SETTING UP PUREIT EXCELLA
Remove the Transparent Chamber with the
pedestal and keep it aside.
Discard the plastic lm from it.
Remove the Cleansing Collection Chamber,
Top Chamber and the Top Lid and keep it aside.
Discard the thermocol from the Top Chamber.
Wash hands thoroughly. Remove the
Microcharged Membrane Assembly from
tamper proof pouch kept inside the
Cleansing Collection Chamber.
Open the box. Remove the Top Cover and keep it
aside. Remove and discard the thermocol.
There is a bellow pump in the Top Chamber. Keep it in a safe place as you will
need it later for cleaning.

SETTING UP PUREIT EXCELLA
Place the Top Chamber on the Cleansing Collection
Chamber, then place Sediment Filter in the Top
Cover and place it on the Top Chamber.
Pour in water till the top of the Top Chamber and drain
out all the water that collects in the Transparent Chamber
for rst two cycles. Place the lid on the Top Cover. Pureit
is now ready to use from third cycle onwards.

After tting the Microcharged Membrane Assembly to the Cleansing Collection Chamber,
do not rest the assembly on a at surface.
Please note that the rst cycle will not give full 9L of water in the Transparent Chamber
since some water gets stored in the Cleansing Collection Chamber and the Top Chamber.
Now place the Cleansing Collection Chamber
on the Transparent Chamber.
Insert the Microcharged Membrane Assembly at
the base of the Cleansing Collection Chamber.
Twist in clockwise direction to t.

When Indicator shows white or partially
red, the Germkill Kit is working and it’s safe
to use.
When Indicator shows mostly red, the
Germkill Kit is nearing its end of life
and its time to buy a new Germkill Kit.
When Indicator shows fully red, the
Germkill Kit has exhausted and it is time
to replace it.

There is an Auto Shut-off overow port provided on the Germkill Life Indicator Cover.
When the Germkill Life Indicator is red, you might observe overow from this port. Please
replace the Germkill Kit. Do not pour any more water in the Top Chamber to avoid further
spillage.

Slightly pull the Germkill Life Indicator Cover
upwards and remove it from the purier.
Empty water from the Cleansing Collection
Chamber completely.
Remove the Top Cover with the Sediment Filter.
Remove Top Chamber and empty it completely.
Please empty the water from the Top Chamber, Cleansing Collection Chamber
and the Transparent Chamber completely before replacing the Germkill Kit.
Always keep Microcharged Membrane on a clean surface.

Remove the Microcharged Membrane Assembly by twisting it in
the anti-clockwise direction and keep the Microcharged Membrane
and the Cleansing Collection Chamber on a clean surface.

Remove it from the purier.
Remove the Carbon Polisher by rotating it in the
anti-clockwise direction.
Rotate the Microbre Mesh in the
anti-clockwise direction.The Carbon Polisher
will come out along with it.

Discard the old Carbon Polisher.

Replace the Microber Mesh and the Carbon Polisher
Assembly in the purier. Rotate clockwise to t.

Hold the base and rotate the Microcharged Membrane in
clockwise direction to t. Ensure tight tment.

Microcharged Membrane in the
anti-clockwise direction.
Discard the old Microcharged Membrane
and insert the new Microcharged Membrane.
Remove the Microcharged
Membrane along with its base,
from the holder. Keep the holder
on a clean surface.

Wash hands thoroughly, take the
Microcharged Membrane (removed in
Step 4), rotate the base in anti-clockwise
direction.

Please empty the water from the Top Chamber, Cleansing Collection Chamber and the
Transparent Chamber completely before replacing the Germkill Kit.
Always keep Microcharged Membrane on a clean surface.

Replace the Microcharged Membrane along with
the base in the Microcharged Membrane holder
and rotate the base in clockwise direction to t.

Insert the Microcharged Membrane
Assembly at the base of the Cleansing
Collection Chamber. Rotate clockwise to t.

Replace the Cleansing Collection Chamber on the
Transparent Chamber.

Turn the Germkill Processor in
anti-clockwise direction to remove and
discard the old Germkill Processor.

Place the Germkill Life Indicator Cover in the
grooves provided on the Cleansing Collection
Chamber and push it downwards to t.
Fill the Top Chamber and drain out
all the water that collects in the Transparent Chamber
for rst two cycles. Pureit is now ready to use
from third cycle onwards.
Insert the new Germkill Processor and
rotate in the clockwise direction to t.
Ensure tight tment.

Place the Top Chamber on the
Cleansing Collection Chamber.
Place the Top Cover with the Sediment Filter.

Remove Top Lid and clean it with tap water. Leave it to
drip dry.
Remove the Sediment Filter from the Top Cover and
clean it by tapping it under a stream of clean water to
dislodge dirt and grime.

Do not clean the hole in the Top Chamber with sharp objects.
Rinse the Top Chamber with clean water and leave it to
‘drip dry’ in a clean place.
Remove Top Cover and clean it with tap water. Leave it
to drip dry.

Wash hands thoroughly. Rotate the Microcharged Mem-
brane Assembly in anti-clockwise direction to remove.
Keep it aside in a clean place.
Rotate the Germkill Processor in the
anti-clockwise direction to remove and keep it in a safe
place.

Do not remove the Microcharged Membrane Assembly without emptying water from the
Cleansing Collection Chamber.
Empty the water from the
Cleansing Collection Chamber.

and remove it from the purier.

Wash the Microber Mesh under
a jet of water.

Rotate the Carbon Polisher in the
anti-clockwise direction to remove.

Wash the Carbon Polisher in running water
by gently scrubbing it with hands. Do not use
detergent or scrubber.

Rotate the Microber Mesh in the anti-clockwise
direction to remove.The Carbon Polisher will come out
along with it.
