Due to the high air pressure, the volume
of the PTN foam is reduced intentionally
by approx. 50%. Therefore it sits entirely
in the rim well at the lowest part of the
tyre. In this way, an air chamber of the
perfect size remains in the tyre. This
condition will guarantee the lowest rolling
resistance and increased riding comfort.
In the event of a loss of pressure in the
tyre (at tyre) the special PTN foam
expands back to its original volume and
lls the deated tyre with foam. This
ingenious solution makes it possible to
keep riding carefully even without air.

1The ASPHALT should be checked periodically or at the latest when the tire is repaired/replaced.
However, a quarterly check is recommended, as it is a component subjected to general wear and
tear, and its proper condition is essential for the correct functioning and the safety of the cyclist.
2If your worn or deformed ASPHALT insert(s) have surface damages such as cuts, cracks, or even
a signicantly smaller diameter/thickness than when new, it must be replaced with a new insert.
3 If you ride with a at tire, we strongly recommend that you carefully inspect the tire insert
afterward and replace it with a new one if the surface is damaged or deformed.
4Rider and bike weight: the lightweight structure of the closed-cell foam is specially designed
with the requirements in mind to ensure better performance for professional and sports riders.
The use of asphalt inserts is only for use on paved roads. It is essential that the tire insert you cho-
ose, available in sizes S, M and L, is matched to the rim size and width indicated in our size chart.
In any case, the total weight of the rider and bike in running condition must not exceed 110 kg.
5The durability of an asphalt tire insert: To prevent premature foam deformation, we strongly re-
commend deating the tire after using the bike. In this way, the elasticity of the foam and the
proper functioning of the ASPHALT product can be maintained for an entire season. Replacement
is recommended every year or even earlier if the circumstances are consistent with point 2 and 3.
6In any case, before installing your asphalt, we recommend that you read the product’s instruction
manual and safety instructions via the QR code below. If you have any further questions, please

si di un componente soggetto a normale usura/logoramento lo stato intatto del componente è
fondamentale per garantire il suo corretto funzionamento e la sicurezza del ciclista.
2Nel caso il tuo inserto/i ASPHALT usurato o deformato evidenzia danni in supercie del tipo tagli,
crepe o anche un evidente diametro/spessore inferiore rispetto al nuovo allora dev`essere sosti-
tuito con uno nuovo.
3 In caso di pedalata con ruota sgona si raccomanda vivamente in seguito di eseguire un detta-
gliato controllo dell`inserto e in caso di danni in superce o deformazione non può essere riuti-
lizzato ma dev’essere sostituito con uno nuovo.
4Peso Biker e bicicletta: la struttura leggera del materiale espanso a cellule chiuse è stato pro-
gettato soprattutto a favore della resa per garantire ai professionisti e ciclisti sportivi una pre-
stazione migliore.
L’utilizzo degli inserti Asphalt è ssato per un impiego esclusivamente su fondo stradale asfalta-
to. L’impiego previsto di tutte le misure S, M, L dev’essere abbinato assolutamente in proporzio-
ne alla misura e larghezza del cerchio indicata sulla nostra tabella misure. In ogni caso il peso
complessivo del biker e bicicletta in ordine di marcia non deve superare un totale massimo di 110 Kg.
5La durata di un inserto ASPHALT: allo scopo di prevenire la deformazione precoce del materiale
espanso si consiglia vivamente di sgonare lo pneumatico dopo l’utilizzo della bicicletta. In ques-
to modo l’elasticità del materiale espanso e il corretto funzionamento del prodotto ASPHALT
possono durare un’intera stagione. La sostituzione è raccomandata ogni anno o anche prima se
le circostanze corrispondono al punto 3 sopra citato.
6In ogni caso, prima di passare al montaggio dei vostri Asphalt raccomandiamo di consultare il
manuale d’uso e informazioni relative alla sicurezza del prodotto seguendo il sottostante QR-code.

1Der ASPHALT sollte periodisch oder spätestens bei der Reparatur/ dem Austausch des Reifens
überprüft werden. Es wird aber eine vierteljährliche Kontrolle empfohlen, da es sich um ein
Bauteil handelt, das einem normalen Verschleiß unterliegt und dessen einwandfreier Zustand
für die ordnungsgemäße Funktion und die Sicherheit des Radfahrers unerlässlich ist.
2Wenn Ihre verschlissene(n) oder verformte(n) ASPHALT Einlage(n) Oberächenschäden wie Schnitte,
Risse oder sogar einen deutlich geringeren Durchmesser/Dicke als im Neuzustand aufweisen, muss
sie durch eine neue Einlage ersetzt werden.
3Wenn Sie mit einem platten Reifen fahren, empfehlen wir Ihnen dringend, die Reifeneinlage anschließend
genau zu überprüfen und sie durch eine neue zu ersetzen, wenn die Oberäche beschädigt oder
verformt ist.
4 Fahrer- und Fahrradgewicht: Die leichtgewichtige Struktur des geschlossenzelligen Schaumstoffs
wurde speziell mit Blick auf die Anforderungen entwickelt, um Pro- und Sportfahrern eine bessere
Leistung und Fahrsicherheit zu gewährleisten.
Die Verwendung von Asphalteinlagen ist nur für den Einsatz auf asphaltierten Straßen vorgesehen. Die von Ihnen gewählte Reifeneinlage, verfügbar in den
Größen S, M und L, muss unbedingt auf die in unserer Größentabelle angegebenen Felgengröße und -breite abgestimmt werden. In jedem Fall darf das
Gesamtgewicht von Fahrer und Fahrrad in fahrbereitem Zustand 110 kg nicht überschreiten.
5Die Haltbarkeit einer ASPHALT-Reifeneinlage: Um eine vorzeitige Verformung des Schaumstoffs zu verhindern, empfehlen wir dringend, die Luft nach der
Benutzung des Fahrrads abzulassen. Auf diese Weise können die Elastizität des Schaumstoffs und die einwandfreie Funktion des ASPHALT Produkts eine
ganze Saison lang erhalten bleiben. Ein Austausch wird jedes Jahr oder sogar früher empfohlen, wenn die Umstände von Punkt 2 und 3 zutreffen.
6In jedem Fall empfehlen wir Ihnen, vor der Montage Ihres ASPHALT die Bedienungsanleitung und die Sicherheitshinweise des Produkts über den unten-
