• Keep the area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas can cause accidents.
• Do not use power tools in explosive environments, e.g. in the presence of flammable liquids,
gases or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
• Keep children and people away during the use of the tool. Distractions can cause you to lose
control of the tool.
WORKPLACE SECURITY
WARNING. READ, UNDERSTAND AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS
BEFORE OPERATING THIS PRODUCT. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY
RESULT IN FIRE, ELECTRICAL
SHOCK, PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE AND WILL VOID WARRANTY.
• Be aware of what you are doing and use common sense while using the tool. Do not use a
tool when you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of
distraction while using a tool can cause serious personal injury.
• Use safety equipment. Always wear eye protection. Safety equipment such as dust masks,
non-slip safety shoes, helmets or ear protection used in appropriate conditions will reduce
the risk of injury.
• Avoid accidental starting. Make sure that the switch is in the off position before plugging in to
power or battery, collect or transport. Carrying tools with your finger on the trigger or plugging
the tool in with the trigger pulled can cause accidents and injury.
• Remove any adjusting key before turning the tool on. A key left attached to a rotating part of
the tool may result in personal injury.
• Do not rush. Maintain proper footing and balance at all times. This allows better control of the
tool in unexpected situations.
•
Dress appropriately. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep hair, clothing and gloves away
from moving parts. Loose clothing, jewelry or long hair can get caught in moving parts.
•
If devices for connecting equipment for extraction and dust collection are supplied, make sure
they are connected and properly used. Use of dust collection can reduce risks due to dust.
PERSONAL SAFETY
USE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE TOOL
•
Do not force the tool. Use the right tool to the application being performed. A suitable tool will
do the job better and more safely if used for the purpose for which it has been built.
• Do not use the tool if the switch does not allow to turn it on or off. Any tool that can not be
controlled by the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
• Disconnect the air source before changing accessories or before storing the tool. These
preventive safety measures reduce the risk of accidental starting of the tool.
• Keep the tool off away from children and do not allow to be used by people who are not
familiar with the tool. Tools are dangerous in the hands of inexperienced operators.

4
1. Attach rubber hose onto the intake port of the sandblaster then attach the other end of the
black hose to the pick-up tube. Place pick-up tube in source material for blasting.
2. Attach the air compressor hose to the 1/4 in. NPT (F) plug at the air inlet on the tool.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
USE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE TOOL
• Make sure the tools moving parts are not aligned or blocked, that it has not broken any parts
or any other condition that may affect the operation of the tool. In case of damage, take the
tool to a repair service before using it again. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained
tools.
• Tools used for cutting, with sharp pieces that have had good maintenance, are less likely to
become blocked and are easier to control.
• Use the tool, accessories and blades, etc. according to these instructions, taking into account
the working conditions and the work to be done. The use of the tool for operations other than
those provided can lead to dangerous situations.
Clean air of correct air pressure is recommended for the power supply for this tool. A maximum of
90 PSI at the tool is recommended for most air tools of this class. Check specifications section for
recommended pressure. (Depending on length of air hose and other circumstances, air pressure at
compressor may need to be increased to 100 PSI to ensure 90 PSI at the tool.)
Water in the air hose and compressor tank contributes to reduced performance and damage of the
air tool. Drain the air tank and filters before each use and as necessary to keep the air supply dry.
Hose length over 25’ causes loss in line pressure. Increase hose I.D. or increase compressor
pressure to compensate for the pressure loss. Use an in-line pressure regulator with gauge if air
inlet pressure is critical.
AIR SOURCE
WARNING! Oil tool before each use. 4 to 5 drops of a good grade Air Tool
Oil placed in the air inlet is sufficient. Use proper air pressure and CFM
rating listed for this tool.
LUBRICATION & MAINTENANCE
Drain water from hoses and compressor tank. Water in the air supply line will cause gumming and
loss of power. Clean the air filter on the supply line and flush the tool with gum solvent or a 50/50
mix of air tool oil and kerosene. It may be necessary to disassemble the tool to properly clean and
re-lubricate.

OPPERATION
OPERATION
1.
Situate the compressor as far away as possible from sandblasting area to minimize dust intake.
2. The air supply must be clean and free of moisture and oil.
3. Use a compressor that can supply enough air per specifications. Insufficient air pressure will
prevent the tool from operating correctly.
4. Always test the sandblaster on a hidden surface to make sure damage will not occur.
5. Always filter the abrasive material to remove any clumping or debris and prevent clogging.
6. Do not try to spray thick liquids or large grain sized abrasives.
7. Use the lowest effective pressure on soft surfaces to prevent pitting.
8. With the air hose and rubber hose connected, and wearing proper safety equipment, aim
sandblaster gun at surface and pull trigger.
9. Whenever the nozzle is removed, cleaned, or replaced use a brush to clean the threads and
replace the o-ring.
