MOUNTING THE
FIXTURE
The fixture has been designed and built to
enable it to be easily installed in any
position.
Just mount the sturdy yoke on a bolt using
a self-locking nut and tighten fully.
Connect a safety chain to the yoke.
Ideal installation height is 3-6 metres.
Always use the fixture in dry surroundings
unaffected by weather conditions.
Always connect the yellow/green cable to
the electric ground and earth any metal
support structure.
MAINTENANCE
Re-lamping:
• Should be carried out by qualified
personnel.
• Disconnect the fixture from the main
power supply.
• If the unit has been switched off, wait for
15 minutes to allow the lamp and
internal components to cool down before
proceeding.
• Use a screwdriver, to service or replace
the lamp, removing the screws (A).
• Remove the lamp by pulling outwards (B).
• Take advantage of this to clean the
mirrors.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Before operating, read and understand the
user’s manual:
• Do not modify the unit in any way.
• Make certain that no inflammable
liquids, water, metallic objects or any
other foreign bodies enter the unit.
• Install the unit in such a position that it is
out of people's reach.
• The unit must be installed and connected
by specialized personnel.
• Mount the unit firmly on its support
structure, using appropriate screws or
bolts; it is also advisable to fix it to the
structure with a cable safety chain
(depending on the weight of each unit).
• Do not use in damp surroundings.
• Do not use in places subject to excessive
vibrations.
• Avoid places with temperature of more
than 40°C or less than 0°C.
• Avoid using the unit in dusty surroundings.
• For internal cleaning, contact a qualified
technician.
• To ensure good output, clean mirrors
and lens frequently.
• The outside of the unit must only be
cleaned with appropriate products.
• Do not open the unit for any reason.
• If any repairs are necessary, make
certain that they are only carried out by
qualified personnel.
• Qualified personnel carrying out repairs
or maintenance must always follow the
indications in the unit’s manual (see
“MAINTENANCE” paragraph).
• In order for its guarantee to remain
valid, all work carried out on the
product must be expressly authorized by
PSL or one of its appointed distributors.

Function
K202 - K206 (Music-sync movement)
The fixture has a special factory-installed
program controlled by a built-in
microphone, which controls the beams
rotation.
K200 - K204
White beams of light forming a
moonflower effect sound-sync with wide
coverage.

already installed (code L103).
• Lampholder: G 6,35 ceramic.
• Easy lamp replacement (A+B).

• Safety devices:
- 100cm power cable to CEI 20/22
norms;
- safety fuseholder.

General cleaning:
• Should be carried out by qualified
personnel.
• Disconnect the fixture from the main
power supply.
• If the unit has been switched off, wait for
15 minutes to allow the lamp and
internal components to cool down before
proceeding.
• Clean as often as the surroundings in
which the fixture is used require.
Use normal glass cleaning products to
clean the mirror and lens, always drying
the parts.
Periodically check the fixture's mounting
on the structure and the safety chain's
hold.
Check that the fuse is correctly closed in
the fuseholder (C) using a screwdriver:
high sound levels can cause problems.
To ensure that the fixture is in perfect
operating condition, it is advisable to have
it checked periodically by an authorized
PSL centre.

INSTALLAZIONE DEL
PRODOTTO
L’apparecchio è stato progettato e costruito
per consentire una facile installazione in
qualunque posizione.
Fissare la robusta staffa con un dado
autobloccante e serrare completamente.
Collegare un cavo di ritenuta alla staffa.
Installazione ideale ad una altezza di 3-6
metri.
Utilizzare sempre l’apparecchiatura in
ambienti secchi
Collegare sempre il cavo giallo – verde
alla terra e mettere a massa anche la strut-
tura metallica.
MANUTENZIONE
Cambio lampada:
• Deve essere eseguito da personale
spcializzato
• Scollegare l’apparecchio dalla rete
elettrica
• Se la macchina è stata spenta, attendere
per 15 minuti che tutte le parti interne si
siano raffreddate
• Con un cacciavite, per operazioni di
servizio o cambio lampada, rimuovere
le viti (vedi figura A)
• Rimuovere la lampada tirando verso
l’esterno (fig. B)
• Approfittarne per pulire lente e specchi
PRECAUZIONI PER LA SICUREZZA
Prima di utilizzare l’apparecchio leggere
le seguenti istruzioni:
• Non apportare modifiche
all’apparecchio.
• Evitare che nell’apparecchio penetrino
liquidi infiammabili, acqua oggetti
metallici e comunque qualsiasi oggetto.
• Installare l’apparecchio fuori dalla
portata delle persone.
• Il montaggio ed il collegamento
dell’apparecchio deve essere fatto solo
da personale specializzato.
• Montare l’apparecchio accertandosi che
sia fermamente fissato alla struttura
portante, utilizzando viti e bulloni
appropriati; assicurare la macchina alla
sua struttura con un cavo di sicurezza
(adeguato al peso dell’unità).
• Non utilizzare in luoghi umidi.
• Non utilizzare in luoghi con eccessive
vibrazioni.
• Evitare l’uso con temperature ambiente
superiori ai 40° C o inferiori a 0° C.
• Evitare di usare l’apparecchio in luoghi
polverosi.
• Per la pulizia interna rivolgersi ad un
tecnico qualificato.
• Per avere una buona resa del fascio
luminoso, pulire la lente e gli specchi
frequentemente.
• Pulire esternamente l’apparecchio con
prodotti appropriati.
• Non aprire l’apparecchio per nessun
motivo.
• Per eventuali interventi necessari alle
riparazioni, sarà tassativo ricorrere a
personale autorizzato.
• Il personale qualificato addetto alla
riparazione o alla manutenzione
ordinaria deve sempre attenersi alle
informazioni contenute in questo
manuale (vedi il paragrafo
“MANUTENZIONE”).
• Per mantenere valida la garanzia, ogni
intervento sul prodotto deve essere
tassativamente autorizzato dalla PSL o
da un suo distributore.
CARATTERISTICHE PRINCIPALI
Il Baby Star è un apparecchio completo di
staffa di fissaggio orientabile.
Il corpo è realizzato interamente in acciaio
e trattato con vernice epossidica anti-graffio.
Funzionamento
K202 – K206 (movimento a
tempo di musica)
L’apparecchio ha un programma speciale
all’interno realizzato dalla PSL che controlla
la rotazione dei fasci a tempo di musica.
K200 – K204
Fasci bianchi di luce, roteando, creano un
effetto “flower” ad ampio raggio.
SPECIFICHE TECNICHE
• Alimentazione: 220/240V, 50/60 Hz.
• Lampada: 12V 50W HLX già installata
(codice L103).
• Portalampada: G6,35 in ceramica.
• Facile sostituzione della lampada (A+B).
• Motore: in corrente alternata ad alta
precisione.
• Sistema ottico: lente ad alta qualità.
• Parabola con vetri specchiati.
• Componenti per la sicurezza:
- 100cm di cavo di potenza in riferimento
alle norme CEI 20/22
- Fusibile di protezione.
• Misure e peso (vedi fig. D).
Pulizia:
• Deve essere fatta da personale
specializzato.
• Scollegare l’apparecchio dalla rete
elettrica.
• Se la macchina è stata spenta, attendere
per 15 minuti che tutte le parti interne si
siano raffreddate.
• Pulire frequentemente, a seconda
dell’ambiente in cui viene installato.
Usare prodotti per il vetro per pulirle
lente e specchi, ed asciugare bene.
Periodicamente controllare il fissaggio del-
l’apparecchio alla struttura e la tenuta del
cavo di sicurezza.
Controllare che il fusibile è inserito corret-
tamente all’interno del porta fusibile (fig. C)
utilizzando un cacciavite: livelli alti musi-
cali possono causare problemi.
Per assicurarsi che l’apparecchio sta lavo-
rando in buone condizioni, raccomandia-
mo di fare controllare periodicamente lo
stesso da un centro autorizzato PSL.
