WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT USE BLEACH! DO NOT USE

1. Disconnect PureRelief™ from the Battery Pack.
2. Machine wash PureRelief™ in cold water on the gentle
cycle, or hand wash. Tumble dry on low heat or line dry.
3. Do not plug in PureRelief™ until the Heating Pad Connector
is completely dry.

begins on the date of purchase.
The warranty applies to the heating pad and necessary parts
and labor relating thereto. The warranty does not apply to
damage resulting from failure to follow the operating instructions,
accidents, abuse, alterations, or disassembly by unauthorized
individuals.

4. After charging, disconnect adapter from the Battery Pack.
NOTE: If the heat level indicators do not light up or stay on,
make sure the DC plug of the adapter is securely plugged
into the Battery Pack.
USING PureReliefTM
NOTE: Fully charge the Battery Pack before rst use.
The Battery Pack must be connected to the Heating Wrap
Connector before the power will turn on.
1. Attach the Battery Pack to the Heating Wrap Connector in
the Battery Pack Pocket. Push both parts together securely
to ensure a tight t. Place the Battery Pack into the Pocket.
2. To turn the unit on, press the power button until the 1st heat
level LED indicator light turns on.
3. Select the desired heat setting (1-warm, 2-low, 3-medium,
or 4-high) by continuing to press the power button until the
heat indicator light turns on your desired setting.
4. To turn off, press the power button until the lights turn off.
Wrap turns off automatically after 2 hours of continuous use.
NOTE: If the heat level indicators do not light up or stay on,
make sure the Battery Pack is securely plugged into the Heating
Pad Connector.
INSTALLING HOT/COLD GEL PACK
PureRelief™ is made with a built-in pocket that holds a hot/cold
gel pack. For cold use, freeze the gel pack for 2 hours before the
rst use and for 20 minutes thereafter. For warm use, microwave
the gel pack for 1 minute. If it is not warm enough, microwave in
10-second intervals until the desired temperature is achieved.
APPLYING PureRelief™
PureRelief™ can be used on your lower back, abdomen, arm,
shoulder, or knee. To apply, wrap the pad around the desired
treatment area making sure the gel pack side is touching the
treatment area. Secure the pad in place by rmly pressing on the
fasteners. Do not fasten too tightly.
