PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT
Our product is a new design for finding out your body mass index. Users
should only enter in their personal data; this can measure your body
mass index within 5 seconds.
This product is designed with a large LCD Display for easy results and
easy to operate/handle. Measure your BMI anytime with ease; especially
after exercising, jogging, a yoga session, etc.

C. Key Functions
1. Power key: to switch on/off .
2. “-” Key: to decrease the number or to select the display subject.
3. Set Key: to confirm the setting .
4. “+” key: to increase the number or to select the display subject.
5. Start Key: to start measuring.
6. Silver Contact Point: use the thumb to hold this area for starting
measuring.
D. Installation of the Battery
1. Open the battery door at the back of the unit.
2. Put 2x AA size batteries inside the battery compartment.
3. Close the battery cover.
F. How to Measure your BMI
1. Press the Power key to switch on the unit.
2. Press the “+" Key to select user memory
3. Hold the Set key for 2 seconds to set your weight.
4. Press the “+/-” Key to adjust weight. Hold the key to access auto
increment or decrement. Press the Set Key to confirm and then go to
set Stature.
5. Press the “+/-” Key to adjust stature. Hold the key to access auto
increment or decrement. Press the Set Key to confirm and then go to
set Age.
6. Press the “+/-” Key to adjust your Age. Hold the key to access auto
increment or decrement. Press the Set Key to confirm and then go to
set sex.
7. Press the “+/-” Key to adjust your sex. Press the Set Key to confirm.
8. Then, press the start key and remember to put your thumb on both
silver contact points to start the measuring of your BMI.
9. It takes about 5 seconds to measure; the result will show
automatically on the display.
Caution
*If it is not going to be used for a long time, please take the battery out.
It may cause a failure due to chemical leakage.
*Please keep this product away from a place with high temperatures, low
temperatures, and/or high humidity.
