Assembly Notes:
• 4 1/2” bolts are used on the pull-up bar and angle foot only. 4 1/4” bolts are used
everywhere else.
• Flat washers are only needed where a bolt head is directly contacting an upright,
an angle foot, or spreader plate.

Full Cage Assembly Instructions
1. Start with the back portion of the rack, making sure the logo is on the back side of the
upright (Figure 1).
2. When attaching the crossmembers, be sure to orient them correctly (see Min. and Max. in
Figure 1).
3. Assemble frame and secure all hardware but do not fully tighten. NOTE: Do not
overtighten any of the bolts as this could result in deformed uprights and make it
difcult to assemble additional components.

1. First make sure all your components and hardware are accounted for, according to the Parts List on
page 3. Make sure you look under the correct configuration.
2. Start with the back portion of the rack, making sure the upright logo is on the back side of the upright.
(see figure 1)
3. Assemble Frame. BE CAREFUL not to overtighten any of the bolts as this could result in deformed up-
rights and make it difficult to further assemble any additional components. Make sure the bolts that
connect the spreader plate to the bottom of the uprights are only snug. Once you have all rack compo-
nents assembled and square, you can make sure the spreader plate is flat on the floor and hardware
can then be tightened, so it does not become a trip hazard.

Full Cage Assembly Instructions
1. Assemble the crossmembers that connect the back and front of the rack. When attaching
the crossmembers, be sure to orient them correctly (see Min. and Max. in Figures 4 & 5).
The crossmembers need to be assembled this way for future accessories to t properly.
2. A second person may be needed to hold the frame up while you attach the crossmembers.
3. Once both crossmembers are in place and hardware is secure, attach the front upright so
the logo on the front is visible.
4. Attach angle foot (Figure 5).
5. Secure all the hardware but do not fully tighten. Repeat steps 1-4 on the other side of the
rack.

1. Assemble the crossmembers that connect the back and front of the rack as shown below.
2. A second person may be needed to hold the already assembled frame up while you attach the cross-
members.
3. Once both crossmembers are in place and hardware is snug, attach the front upright. Make sure the
upright is rotated in the proper direction so the logo on the front is visible. Front angle foot
should also be attached as shown in Figure 5.
4. Snug all the hardware but leave loose enough so the pullup bar can be assembled in later step. Repeat
steps 1-3 for placing the crossmembers and upright on the other side of the rack.

1. Once the crossmembers and uprights are assembled, attach the pull-up bar between the top
of the two front uprights (Figure 7).
2. Now that all components are assembled, make sure the spreader plate is ush to the oor
before anchoring rack to the oor.
3. Once rack is anchored to the oor, fully tighten all hardware.
Note: Do not overtighten any of the bolts as this could result in deformed uprights.

1. Once all your crossmembers and uprights are assembled, place your pull-up bar between the top of the
two front uprights with the hardware provided as shown in Figure 7. *This procedure is the same for
all rack configurations.*
2. Tighten all bolts, but BE CAREFUL not to overtighten as this could result in deformed uprights.
