Model: Gloss Boss Polisher
Assembly Instructions:
1. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the screw from the
plastic handle. Slide metal handle tube into the plastic handle,
align the holes, reinstall and tighten the screw (see illustration
1).
2. Locate the other metal handle tube and slip the end with
one hole over the plastic handle connector on the finished
handle assembly. Make sure the locking pin protrudes through
the hole in the side of the lower tube (see illustration 2).
3. Remove the screw from the black painted yoke, and insert
the metal handle tube into the yoke. Reinstall the screw, and
tighten (see illustration 3).
Operating Instructions:
1. To operate, step on handle release, and tilt handle toward
the rear of the machine. The machine will start once the handle
is tilted a little.
2. To clean hard floors, attach the microfiber pads on the
brushes. Spray a small amount of a mild, water-based cleaner
on a small area of the floor and immediately run the machine
over the area. When the pads are dirty, they can be turned
over and re-attached. The dirty pads can be rinsed, or
laundered and reused indefinitely.
3. To Wax floors, apply wax to floor, and allow it to dry
completely. Attach felt discs to the scrubbing brushes. Snap
the plastic piece in the center of the felt disc onto the shaft in
the center of the brush, to securely retain the felt disc.
4. To clean carpet, spray a small section of the carpet with
an “encapsulating carpet cleaner”. Run the machine with
scrubbing brushes, on the carpet to work the chemical into the
fibers. Once the encapsulating cleaner has thoroughly dried,
vacuum it and the dirt out of the carpet. Encapsulating carpet
cleaner is a specialty chemical that can be purchased at most
vacuum cleaner shops, and janitorial supply stores.
