Squat Stand Assembly Instructions
1. Attach the support feet to the uprights (Figures 2 & 3). It may be easiest to lay the uprights
down on the oor on their side when doing this (Figure 3). Both front and rear support
feet will be attached to the uprights at the same time. NOTE: Do not overtighten any of
the bolts as this could result in deformed uprights and make it difcult to assemble
additional components.
2. Stand up one upright and attach the spreader plate to the rear angled foot. Erect the other
upright with a second person holding the uprights and attach the spreader to the other rear
angled foot (Figure 2).
3. Attach the pull-up bar (Figure 1).
4. Anchor squat stand to the oor, then fully tighten all hardware.

BE CAREFUL: Do not overtighten any of the bolts as this could result in deformed
uprights and make it difficult to further assemble additional components.
1. Attach the support feet to the uprights as shown in Figures 2&3. It may be easiest to lay the uprights
down on the floor on their side when doing this (Figure 3). Both front and rear support feet will be at-
tached to the uprights at the same time. If plastic foot plugs are not already installed in the uprights,
due so at this time.
2. Stand up one upright and attach the floor spreader plate to the rear angled foot. A second person may
be needed at this time. Then stand up the other upright, and with second person holding the uprights,
attach the spreader to the other rear angled foot. (Figure 2)
3. Attach the pull-up bar as shown in Figure 1.
4. Make sure all hardware is tight before anchoring the rack to the floor. (Hardware not supplied)
