Bitte lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig durch, bevor Sie das Gerät zum ersten Mal
verwenden.
Vielen Dank für den Kauf des Promed ARP-5.4 Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissen. Mit dem behaglichen,
elektronischen Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissen sind Sie in der Lage, Ihren Körper oder bestimmte einzelne
Körperregionen angenehm zu wärmen. Die besondere Form des Promed Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissen
Promed ARP-5.4 schmiegt sich angenehm um Ihren Nacken, legt sich angenehm auf Ihre Schulter und
Rücken und der praktische Gürtel hält es fest. Kleine Taschen die mit Keramikperlen gefüllt und in das Heizkissen
eingebettet sind sorgen für eine gleichmäßige Wärmeverteilung. Die Heizschlangen im Nackenbereich
gewährleisten eine rundum wohlige Wärme. Mit vier Temperatureinstellungen können Sie die Wärme exakt
nach Bedarf anpassen. Die Verwendung dieses Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissen unterstützt die Durchblutung
und somit die Entspannung der angespannten Muskelbereiche und steigert das allgemeine Wohlbefinden. Das
Promed ARP-5.4 kann mit Akku und auch mit Netzspannung (Direct-Drive) betrieben werden. Dies ermöglicht
Ihnen die kuschelige Wärme für entspannende Momente jederzeit zu genießen. Das Gerät ist ausschließlich
für den Hausgebrauch und nicht für gewerbliche Anwendungen oder den Einsatz in Krankenhäusern oder
Arztpraxen gedacht. Um alle Vorteile Ihres Nacken-Rückenheizkissens nutzen zu können, lesen Sie bitte diese
Anleitung gründlich und beachten Sie die Hinweise zur Pflege und Sicherheit. Dies ermöglicht Ihnen das Akku
Nacken-Rückenheizkissen für eine lange Zeit genießen zu können. Bitte bewahren Sie diese Anleitung für die
weitere Verwendung oder, falls Sie das Nacken-Rückenheizkissen einer anderen Person geben wollen, sorgfältig
auf. Wir, der Hersteller, können in keiner Weise haftbar gemacht werden für Verletzungen bzw. Schäden an
Personen oder Sachen, die sich aus Nichtbeachten dieser Anleitung ergeben. Wir wünschen Ihnen mit Ihrem
neuen Promed ARP-5.4 viel Freude. Im Folgenden möchten wir Sie mit dem Gerät vertraut machen. Lesen

Bitte überprüfen Sie vor Inbetriebnahme die Vollständigkeit der Lieferung.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissen nicht eingeklemmt wird.
Verwenden Sie nur Originalteile!
Verwenden Sie keinen anderen Akku und auch keinen anderen Netzadapter!
Achtung
Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass das Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissen locker anliegt, d.h. dass etwas Luft
zwischen dem Heizkissen und Ihrer Haut während der Anwendung zirkulieren kann.
Verhindern Sie unbedingt einen Wärmestau.
Akku laden
Stecken Sie immer erst den Netzadapterstecker (B) in die Netzadapterbuchse (C) am Akku, bevor
Sie den Netzadapter (A) in eine Steckdose stecken.
Laden Sie den Akku im Bedienelement immer bei Raumtemperatur.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie während der Benutzung nicht einschlafen. Sollten Sie während des
Gebrauches schläfrig werden, schalten Sie zur Sicherheit auf Stufe 1 um.
Das Heizkissen ist kein Medizinprodukt.
Der Akku im Bedienelement muss vor dem erstmaligen Gebrauch bzw. längerer Nichtbenutzung mindestens
3-4 Stunden aufgeladen werden.
Gehen Sie dazu wie nachfolgend beschrieben vor:
1. Stecken Sie den Netzadapterstecker (B) in die Netzadapterbuchse (C) am Akku.
2. Stecken Sie den Netzadapter (A) in die Steckdose.
3. Drücken Sie ggf. mehrmals die Ein/Aus- /Temperaturtaste (F) bis die Akkuladeanzeige (D) blau blinkt.
Sobald der Akku vollständig aufgeladen ist, erlischt die blaue Anzeige. Die Ladezeit beträgt maximal 5
Stunden.
4. Ziehen Sie den Netzadapter (A) aus der Steckdose und trennen Sie den Netzadapter vom Akku.
Wenn der Akku fast leer ist, kann das Heizkissen auch mit angeschlossenem Netzadapter betrieben werden.
Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissen mit Netzadapter verwenden (Direct-Drive)
1. Stecken Sie den Netzadapterstecker (B) in die Netzadapterbuchse (C) am Akku.
2. Stecken Sie den Heizkissenanschlussstecker (J) in die Heizkissenanschlussbuchse (H) am Akku.
3. Stecken Sie den Netzadapter (A) in die Steckdose.
4. Ziehen Sie nach Gebrauch den Netzadapter (A) aus der Steckdose.
Wenn das Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissen sehr lange nicht verwendet wurde, hat sich der Akku unter Umständen
so weit entleert, dass der Betrieb nur über den Netzadapter nicht mehr möglich ist. In diesem Fall müssen Sie
den Akku zunächst aufladen.
Inbetriebnahme
1. Legen Sie sich das Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissen auf Ihre Schultern. Die Akkutasche (K) zeigt dabei nach
außen. Schließen Sie die Druckknöpfe (L) und befestigen Sie den Hüftgurt (I) so, dass das Akku Nacken-
Rückenheizkissen in seiner Position bleibt, aber noch angenehm zu tragen ist und nichts durch den Gurt
abgeschnürt wird.
2. Verbinden Sie den Akku mit dem Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissen.
3. Drücken Sie ggf. mehrmals die Ein/Aus-/Temperaturtaste (F) um die Heizfunktion einzuschalten. Die
Kontroll-Leuchten 1 – 4 (E) zeigen dabei die eingestellte Heizstufe an, hierbei leuchtet die Leuchte über der
jeweils eingestellten Heizstufe rot. 1 = niedrigste Heizstufe, 2 und 3 = mittlere Heizstufen, 4 = maximale
Heizstufe.

4. Wählen Sie zunächst die Heizstufe 4. Nach wenigen Minuten hat das Heizkissen seine maximale
Temperatur erreicht. Jetzt können Sie auf eine niedrigere Heizstufe zurückschalten.
5. Stecken Sie den Akku wieder zurück in die Akkutasche (K) im Heizkissen. Achten Sie darauf, dass der
Heizkissenanschlussstecker (J) nicht aus der Heizkissenanschlussbuchse (H) rutscht.
6. Um das Heizkissen auszuschalten, drücken Sie ggf. mehrmals die die Ein/Aus- /Temperaturtaste
(F) bis keine Kontroll-Leuchte (E) mehr leuchtet. Ziehen Sie den Heizkissenanschlussstecker (J) aus der
Heizkissenanschlussbuchse (H) am Akku.
7. Das Heizkissen ist mit einem Sicherheits-Thermostat ausgestattet, der die Wärme reguliert und verhindert,
dass sich das Kissen zu stark erwärmt.
Abschaltautomatik
Das Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissen schaltet sich nach ca. 90 Minuten automatisch aus.
Um es wieder einzuschalten, trennen Sie ggf. den Akku vom Netzadapter und lassen ihn auf Raumtemperatur
abkühlen. Drücken Sie dann die Ein/Aus- /Temperaturtaste (F) und wählen die gewünschte Heizstufe.

Akku leer
Laden Sie den Akku wie im Abschnitt „Akku laden“
beschrieben oder verwenden Sie das ARP-5.4 direkt
mit dem Netzadapter wie im Abschnitt „Nacken-
Rückenheizkissen mit Netzadapter verwenden“ beschrieben.
Das Heizkissen ist nicht
korrekt angeschlossen. Prüfen Sie, ob die Anschlussstecker fest mit den jeweiligen Buchsen verbunden sind.
Die Abschaltautomatik hat
das Heizkissen ausgeschaltet.
Gehen Sie, wie im Abschnitt „Abschaltautomatik“
beschrieben vor. Wenn das ARP-5.4 danach immer noch
nicht funktioniert, wenden Sie sich an den Hersteller.
Die Temperatursicherung hat
ausgelöst. Wenn diese Sicherung auslöst, funktioniert das das ARP-5.4 nicht mehr. Wenden Sie sich an den Hersteller.
Die Steuerung schaltet
sich nach wenigen
Sekunden ab
Das Heizkissen ist
nicht korrekt am Akku
angeschlossen.
Prüfen Sie, ob der Heizkissenanschlussstecker (J) korrekt
in der Heizkissenanschlussbuchse (H) eingesteckt ist.
Ggf. stecken Sie ihn korrekt ein.
• Vor dem Reinigen des Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissens unbedingt Stecker aus den Buchsen und den
Netzstecker aus der Steckdose ziehen.
• Nehmen Sie den Akku aus der Akkutasche.
• Das Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissen kann von Hand oder in der Waschmaschine mit
Feinwaschmittel bei 30°C gewaschen werden.
• Das Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissen nicht bügeln.
• Bitte verwenden Sie keine chlorhaltigen Reinigungsmittel.
• Das Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissen nicht chemisch reinigen.
• Das Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissen kann nicht in einem Trockner getrocknet werden.
• Verwenden Sie keine Hochdruckreiniger
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass weder der Akku, noch der Netzadapter mit Flüssigkeiten in Berührung kommt.
Die Flüssigkeit könnte zu Schäden führen.
• Verwenden Sie niemals das Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissen, während es nass oder feucht ist. Das
Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissen darf während des Trocknens nicht eingeschaltet werden.

PFLEGEHINWEISE

• Lassen Sie das Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissen an der Luft trocknen. Verwenden Sie keine Hilfsmittel (z.B.
Wäscheklammern) um sie zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Dies könnte die innenliegenden Kabel beschädigen.
Lagerung und regelmäßige Inspektion
• Das Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissen nicht zerknittern. Falten Sie das Produkt sorgfältig für die Lagerung.
• Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen Ort auf, wenn es nicht in Gebrauch ist.
• Lassen Sie das Gerät abkühlen, bevor Sie es Falten oder Rollen.
• Das Gerät ist häufig dahingehend zu prüfen, ob es Anzeichen von Abnutzung oder Beschädigung zeigt.
Falls solche Anzeichen vorhanden sind oder falls das Gerät unsachgemäß gebraucht wurde oder das Gerät
nicht funktioniert, muss es vor erneutem Gebrauch zum Händler zurückgegeben werden.
• Verwenden Sie keinen chemischen Mottenschutz.
• Legen Sie während der Lagerung keine schweren Gegenstände auf das Gerät, dies könnte die elektrischen
Leitungen beschädigen.
• Im Falle von Fehlfunktionen oder Defekten, senden Sie das Gerät an den Hersteller.
Vor Inbetriebnahme bitte beachten:
A. Das Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissen darf nur mit dem mitgelieferten Akku und Netzadapter verwendet
werden.
B. Spannungsversorgung:
• Netzadapter: 100V~ - 240V~
• Akku: 9V=
• Nacken-Rücken Heizkissen: 7,4V=
C. Falls Probleme am Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissen auftreten, senden Sie dieses bitte zum Hersteller.
D. Nur für den Gebrauch in Innenräumen.
E. Bei Verwendung eines Elektrogerätes in der Nähe von Kindern ist eine gewissenhafte
Beaufsichtigung erforderlich.
GEFAHR!
• Bringen Sie das Gerät nie mit Wasser oder anderen Flüssigkeiten direkt in Kontakt.
• Verwenden Sie das Gerät niemals in der Badewanne, Dusche, Pools, Saunen oder im Freien.
• Berühren Sie das Gerät nicht mit nassen Händen.
• Betreiben Sie das Gerät nur mit der vorgegebenen Netzspannung.
• Das Gerät darf nicht im Freien benutzt werden.
• Dieses Gerät verwendet Netzspannung, deshalb gelten die gleichen Sicherheitsbestimmungen, wie für
jedes andere elektrische Gerät.
• Kontrollieren Sie vor jeder Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes, dass alle Komponenten des Gerätes in
einwandfreiem Zustand sind. Im Falle eines Defekts oder einer Fehlfunktion, schalten Sie das Gerät sofort
aus und ziehen den Netzstecker vom Stromnetz.
• Reparaturen dürfen ausschließlich vom Hersteller durchgeführt werden. Öffnen Sie niemals das Gerät. Die
einzelnen Komponenten dieses Gerätes dürfen nicht zerlegt, repariert oder modifiziert werden.
• Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur in trockenen Räumen und mit einem trockenen Körper.
• Betreiben Sie das Gerät niemals in der Nähe von anderen Wärmequellen.
• Das Gerät niemals am Netzkabel tragen oder ziehen. Ziehen Sie das Kabel am Stecker und niemals am
Kabel aus der Steckdose.
• Das Netzkabel nicht über scharfe Kanten ziehen oder einklemmen, nicht herunterhängen lassen und nicht
über heiße Gegenstände (z.B. Herdplatten) oder offene Flammen legen oder hängen, sowie vor Hitze oder
Öl schützen.
• Verlängerungskabel nur dann verwenden, wenn Sie sich vorher von deren einwandfreiem Zustand
überzeugt haben.

• Sollte das Netzkabel des Netzadapters einmal beschädigt sein, wenden Sie sich an den Hersteller.
• Verwenden Sie das Gerät niemals, nachdem das Stromkabel beschädigt wurde, das Gerät heruntergefallen
ist oder es mit Wasser in Kontakt kam.
• Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker, wenn das Gerät nicht benutzt wird.
• Das Gerät darf nicht von Kleinkindern (0-3 Jahre) benutzt werden.
• Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und von Personen mit reduzierten physischen, sensorischen
oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder mangelnder Erfahrung und Wissen verwendet werden, wenn sie durch
eine für Ihre Sicherheit zuständige Person beaufsichtigt werden oder von dieser Person eine ausführliche
Anleitung zur Benutzung des Gerätes in der Art und Weise erhalten haben, dass Sie die damit verbundenen
Gefahren verstehen.
• Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
• Reinigungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne Aufsicht durchgeführt werden.
• Ein Elektrogerät ist kein Kinderspielzeug. Kinder erkennen die Gefahren nicht, die beim Umgang
mit Elektrogeräten entstehen können. Das Gerät deshalb außer Reichweite von Kindern benutzen und
aufbewahren.
• Trennen Sie das Gerät vom Stromnetz, bevor Sie es reinigen. Stellen Sie während der Reinigung sicher,
dass keine Flüssigkeiten mit dem Schalter in Kontakt kommen und dass das Gerät nur in einem absolut
trockenen Zustand verwendet wird.
• Keine Nadeln oder spitzen Gegenstände in das Gerät einführen.
WARNUNG!
• Lassen Sie das Gerät niemals unbeaufsichtigt, wenn sich Kinder oder ungeübte Personen im Umgang mit
diesem Gerät in der Nähe befinden.
• Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur für Anwendungen, wie in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung beschrieben.
• Lassen Sie Kinder nie mit dem Verpackungsmaterial spielen, es besteht Erstickungsgefahr.
• Das Gerät nicht auf heiße Oberflächen oder in Nähe von offenen Gasflammen abstellen oder benutzen,
damit das Gehäuse nicht schmilzt.
• Bewahren Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe eines Waschbeckens oder einer Badewanne auf, da die Gefahr
besteht, dass es ins Waschbecken oder die Badewanne fallen oder gezogen werden kann.
• Laden Sie den Akku daher auch nicht im Badezimmer, in der Nähe von Waschbecken oder anderen
mit Flüssigkeiten gefüllten Behältern.
• Bitte konsultieren Sie vor der Verwendung des Gerätes einen Arzt, wenn Sie an einer Erkrankung wie, z.B.
Krampfadern, Thrombose, etc., leiden
• Verwenden Sie das Gerät niemals mit offenen Wunden, Verbrennungen, Hämatomen, Schwellungen oder
ähnlichen Verletzungen.
• Beenden Sie die Anwendung des Gerätes umgehend, wenn diese sich unangenehm für Sie anfühlt.
Wärmeempfindliche Personen sollten insbesondere das Gerät mit Vorsicht benutzen und nur kurze
Anwendungszeiten verwenden.
• Die vom Heizkissen ausgehenden elektrischen und magnetischen Felder können unter Umständen die
Funktion eines Herzschrittmachers stören. Sie liegen jedoch unter den Grenzwerten. Bitte befragen Sie Ihren
Arzt und den Hersteller Ihres Herzschrittmachers vor der Verwendung der Heizdecke.

Achtung!
• Verwenden Sie niemals das Akku Nacken-Rückenheizkissen, wenn es zusammengeklappt,
zerknittert oder zusammengeschoben ist.
• Das Gerät darf nicht von kleinen Kindern ab drei Jahren verwendet werden, sofern die Einstellungen nicht
von einem Elternteil oder Erziehungsberechtigten voreingestellt wurden, oder dass das Kind ausreichend
eingewiesen wurde, wie das Gerät sicher zu betreiben ist.
• Nicht verwenden, wenn das Gerät nass ist.
• Das Gerät darf nicht von hilflosen Personen oder Personen, die unempfindlich gegen Hitze sind, verwendet
werden.
• Kinder unter drei Jahren dürfen das Gerät, aufgrund ihrer Unfähigkeit auf eine Überhitzung zu reagieren,
nicht verwenden.
• Zum Lagern des Gerätes lassen Sie es vor dem Falten abkühlen. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Akku Nacken-
Rückenheizkissen nicht knittert und, dass keine Gegenstände auf ihr gelagert werden.
Elektrowerkzeuge, Zubehör und Verpackungen sollen einer umweltgerechten Wiederverwertung zugeführt
werden.
Nur für EU-Länder:
Werfen Sie Elektrowerkzeuge nicht in den Hausmüll! Gemäß der Europäischen
Richtlinie 2012/19/EU über Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte und ihrer Umsetzung in nationales
Recht müssen nicht mehr gebrauchsfähige Elektrowerkzeuge getrennt gesammelt und einer
umweltgerechten Wiederverwertung zugeführt werden.
Innerhalb der EU weist dieses Symbol darauf hin, dass dieses Produkt nicht über den Hausmüll entsorgt werden
darf. Altgeräte enthalten wertvolle recyclingfähige Materialien, die einer Wiederverwertung zugeführt werden
sollten, um der Umwelt bzw. der menschlichen Gesundheit nicht durch unkontrollierte Müllbeseitigung zu schaden.
Bitte entsorgen Sie Altgeräte deshalb über geeignete Sammelsysteme oder senden Sie das Gerät zur Entsorgung
an die Stelle, bei der Sie es gekauft haben. Diese wird dann das Gerät der stofflichen Verwertung zuführen.
Akkus/Batterien:
Werfen Sie Akkus/Batterien nicht in den Hausmüll, ins Wasser oder ins Feuer. Akkus/
Batterien sollen gesammelt, recycelt oder auf umweltfreundliche Weise entsorgt
werden.
Nur für EU-Länder:
Gemäß der Richtlinie 91/157/EWG müssen defekte oder verbrauchte Akkus/
Batterien recycelt werden. Nicht mehr gebrauchsfähige Akkus/Batterien können direkt
abgegeben werden bei: Promed GmbH, Lindenweg 11, D-82490 Farchant.
Dieses Produkt wurde mit aller Sorgfalt hergestellt und vor Verlassen des Werkes eingehend geprüft. Deshalb
leisten wir auf dieses Produkt eine Garantie von 24 Monaten ab Kaufdatum. Promed Produkte entsprechen
ihrer Beschreibung und den jeweiligen Spezifikationen; es obliegt Ihrer Verantwortlichkeit, sicher zu stellen, dass
die Produkte, die Sie kaufen, für die von Ihnen beabsichtigte Nutzung ausgelegt sind.
• Bei nachweisbaren Material- und/oder Herstellerfehlern, die bei vorschriftsmäßigem Gebrauch auftreten
und die während der Garantiezeit erkannt werden, ersetzen wir innerhalb der Garantiezeit kostenlos
sämtliche mangelhaften Teile des Produktes, inklusive des Lohnkostenanteils der Garantiereparaturen.
•Die Garantie umfasst nicht:
• den normalen Verschleiß des Produktes. Mängel, die durch den Transport oder die Lagerung des

Produktes verursacht werden. Mängel oder Beschädigungen, die durch unvorschriftsmäßige

der Hinweise in der Bedienungsanleitung. Schäden auf Grund von Modifikationen des Produktes, die
nicht von Promed durchgeführt wurden.
• Beschädigungen durch scharfe Gegenstände, in Folge von Torsion, Stauchung, Fall, eines anormalen
Stoßes oder sonstiger Handlungen, die außerhalb der angemessenen Kontrolle von Promed liegen.
• Verschleißteile (z.B. bewegliche Teile wie Kugellager, Motoren , Motorkohlenbürsten, etc., Verschlüsse)

werden. In diesen Fällen muss in dem Paket bzw. in den Begleitpapieren ein spezieller Hinweis auf diesen
Sachstand gegeben werden.
• Für während der Garantiezeit instandgesetzte Komponenten oder ausgetauschte Produkte wird die Garantie
nur für die verbleibende ursprüngliche Garantiezeit gewährt; vorausgesetzt, dass dieser Austausch oder
diese Instandsetzung durch Promed oder einem von Promed autorisierten Händler vorgenommen wurde.
• Die Garantiezeit beginnt am Tage des Kaufs. Garantieansprüche müssen innerhalb der Garantiezeit geltend
gemacht werden. Nach Ablauf der Garantiezeit auftretende Reklamationen können nicht berücksichtigt
werden. Die Garantie tritt im Rahmen dieser Garantiebedingungen nur dann in Kraft, wenn das Kaufdatum
durch einen Kaufbeleg oder ähnliches nachgewiesen wird. Technische und optische Änderungen, sowie
Änderungen der Ausstattung sind vorbehalten!
Diese Garantie ist nur in dem Land rechtsgültig und durchsetzbar, in dem das Produkt durch den Erstkäufer
erworben wurde, vorausgesetzt, dass die Absicht von Promed war, dass das Produkt für den Verkauf
in diesem Land angeboten wird. Diese Garantie ist ebenfalls in jedwedem Land im Europäischen
Wirtschaftsraum durchsetzbar, in dem Promed über einen autorisierten Importeur oder einen
Vertriebspartner verfügt. Es können, in Abhängigkeit von dem jeweiligen Land, besondere und abweichende
Garantien und Gewährleistungen aufgrund der jeweils anwendbaren Gesetzgebung einschlägig sein.

this cosy, electric battery-operated neck-and-back heating pad, you will be able to comfortably warm up your
body or specific individual body regions. The special shape of the Promed battery-operated neck-and-back
heating pad ARP-5.4 pleasantly fits around your neck, comfortably adapts to your shoulders and back and the
practical belt fixes it in place. Small bags that are filled with ceramic pearls and integrated into the heating pad
ensure a uniform distribution of heat. The heating coils in the neck area ensure all-round cosy warmth. With four
different temperature settings, you can adjust the warmth exactly to your needs. Using this battery-operated neck-
and-back heating pad supports the blood circulation and thus the relaxation of tense muscle areas and increases
general well-being. The Promed ARP-5.4 can be operated with the battery and with supply voltage (Direct-
Drive). This allows you to enjoy the cosy warmth for relaxing moments at all times. The device is only intended
for domestic use and not for commercial applications or use in hospitals or medical practices. To be able to
make use of all advantages of your neck-and-back heating pad, please read these instructions thoroughly and

Before getting started, please check that the delivery is complete.
Make sure that the battery-operated neck-and-back heating pad does not get stuck.
Please use original parts only!
Please do not use any other battery or power adapter!
Attention
Please ensure that the battery-operated neck-and-back heating pad is not too tight so that some air
can circulate between the neck-and-back heating pad and your skin when using it. Under all
circumstances, avoid accumulation of heat.

Charging the battery
Always insert the male power adapter connector (B) into the female power adapter connector(C) on
the battery first, before you insert the power adapter (A) into a socket.
Always charge the battery in the control element at room temperature.
Make sure that you do not fall asleep during use. If you become very tired during use, sellect setting
1 for safety.
The back heat pad is not a medical product.
The battery in the control element must be charged for at least 3-4 hours before it is used for the first time or after
it has not been used for a longer period of time.
To do this, please proceed as described below:
1. Insert the male power adapter connector (B) into the female power adapter connector (C) on the battery.
2. Insert the power adapter (A) into the power socket.
3. Press the ON/OFF temperature button (F) several times if necessary until the battery status indicator (D)
flashes blue. As soon as the battery has been charged completely, the blue indicator goes out. The charging
takes a maximum of 5 hours.
4. Remove the power adapter (A) from the power socket and disconnect the power adapter from the battery.
If the battery is already empty, the heating pad can also be operated with the power adapter connected.
Using the battery-operated neck-and-back heating pad with a power adapter (Direct-Drive)
1. Insert the male power adapter connector (B) into the female power adapter connector (C) on the battery.
2. Insert the male heating pad connector (J) into the female heating pad connector (H) on the battery.
3. Insert the power adapter (A) into the power socket.
4. After use, remove the power adapter (A) from the socket.
If the battery-operated neck-and-back heating pad has not been used for a very long time, the battery may have
discharged to the point that the heating pad can no longer be operated only by using the power adapter. In this
case, you must first charge the battery.
Commissioning
1. Place the battery-operated neck-and-back heating pad on your shoulders. The battery bag (K) faces
outwards. Close the snap buttons (L) and fasten the hip belt (I) in such a manner that the battery-operated
neck-and-back heating pad remains in its position, but can still be worn comfortably and that the belt is not
too tight.
2. Connect the battery to the battery-operated neck-and-back heating pad.
3. Press the ON/OFF temperature button (F) several times if necessary to switch on the heating function. The
indicator lights 1 – 4 (E) indicate the heating level set; here, the light above the heating level set lights up

red. 1 = lowest heating level, 2 and 3 = medium heating levels, 4 = highest heating level.
4. First choose heating level 4. After a few minutes, the heating pad reaches its maximum temperature. Now
you can switch the temperature back to a lower heating level.
5. Insert the battery into the battery bag (K) in the heating pad. Make sure that the male heating pad connector
(J) does not slip out of the female heating pad connector (H).
6. To switch off the heating pad, press the ON/OFF temperature button (F) several times if necessary until no
more indicator lights (E) are lit. Remove the male heating pad connector (J) from the female heating pad
connector (H) on the battery.
7. The heating pad is equipped with a safety thermostat that regulates the warmth and prevents the pad from
overheating.
Automatic switch-off
The battery-operated neck-and-back heating pad switches off automatically after approx. 90 minutes.
In order switch it on again, disconnect the battery from the power adapter if necessary and allow it to cool down
to room temperature. Then press the ON/OFF temperature button (F) and choose the desired heating level.

Charge the battery as described in the section on
“Charging the battery” or use the ARP-5.4 directly with
the power adapter as described in the section on “Using

The heating pad is not connected correctly. Check if the male connectors are firmly connected to the
respective female connectors.
The heating pad has been switched off by
the automatic switch-off.
Please proceed as described in the section on “Automatic
switch-off”. If the ARP-5.4 does still not work, contact the
manufacturer.
The control switches off
after a few seconds.
The temperature fuse has tripped. If this fuse has tripped, the ARP-5.4 will not work
anymore. Contact the manufacturer.
The heating pad is not connected correctly
to the battery.
Check if the male heating pad connector (J) is correctly
inserted in the female heating pad connector (H). If
necessary, insert it correctly
• Before cleaning the battery-operated neck-and-back heating pad, the female and male connectors and the
power plug must be disconnected from the power socket.
• Remove the battery from the battery bag.
• The heating blanket can be washed by hand or in the washing machine at 30°C using a mild
detergent.
• Do not iron the battery-operated neck-and-back heating pad.
• Please do not use any detergents containing chlorine.
• Do not dry clean the battery-operated neck-and-back heating pad..
• The battery-operated neck-and-back heating pad cannot be tumble dried.
• Do no use any high-pressure cleaners.
• Please ensure that the neither the battery nor the power adapter comes into contact with liquids. Liquids may
result in damage.

• Never use the battery-operated neck-and-back heating pad while it is wet or damp. The battery-operated
neck-and-back heating pad must not be switched on while it is drying.
• Let the battery-operated neck-and-back heating pad air dry. Do not use any auxiliary means (such as clothes
pegs) to hang it up to dry. This may damage the cables inside.
Storage and regular inspection
• Do not crumple the battery-operated neck-and-back heating pad.Carefully fold the product to store it.
• Store the device in a dry place when it is not in use.
• Allow the device to cool before you fold or roll it up.
• Examine the appliance frequently for signs of wear or damage. If there are such signs, if the appliance has
been misused or does not work, return it to the supplier before switching it on again.
• Please do not use any chemical moth protection.
• Do not place any heavy objects on the device during storage, as this may damage the electrical wiring.
• In the event of malfunction or defects, send the device to the manufacturer.
Please note the following aspects prior to any commissioning:
A. The battery-operated neck-and-back heating pad may only be used with the battery and power adapter
supplied.
B. Voltage supply:

C. If any problems occur with the battery-operated neck-and-back heating pad, send it to the manufacturer.
D. Only for indoor use.
E. When using an electrical device near children, conscientious
supervision is required.

• Never use the device in the bathtub, shower, pools, saunas or outdoors.
• Do not touch the device with wet hands.
• Only operate the device with the supply voltage specified.
• The device must not be used outdoors.
• This device uses supply voltage; therefore, the same safety regulations as for any other electrical device
apply.
• Prior to any commissioning of the device, check that all components of the device are in perfect condition.
In the event of a defect or a malfunction, immediately switch off the device and disconnect the power plug
from power supply system.
• Any repair work may only be carried out by the manufacturer. Never open the device. The individual
components of this device must not be disassembled, repaired or modified.
• Only use the device in dry rooms and if your body is dry.
• Never operate the device next to other sources of heat.
• Never carry or pull the device by holding it on the power cable. Disconnect the cable from the power socket
using the plug and never using the cable.
• Do not pull the power cable over sharp edges or pinch it, do not let it hang down and do not place or
suspended it over hot objects (e.g. hobs) or open flames and protect it against heat or oil.
• Only use an extension cable if you previously made sure that it is in a perfect condition.
• If the power cable of the adapter is damaged, contact the manufacturer.
• Never use the device after the power cable has been damaged, the device has been dropped or come into
contact with water.

• The electric and magnetic fields generated by the heating blanket may interfere with the proper functioning
of a cardiac pacemaker under certain circumstances. However, they do not exceed the limit values. Please
consult your doctor and the manufacturer of your cardiac pacemaker before using the heating blanket.

national law, nonfunctioning power tools must be collected separately and recycled in an
environmentally suitable manner.
This symbol indicates that disposal of this product in the domestic waste is not permitted within the EU. Waste
devices contain valuable recyclable material that should be recycled. Recycling also prevents uncontrolled

This product was produced with the utmost care and was thoroughly tested before it left the factory. Therefore,
we provide a warranty period of 24 months from the date of purchase for this product. Promed products
conform to their description and the relevant specifications; it is your responsibility to ensure that the product
which you have purchased is designed for your intended use.
• In the event of material defects and/or manufacturing errors which appear during proper use and are
detected during the warranty period, we will replace all defective parts of the product free of charge within
the warranty period, including the labour costs for warranty repairs.
• The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear on the product
• Defects which were caused during transportation or storage of the product
• Defects or damage which were caused through improper use or inadequate maintenance
• Damage resulting from disregarding the notes in the operating manual
• Damage resulting from modifications to the product which were not carried out by Promed.
• Damage caused by sharp objects or as a result of torsion, compression, being dropped, an abnormal
impact or other actions which are beyond Promed’s reasonable control.
• Parts which are subject to wear (e.g. moving parts such as ball bearings, Motors, motor carbon
brushes etc., fasteners, etc.) are generally excluded from the warranty.

WARRANTY

• A claim under the warranty is not enforceable if:
• the product is not sent back in its original packaging or in adequately secure packaging;
• it has been modified or repaired by a person or company other than Promed or one of Promed’s
authorised dealers;
• the product has been repaired using parts which are not approved by Promed;
• the serial number / LOT number of the product has been removed, deleted, changed or made
illegible.
• For reasons of hygiene, any products which have been exposed to direct contact with a body or with
bodily fluids (e.g. blood) must be packaged in an additional plastic bag before they are sent back. In
this case, a specific note of this situation must be made in the package or in the accompanying documents.
• For components or products which are replaced during the warranty period, a warranty is only provided for
the remainder of the original warranty period; provided that the product or part replacement was carried
out by Promed or one of Promed’s authorised dealers.
• The warranty period begins on the day of purchase. Claims under the warranty must be established within
the warranty period. Complaints arising after the expiry of the warranty period cannot be considered.
• Under these warranty conditions, the warranty shall only apply if the date of purchase can be proven
by means of a sales receipt or similar.
• We reserve the right to make technical and visual changes as well as changes to the features.
• This warranty is only valid and enforceable in the country in which it was purchased by the original buyer,
provided that it was Promed’s intention that the product should be offered for sale in this country. This
warranty is also enforceable in any country within the European Economic Area in which Promed has
an authorised importer or sales partner. Depending on each country, specific and differing warranties and
guarantees may be applicable owing to the particular applicable legislation. These legal provisions are
neither excluded nor limited by these warranty conditions. To the extent permissible under national law, the
warranty period shall not be extended, renewed or otherwise affected by any subsequent resale, repair or
replacement of the product.
• The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
• Our warranty conditions do not affect the seller’s legal warranty obligation.
• To the fullest extent possible under the applicable mandatory legislation, these warranty conditions
constitute your sole and exclusive legal remedy and shall apply in place of any other express or implied
warranty conditions. Promed is not liable for any unusual, incidental, punitive or consequential damages
including, but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, loss of revenue, costs of replacement equipment or
facilities, third party insurance claims, and damage to property which are the result of the purchase or use
of the product or occur owing to a breach of warranty, a breach of contract, negligence, product defects
or any other legal or statutory circumstances, even though Promed was aware of the possibility of such
damages. Promed is not liable for any delay in warranty claims.
• Promed cannot be held liable for any possible translation errors.

Veuillez vérifier l’intégralité de la livraison avant la mise en service.
Assurez-vous que le coussin chauffant pour le dos et la nuque avec batterie n’est pas coincé.
Utilisez uniquement des pièces d’origine !
N’utilisez aucune autre batterie et aucun autre adaptateur réseau !
Attention
Veuillez-vous assurer que le coussin chauffant pour le dos et la nuque avec batterie soit placé de façon
lâche, c.à.d. que de l’air puisse circuler entre le coussin chauffant et votre peau pendant
l’application.
Empêchez impérativement toute accumulation de chaleur.
Charger la batterie
Commencez toujours par brancher la fiche de l’adaptateur réseau (B) dans la douille de l’adaptateur
réseau (C) de la batterie avant de brancher l’adaptateur réseau (A) dans une prise de courant
électrique.
Laissez toujours charger la batterie dans l’élément de commande à température ambiante.
Assurez-vous de ne pas vous endormir pendant l’utilisation. Si vous vous sentez somnolent pendant
l’utilisation, commutez vers le niveau 1 pour votre sécurité.
L’oreiller chauffant n’est pas un produit médical.
La batterie dans l’élément de commande doit d’abord être chargée pendant au moins 3-4 heures avant sa
première utilisation ou après une longue période d’inutilisation.
Pour cela, procédez comme suit :
1. Branchez la fiche de l’adaptateur réseau (B) dans la douille de l’adaptateur réseau (C) de la batterie.
2. Branchez l’adaptateur réseau (A) dans la prise de courant électrique.
3. Le cas échéant, appuyez plusieurs fois sur le bouton de température On/Off (F) jusqu’à ce que le témoin de
chargement de la batterie (D) clignote en bleu. Dès que la batterie est entièrement chargée, le témoin bleu
disparaît. La durée de chargement est de 5 heures au maximum.
4. Débranchez l’adaptateur réseau (A) de la prise de courant électrique et débranchez l’adaptateur réseau de
la batterie.
Lorsque la batterie est presque vide, le coussin chauffant peut également être utilisé en le branchant sur
l’adaptateur réseau.
Utiliser le coussin chauffant pour le dos et la nuque avec batterie avec l’adaptateur réseau
(Direct Drive)
1. Branchez la fiche de l’adaptateur réseau (B) dans la douille de l’adaptateur réseau (C) de la batterie.
2. Branchez la fiche de raccordement du coussin chauffant (J) dans la douille de raccordement du coussin
chauffant (H) de la batterie.
3. Branchez l’adaptateur réseau (A) dans la prise de courant électrique.
4. Après utilisation, débranchez l’adaptateur réseau (A) de la prise de courant électrique.
Lorsque la batterie du coussin chauffant pour le dos et la nuque avec batterie n’a pas été utilisée depuis très
longtemps, il est probable que la batterie se soit vidée au point qu’il soit uniquement possible d’utiliser le coussin
chauffant via l’adaptateur réseau. Dans ce cas, il est nécessaire de commencer par charger la batterie.
Mise en service
1. Déposez le coussin chauffant pour le dos et la nuque avec batterie sur vos épaules. La poche pour batterie
(K) doit être située vers l’extérieur. Fermez les boutons pression (L) et fixez la sangle abdominale (I) de
sorte que le coussin chauffant pour le dos et la nuque avec batterie reste en position mais soit tout de même
agréable à porter et que la ceinture n’étrangle aucune partie du corps.
2. Raccordez la batterie au coussin chauffant pour le dos et la nuque avec batterie.

3. Le cas échéant, appuyez plusieurs fois sur le bouton de température On/Off (F) pour activer la fonction de
chauffe. Les témoins de contrôle 1 – 4 (E) indiquent le niveau de température réglé à l’aide d’un voyant
rouge pour le niveau de température concerné. 1 = niveau de température le plus bas, 2 et 3 = niveaux de
température moyens, 4 = niveau de température maximal
4. Commencez par sélectionner le niveau de température 4. Le coussin chauffant atteint sa température
maximale après quelques minutes. Vous pouvez maintenant revenir à un niveau de température plus faible.
5. Placez la batterie dans la poche pour batterie (K) sur le coussin chauffant. Veillez à ce que la fiche de
raccordement du coussin chauffant (J) ne glisse pas hors de la douille de raccordement du coussin chauffant
(H).
6. Pour éteindre le coussin chauffant, appuyez le cas échéant plusieurs fois sur le bouton de température On/
Off (F) jusqu’à ce que tous les témoins de contrôle (E) soient éteints. Débranchez la fiche de raccordement
du coussin chauffant (J) de la douille de raccordement du coussin chauffant (H) sur la batterie.
7. Le coussin chauffant doit être équipé d’un thermostat de sécurité régulant la chaleur et empêchant que le
coussin ne chauffe trop.
Arrêt automatique
Le coussin chauffant pour le dos et la nuque avec batterie s’éteint automatiquement après env. 90 minutes. Pour
le rallumer, débranchez le cas échéant la batterie de l’adaptateur réseau et laissez-la refroidir à température
ambiante. Appuyez ensuite sur le bouton de température On/Off (F) et choisissez le niveau de température
souhaité.
Problème Cause Solution
Ne fonctionne pas
Batterie vide
Chargez la batterie conformément au paragraphe « Charger
la batterie » ou utilisez le ARP-5.4 directement avec l’adaptateur
réseau conformément au paragraphe « Utiliser le coussin
chauffant pour le dos et la nuque avec l’adaptateur réseau ».
Le coussin chauffant n’est pas
raccordé correctement. Vérifiez que les fiches de raccordement sont correctement reliées aux douilles correspondantes.
L’arrêt automatique a éteint le
coussin chauffant.
Procédez comme indiqué dans le paragraphe « Arrêt
automatique ». Si le ARP-5.4 ne fonctionne toujours pas apres
cela, adressez-vous au fabricant.
La commande s’éteint
après quelques
secondes
Le protecteur thermique s’est
déclenché Si le protecteur se déclenche, le ARP-5.4 ne fonctionne plus. Adressez-vous au fabricant.
Le coussin chauffant n’est pas
raccordé correctement à la
batterie.
Vérifiez que la fiche de raccordement du coussin chauffant (J)
est correctement branchée à la douille de raccordement du
coussin chauffant (H). Branchez la correctement si nécessaire.
• Avant de nettoyer le coussin chauffant pour le dos et la nuque avec batterie, débranchez impérativement les
fiches des douilles et l’adaptateur réseau de la prise d’alimentation.
• Sortez la batterie de la poche pour batterie.
• Le coussin chauffant pour le dos et la nuque et la housse peuvent être lavés à la main ou en machine
à 30°C avec une lessive pour linge délicat.
• Le coussin chauffant pour le dos et la nuque avec batterie ne doit pas être repassé.
• Veuillez ne pas utiliser de produits nettoyants chlorés.
• Le coussin chauffant pour le dos et la nuque avec batterie ne doit pas être nettoyé à sec.
• Le coussin chauffant pour le dos et la nuque avec batterie ne doit pas être séché au sèche-linge.
• N‘utilisez pas de nettoyeur à haute pression.

• Assurez-vous que ni la batterie ni l’adaptateur réseau n’entrent en contact avec des liquides, sous peine de
provoquer des dommages.
• N’utilisez jamais le coussin chauffant pour le dos et la nuque avec batterie s’il est encore mouillé ou humide.
Le coussin chauffant pour le dos et la nuque avec batterie ne doit pas être allumé pendant le séchage.
• Laissez le coussin chauffant pour le dos et la nuque avec batterie sécher à l’air libre. N’utilisez aucun
dispositif (comme des pinces à linge) pour la suspendre pendant le séchage. Ceci pourrait endommager les
câbles situés à l’intérieur de la couverture.
Stockage et inspection régulière
• Le coussin chauffant pour le dos et la nuque avec batterie ne doit pas être chiffonné. Pliez soigneusement
l’appareil avant de le stocker.
• Conservez l’appareil dans un endroit sec lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé.
• Laissez refroidir l’appareil avant de le plier ou de le rouler.
• Il convient de contrôler souvent si l’appareil présente des signes d’usure ou d’endommagement. Si tel est
le cas ou si l’appareil a été utilisé de façon non conforme ou ne fonctionne pas, il doit être renvoyé au
fabricant avant de pouvoir l’utiliser à nouveau.
• N’utilisez aucun produit antimite chimique.
• Ne placez aucun objet lourd sur l’appareil pendant son stockage sous peine d’endommager les câbles
électriques.
• En cas de dysfonctionnement ou de défaut, renvoyez l’appareil au fabricant.
À respecter impérativement avant la mise en service :
A. Le coussin chauffant pour le dos et la nuque avec batterie doit uniquement être utilisé avec la batterie et
l’adaptateur réseau fournis.
B. Tension d’alimentation :
• Adaptateur réseau : 100V~ - 240V~
• Batterie : 9V=
• Coussin chauffant pour le dos et la nuque : 7,4V=
C. En cas de problème avec le coussin chauffant pour le dos et la nuque avec batterie, veuillez le renvoyer au
fabricant.
D. Convient uniquement pour une utilisation en intérieur.
E. Une surveillance scrupuleuse est nécessaire en cas d’utilisation d’un appareil électrique à proximité
d’enfants.
DANGER !
• Ne mettez jamais l’appareil en contact direct avec de l’eau ou d’autres liquides.
• N‘utilisez jamais l‘appareil dans une baignoire, douche, piscine, sauna ou en extérieur.
• Ne touchez jamais l’appareil avec des mains mouillées.
• Utilisez l’appareil uniquement à la tension d’alimentation indiquée.
• L’appareil ne doit pas être utilisé en extérieur.
• Cet appareil est sous tension, il convient donc d’appliquer les mêmes dispositions de sécurité que pour tous
les autres appareils électriques.
• Avant la mise en service de l’appareil, vérifiez que tous les composants de l’appareil fonctionnent
parfaitement. En cas de défaut ou de dysfonctionnement, éteignez immédiatement l’appareil et débranchez
la fiche secteur de la prise d’alimentation.
• Les réparations doivent exclusivement être exécutées par le fabricant. N’ouvrez jamais l’appareil. Les
composants individuels de cet appareil ne doivent pas être démontés, réparés ou subir de modifications.
• Utilisez l’appareil uniquement dans des pièces au sec et sur un corps sec.
• N’utilisez jamais l’appareil à proximité d’autres sources de chaleur.
• Ne portez ou ne tirez jamais l’appareil par le câble d’alimentation. Débranchez le câble de la prise

d’alimentation en tirant au niveau de la fiche et jamais au niveau du câble.
• Ne faites pas passer ou ne coincez pas le câble d’alimentation sur des arêtes vives, ne le laissez pas
pendre, ne le posez ou ne le suspendez pas sur des objets chauds (par ex. des plaques de cuisson) ou à
proximité de flammes directes et protégez-le de la chaleur ou de projections d’huile.
• Utilisez uniquement un câble de rallonge après vous être d’abord assuré de son bon état de fonctionnement.
• Si le câble réseau de l’adaptateur réseau est endommagé, adressez-vous au fabricant.
• N’utilisez jamais l’appareil après que le câble d’alimentation a été endommagé ou après que l’appareil ait
chuté ou soit entré en contact avec de l’eau.
• Débranchez la fiche secteur quand vous n’utilisez pas l’appareil.
• L‘appareil ne doit pas être utilisé par des enfants en bas âge (0-3 ans).
• Cet appareil peut être utilisé par des enfants à partir de 8 ans et par des personnes aux capacités
physiques, sensorielles ou mentales réduites ou bien n’ayant pas la connaissance ou l’expérience requise
s’ils sont surveillés par une personne responsable de leur sécurité ou bien si cette dernière leur a fourni
des instructions d’utilisation détaillées sur l’utilisation de cet appareil de sorte qu’ils soient en mesure de
comprendre les risques étant liés à son utilisation.
• L’appareil ne doit pas être utilisé comme un jouet par les enfants.
• Il est interdit aux enfants de procéder à des travaux d’entretien ou de maintenance de l’appareil sans
surveillance.
• Un appareil électrique n‘est pas un jouet. Les enfants ne sont pas conscients des dangers liés à
l‘utilisation d‘appareils électriques. C‘est pourquoi l‘appareil doit être utilisé et conservé hors de
portée des enfants.
• Débranchez l’appareil de l’alimentation électrique avant de le nettoyer. Pendant le nettoyage, assurez-vous
qu’aucun liquide n’entre en contact avec l’interrupteur et que l’appareil soit utilisé uniquement s’il est sec.
• N‘introduisez aucune aiguille ou objet pointu dans l‘appareil.
AVERTISSEMENT !
• Ne laissez jamais l’appareil sans surveillance si des enfants ou des personnes non instruits se trouvent à
proximité de cet appareil en cours d’utilisation.
• Utilisez uniquement l’appareil dans le cadre des applications décrites dans cette notice d’utilisation.
• Ne laissez jamais des enfants jouer avec l’emballage, ils pourraient s’étouffer.
• Ne laissez jamais ou n’utilisez jamais l’appareil sur des surfaces chaudes ou à proximité de flammes de gaz
directes afin de ne pas faire fondre l’enveloppe.
• Ne conservez jamais l’appareil à proximité d’un lavabo ou d’une baignoire, afin qu’il ne puisse pas tomber
ou être tiré dans le lavabo ou la baignoire.
• C’est pourquoi la batterie ne doit jamais être chargée dans la salle de bains, à proximité d’un lavabo ou
d’autres récipients contenant des liquides.
• Avant d’utiliser l’appareil, veuillez consulter un médecin si vous souffrez d’une maladie telle que des varices,
une thrombose etc.
• N’utilisez jamais l’appareil si vous avez des plaies ouvertes, brûlures, hématomes, gonflements ou blessures
similaires.
• Cessez immédiatement d’utiliser l’appareil si cela devient désagréable. Les personnes sensibles à la chaleur
doivent utiliser l’appareil avec une précaution particulière et seulement pour des durées d’utilisation très
courtes.
• Les champs magnétiques et électriques émis par la couverture chauffante peuvent selon les circonstances
perturber le fonctionnement des stimulateurs cardiaques. Ils sont cependant inférieurs aux valeurs limites.
Veuillez consulter votre médecin et le fabricant de votre stimulateur cardiaque avant d’utiliser la couverture
chauffante.
