metallici.
• Non smontare e non apportare modifiche all’unità.
• Tutti gli interventi devono essere sempre e solo effettuati da personale tecnico qualificato. Rivolgersi al più vicino
centro di assistenza tecnica autorizzato.
• Se si desidera eliminare il dispositivo definitivamente,
consegnarlo per lo smaltimento ad un’istituzione locale per il riciclaggio.

INFORMAZIONI GENERALI
Spedizioni e reclami
Le merci sono vendute “franco nostra sede” e viaggiano sempre a rischio e pericolo del distributore/cliente. Eventuali
avarie e danni dovranno essere contestati al vettore. Ogni reclamo per imballi manomessi dovrà essere inoltrato entro 8
giorni dal ricevimento della merce.
Garanzie e resi
Le unità sono provviste della garanzia di funzionamento e di conformità alla proprie specifiche, come dichiarate dal
costruttore. Per quanto concerne la durata e le condizioni di garanzia fare riferimento al documento“Condizioni generali
di garanzia”. I difetti rilevati entro il periodo di garanzia sui prodotti venduti, attribuibili a materiali difettosi o difetti
di costruzione, devono essere tempestivamente segnalati al proprio rivenditore o distributore, allegando evidenza
scritta della data di acquisto e descrizione del tipo di difetto riscontrato. Sono esclusi dalla garanzia difetti causati
da uso improprio o manomissione. Music & Lights costata tramite verifica sui resi la difettosità dichiarata, correlata
all’appropriato utilizzo, e l’effettiva validità della garanzia; provvede quindi alla sostituzione o riparazione dei prodotti,

Elementi di comando e collegamenti
» DESCRIZIONE E SPECIFICHE TECNICHE
1. Tasto MENU per richiamare le voci che compongono il menù;
2. Tasti DOWN e UP consentono di scorrere le varie voci che compongono il menù e di modificare i parametri
di configurazione;
3. Tasto ENTER consente l’accesso al punto del menù selezionato e la conferma delle variazioni
eventualmente effettuate;
4. Display;
5. Interruttore on/off POWER;
6. Presa d’alimentazione DC INPUT per il collegamento dell’alimentatore a spina in dotazione;
7. DMX IN (XLR a 3 poli): 1= massa, 2 = DMX-, 3 = DMX+;

Descrizione
LDC110 e previsto per un controllo confortevole dell’unita per effetti di luce LDID110. E in grado di
controllare singoli LDID110, ma anche più unita assemblati, ed inoltre permette l’integrazione di queste
unita in un impianto di luce con comando DMX.
Speciche tecniche
Controllo DMX per sistemi a LED serie LDID110.
• 3 canali DMX (mode, pattern, speed/direction) tramite connessioni dedicate a 3 poli.
• 32 pattern pre-memorizzati in 4 modalità di funzionamento: auto, sound, dB mode (VU-meter), hold
mode.
• Interfaccia utente: display a LED, 4 pulsanti.
• Alimentazione 12VDC 800mA.
• Dimensioni (LxAxP): 153x95x52 mm.
• Peso: 0.55 Kg.

Impianto di luce tramite unità di controllo DMX
Per l’integrazione in un impianto di luce con comando DMX, collegare l’ingresso DMX IN con l’uscita dell’unita
di comando DMX oppure con l’uscita DMX di un’unita per effetti di luce dell’impianto esistente. Per il collega-
mento si dovrebbero usare cavi per un alto flusso di dati. L’impiego di normali cavi per microfoni con sezione
di 2×0,22mm2min. e con capacità possibilmente bassa è consigliabile solo per una lunghezza complessiva
dei cavi fino a 100m. Nel caso di lunghezze oltre i 150m è consigliabile l’inserimento di un amplificatore DMX.
1. Collegare l’ingresso DMX (2) con l’uscita DMX dell’unità di comando luce.
2. Collegare l’uscita DMX (3) con l’ingresso DMX della successiva unità per effetti luce, l’uscita di quest’ultima
con l’ingresso dell’unità successiva e via dicendo finché tutte le unità sono collegate formando una catena.
3. Terminare con una resistenza di 120 Ω (> 0,3 W) l’uscita DMX dell’ultima unità per effetti luce della catena:
saldare la resistenza ai pin 2 e 3 di un connettore XLR e inserire il connettore nell’uscita DMX oppure usare
un terminatore adatto.
» FUNZIONI E IMPOSTAZIONI
Controllo DMX512
Per un comando più comodo e per integrare gli apparecchi in un impianto di luce con comando DMX, è
possibile collegare il controllo LDC110, disponibile separatamente, con l’ingresso dei segnali di controllo
dell’apparecchio.
Il cavo DMX deve essere chiuso con un dispositivo di terminazione sul chiuso. Saldate una resistenza da
120Ω tra il segnale (-) e il segnale (+) in una presa DMX e collegarla sul DMX OUT dell’ultimo apparecchio.

Impostazioni base
Attraverso il menù si possono eseguire le seguenti impostazioni base. Premere il tasto MENU (1) tante volte
finché il display (4) indica la funzione desiderata. Quindi premere il tasto ENTER (3). Non far passare più di 8
secondi fra due pressioni dei tasti, per evitare di terminare la procedura d’impostazione.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
• The products referred to in this manual conform to the European Community Directives and are therefore marked
with .
• Connection must be made to a power supply system fitted with efficient earthing (Class I appliance according to
standard EN 60598-1). It is, moreover, recommended to protect the supply lines of the projectors from indirect contact
and/or shorting to earth by using appropriately sized residual current devices.
• The connection to the main network of electric distribution must be carried out by a qualified electrical installer. Check
that the main frequency and voltage correspond to those for which the unit is designed as given on the electrical data
label.
• This unit is not for home use, only professional applications.
• Never use the fixture under the following conditions:
- in places subject to excessive humidity;
- in places subject to vibrations or bumps;
- in places with a temperature of over 45°C or less than 2°C.
• Make certain that no inflammable liquids, water or metal objects enter the fixture.
• Do not dismantle or modify the fixture.
• All work must always be carried out by qualified technical personnel. Contact the nearest sales point for an inspection
or contact the manufacturer directly.
• If the unit is to be put out of operation definitively, take it to a local
recycling plant for a disposal which is not harmful to the environment.
WARNINGS AND INSTALLATION PRECAUTIONS
• Before starting any maintenance work or cleaning the projector, cut off power from the main supply.
• Keep any inflammable material at a safe distance from the fixture.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Shipments and claims
The goods are sold“ex works” and always travel at the risk and danger of the distributor.
Eventual damage will have to be claimed to the freight forwarder. Any claim for broken packs will have to be forwarded
within 8 days from the reception of the goods.
Warranty and returns
Thefixturesareprovidedwithanoperationwarrantyandconformitytoitsowndatasheets,asdeclaredbythemanufacturer.
Regarding the duration and conditions of warranty refer to the document “General Conditions of Guarantee”. Defects
detected within warranty period of validity on sold products, due to defective materials or manufacturing faults, must
be promptly reported to your dealer or distributor, enclosing written evidence of the date of purchase and description
of the type of defect detected. Warranty excludes defects caused by improper use or tampering. Music & Lights will
verify the validity of the claim through examination of the defect in relation to proper use and the actual validity of the
warranty. Music & Lights will eventually provide replacement or repair of the products declining, however, any obligation
of compensation for direct or indirect damage resulting from faultiness.

Description
The LDC110 is designed for convenient control of the light effect unit LDID110. It can be used to control an
individual LDID110 or several units connected in a chain and will also allow integration of these light effect
units into a DMX-controlled lighting system.

» FUNCTIONS AND SETTINGS
Installation of light control units via DMX
For integration into a DMX-controlled lighting system, connect the DMX input DMX IN (7) to the output of the
DMX controller or to the DMX output of a light effect unit of the existing system. For connection, special ca-
bles for high data flow should be used. The use of standard microphone cables with a minimum cable cross
section of 2×0.22mm and a capacity as low as possible can only be recommended for a total cable length of
up to 100 m. For cable lengths exceeding 150 m it is recommended to insert a DMX level matching amplifier.
1. Connect the DMX input (2) to the DMX output of the light controller.
2. Connect the DMX output (3) to the DMX input of the following light effect unit. Connect its output again
to the input of the following unit, etc. until all light effect units are connected in a chain.
3. Terminate the DMX output of the last DMX unit in the chain with a 120Ω resistor (> 0.3 W): Solder the
resistor to the pins 2 and 3 of an XLR plug and connect the plug to the DMX output or use a correspond-
ing terminating plug.
DMX controller
For a more convenient control and for integrating the units into a DMX controlled lighting system, connect
the controller LDC110 (to be ordered separately) to the control signal input of the master unit.
The DMX-cable has to be terminated with a terminator on ended fixture. Solder a 120Ω resistor between
Signal (-) and Signal (+) into a 3-pin plug and plug it in the DMX-output of the last fixture.

Basic adjustments
Via a menu the following basic adjustmentscan be made. Press the button MENU (1) so many times until
the desired function is shown in the display (4). Then press the button ENTER (3). Never wait for more than
8 seconds to press the next button, otherwise the adjusting procedure will be stopped.
