Assembly Notes:
• 4 1/2” bolts are used on the pull-up bar and on front uprights connecting the support foot
and crossmember. 4 1/4” bolts are used everywhere else.
• Flat washers are only needed where a bolt head is directly contacting an upright.

1. Assemble the sides and attach the feet. Lay the components on the oor, making sure the
logos on the uprights will face out once fully assembled (Figures 1 & 2).
2. When attaching the crossmembers, be sure to orient them correctly (see Min. and Max. in
Figures 4a & 4b). The crossmembers need to be assembled this way for future accessories
to t properly.
3. Repeat on other side.
4. Secure all hardware, but do not fully tighten.

1. First make sure all your components and hardware are accounted for, according to the Parts List on
page 3. Make sure you look under the correct configuration.
2. Start with the side portions of the rack, making sure the upright on the logo is on the front side of the
front upright, and on the back side of the rear upright. It may be easiest to lay the components down on
the floor while assembling. (see figures below)
3. Make sure the crossmembers are oriented as shown in Figures 4a and 4b. The tubes are offset from
the end plates and need to be placed correctly in order for future accessories to fit properly.
4. Once you’ve completed one side of the framing, continue to do the same for the other side. BE CARE-
FUL not to overtighten any of the bolts as this could result in deformed uprights and make it difficult to
further assemble any additional components.

1. Attach the pull-up bar. A second person may be needed to hold the frame up while you attach
it to the other side.
2. Once the pull-up bar is attached, the rack will stand on its own.
3. Secure all hardware, but do not fully tighten.

1. Starting with the pull-up bar, assemble the crossmembers that connect the sides of the rack as shown
in figures below. A second person may be needed to hold the already assembled frame up while you
attach the pull-up bar to the other side.
2. If you should choose to attach the pull-up bar to one of the sides while it is still laying flat on the floor,
make sure you have enough ceiling height to rotate the rack upright without hitting the ceiling with the
other end of the pull-up bar.

1. Attach rear crossmember. As with the side crossmembers, be sure to orient the rear
crossmember correctly so it’s at the right height and for future accessories to t properly
(Figure 8).
2. Attach the spreader plate. Be sure the spreader plate is at to the oor before attaching.
3. Anchor rack to the oor and fully tighten all hardware.
Note: Do not overtighten any of the bolts as this could result in deformed uprights.

1. With the pull-up bar attached to both sides of the rack, it should be able to stand on it’s own. Now you
attach the rear top crossmember and the spreader plate down at the bottom.
2. Make sure the rear crossmember is oriented as shown in Figure 8. The tube is offset from the end
plates and needs to be placed correctly in order for the crossmember to be at the correct height, and for
future accessories to fit properly.
3. Make sure the spreader plate is flat to the floor and tighten hardware on both ends.
4. Now that all components are assembled, make sure all the hardware is tight, but BE CAREFUL not to
overtighten as this could result in deformed uprights.
5. Rack can now be anchored to the floor if desired.
