User’s gu de s a document wh ch must be read by the operat ng personnel before operat ng the
mach ne. It covers all the requ red nformat on for mach ne use. Informat on about how to
prov de long-term use of the mach ne and bas c ma ntenance nformat on s also conta ned n
th s document. Th s gu de helps users mak ng correct of use of the software and mechan cal
components. Although some equ pment nstalled on the mach ne vary n shape, operat ng
pr nc ples rema n the same.

It s des gned to process the 3 s des of the alum num prof les w thout rotat on and to open door
barrel hole, door handle hole and latch slots.

5.1 Safety Sw tch

5.2 Safety and Acc dent Measures
Requ red warn ng regard ng acc dents and measures to be taken are g ven n the User's Gu de.
St ll, user s respons ble for warn ng and gu d ng workplace employees for comply ng w th
occupat onal safety rules. Workplace off cers are respons ble for perform ng requ red pract cal
follow-ups. Operator must have full command over safety rules of the mach ne before start ng
to operate t. Safety components at the t me of mach ne del very must be kept ntact.
Manufactur ng company cannot be held legally accountable for any acc dent and safety gap
result ng from operat on not compl ant w th use and safety requ rements of the mach ne. Such
r sks shall also affect warranty cond t ons. Manufactur ng company shall not be respons ble for
any acc dent and fault that may result from mach ne and equ pment use outs de nstruct ons.
Any cr t cal part requ r ng replacement due to wear ng etc. of the mach ne and other equ pment
must be mmed ately replaced.
Operator s respons ble for use, clean ng, adjustment, operat on, ma ntenance etc.
5.3 Mach ne Usage and M suse
OMRM 127 3-motor Alum num copy router mach ne s des gned to open door barrel holes, door
handle holes and latch slots. Any mach ne fault and occupat onal safety gap other than those
result ng from procedures are under user’s respons b l ty.
5.4 General Safety Rules
OMR 127 3-Motor Alum num Copy Router mach ne s su table for only one s ngle operator.
Operator must not operate the mach ne n case of any lack of attent on caused by drugs,

alcohol or med cat on. Operator must check the mach ne and components pr or to operat on. It
should be ensured that the ma n sw tch s turned off dur ng rout ne ma ntenance. Power and
pneumat cs must also be sw tched off. Any pressure must be d scharged n case any hydro-
pneumat c equ pment s used. Do not replace the equ pment and safety parts on the mach ne.
Do not l ft the safety dev ce and barr ers. Operator must wear a un form su table for mach ne
and manufactur ng requ rements. Operator must not wear any r ngs, bracelets etc. wh ch may
cause an acc dent. Employees w th long ha r must use ha r nets, f necessary. The mach ne must
be nstalled n accordance w th the tra n ng prov ded by M.S.K.
5.5 Ma ntenance Measures for Safety
All ma ntenance procedures must be performed by expert techn c ans who have command over
the per od cal techn que. Use predef ned equ pment for mach ne ma ntenance.
5.6 Electr cal Safety Rules
Severe occupat onal acc dents and njur es may take place n case of fa lure to comply w th the
follow ng safety rules. Any electr cal ntervent on and ma ntenance must be performed by an
eng neer. All procedures must be performed us ng proper and solated equ pment. Take not ce
of safety s gns and do not remove them. Do not make any add t on and subtract on on the
voltage l ne. Use or g nal spare parts and equ pment. Do not make any changes n c rcu ts. Turn
electr cal hardware off pr or to any clean ng procedure. Make sure that ma n cab net and
cab net doors are closed. Cut the power from the ma n sw tch n case of f re. Use proper f re
ext ngu sher.
Note: Hardware panel locks must rema n w th author zed staff.
5.7 L ght ng Cond t ons
Operator must use the equ pment w th proper l ght ng cond t ons for h s/her safety and health.
M n mum l ght ng power must be 300 lux for mach ne use. For more techn cal nformat on,
please see EN 12464-1 L ght ng Norm.

5.8 Connect ons
All necessary connect ons must be prepared at the layout s te n l ne w th the mach ne. Electr cal
power, pneumat cs or s m lar demands must be at values meet ng requ rements, and
compat ble equ pment must be kept ava lable at the layout s te. Take IEC 64-8 norm nto
cons derat on for the nstallat on of electr cal equ pment.
Note: If the system s equ pped w th a power supply, then t must have a 0.3A c rcu t-breaker
and start-up procedures must be performed by experts.
5.9 Earth ng Requ rements
Earth ng system must conform to standard features descr bed n IEC 64-8. It must be
compat ble w th IEC64 and IEC364 norms for low-voltage equ pment. Earth ng procedures must
be performed n cons derat on of the voltage value. A stands for the marked po nt earth ng nlet.
