INSTALLATION
Notes:
- Choose the mounting location where the unit will not interfere with the normal driving function of the
driver.
Before finally installing the unit, connect the wiring temporarily and make sure it is all connected up
properly and the unit and the system work properly.
Use only the parts included with the unit to ensure proper installation. The use of unauthorized parts
can cause malfunctions.
Consult with your nearest dealer if installation requires the drilling of holes or other modifications of
the vehicle.
Install the unit where it does not get in the driver’s way and cannot injure the passenger if there is an
emergency stop.
If installation angel exceeds 30°from horizontal, the unit might not give its optimum performance.
Avoid installing the unit where it would be subject to high temperature, such as from direct sunlight,
or from hot air, from the heater, or where it would be subject to dust, dirt or excessive vibration.
DIN FRONT/REAR-MOUNT
This unit can be properly installed either from “Front”(conventional DIN Front-mount) or “Rear”(DIN
Rear-mount
installation, utilizing threaded screw holes at the sides of the unit chassis). For details, refer to the
following illustrated installation methods.

This unit can be installed in any
dashboard having an opening as shown below:
ATTENTIONS OF INSTALLATION
1.This player should be installed by professional technician.
2. please read the instruction and operation of equipment carefully before installing.
3. Make sure to connect other wires before power connection.
4. To avoid short circuit. Please make sure all the exposed wire are insulating.
5. Please fix all the wires after installation.
6. Please make connection to the player accordingly to this instruction manual. Wrong connection may
cause damage.
7. This player only fit for 12V DC device and please make sure your car belongs to this kind of cathode
grounding electrical system.
8. Please connect the wires rightly. Wrong connection will cause malfunction or damage the electrical
system.

OPERATION
Turn on/off the unit and mute function
Press /MUTE button to turn on the unit. When the unit is on. Shortly press this button for
mute on/off. Press and hold this button to turn off the unit.
Audio & Setting adjustment
Shortly press SEL button and rotate VOL knob to show below:
ZONE A->ZONE B->ZONE C.
To select one of them and press SEL and rotate VOL to enter below items:
BAS(-7~+7)->TRE(-7~+7)->BAL(R7~L7)->EQ(POP-ROCK-CLASS-JAZZ-OFF)
->LOUD(off/on)->P-VOL(00-40)
In each item, Press SEL and rotating the VOL knob to set them.
Press and hold SEL button and rotate VOL into the SETTING menu as below:
CT(indep/sync)->CLOCK(12/24)->BEEP(off/on)->AREA(USA/EUR)->DX(LOC)->STEREO
(MONO)
In each item, Press SEL and rotating the VOL knob to set them.
When shows menu, press the DISP button to exit the menu.
P_VOL setting
Setting the power on volume. If the volume at shutdown is small than the P-VOL. Next time
turn on the unit, the volume will be maintained at shutdown volume. If the volume at
shutdown is greater than the P-VOL. Next time turn on the unit the volume will be restored
to the P-VOL value.
CT (INDEP/SYNC):
CT INDEP: The clock works independently. It doesn't be synchronized to the RDS station's
time.
CT SYNC: The clock will be synchronized to the received RDS station’s time.
Note: When the time was set by manual. The CT will back to INDEP mode
automatically.
CLOCK 24/12: Setting the time to 24H or 12H format.
BEEP (ON/OFF): Turn on/off the beep sound.
AREA (USA/EUR): To choose USA or EUROPE frequency.
DX/LOC (Distance/Local):
LOC: Receive the strong signal station only in seek station.
DX: Receive strong and weak signal station in seek the station.
STEREO/MONO:
STEREO: Receive FM stereo signal.
MONO: Change FM stereo to monochrome. It can reduce the noise when the signal is
weak.
Dimmer function
PressDIM button tosetthebrightness tohigh/low.

OPERATION
ALARM operation
Press and hold ALARM button to set the alarm time (using VOL knob to set them).
Shortly press ALARM button to on/off alarm function. When alarm function is on.And the
time is running to the alarm time. The speaker will output beep sound. The beep sound will
output all the time until any key was pressed.
SLEEP operation
Press and hold SLEEP button to set the sleep time (using VOL knob to set them).
Shortly press SLEEP button to on/off sleep function. When sleep function is on. And the
time is running to the set time. The unit will turn off the unit automatically.
Information / Clock display
Shortly press DISP button to show the clock or information.
Clock setting
Press and hold DISP button for 2 seconds. The “HH” will be flashing. Rotate VOL knob to
setthehour.Afterthatpress DISP or SEL button the “MM” will be flashing. Rotate VOL knob to
settheminute.ThenpressDISP or SEL button toconfirm.
Speakers output control
The three speaker output buttons (SPEAKER A/B/C) control speaker output. Press any of
the three buttons to turn up or down the corresponding speaker output.
RCAs / HDMI output
Behind the head unit, there are RCA sockets output. According the wiring picture above to
connect. When playing the video file. You also use the HDMI port connect to the TV set (TV
set needs to be set to HDMI source).
AUX IN / AV IN function
AUX IN for front panel 3.5mm jack. AV IN for RCAs (Audio + Video) behind of the unit.
Press MODE button switch to AUX IN/AV IN source.
ARC function
Connecting the head unit and TV set used a HDMI cable. Press MODE button switch to
HDMI ARC mode. The TV set’s sound will transmit to the head unit’s speakers.
MCU reset
When some errors occur in display or functions doesn’t work. Press RESET button (24) to
reset the MCU. Then press POWER button to turn on the unit.
DATA reset
Press MODE button switch to AUX IN source. Press and hold ">>I" button for 5 seconds. It
will restore all data to factory settings. (Note: All memories will be lost.)
RADIO OPERATION
Receive a radio station
Press MODE button to select radio source. Then press BAND button to select a band.
Shortly press / button to receive the desired radio station. Press and hold /

button for manual tuning the frequency.
Auto Store station
Press and hold BAND button for 2 seconds to auto store stations to numeric buttons 1-6 of
band 1~3.
Manually store station & recall preset station
To receive a station with or button. Press and hold one of the 1- 6 preset button for
2 seconds. The current station is stored into the number button. Shortly press the preset
button (1~6) to directly listen the station that saved in the corresponding preset button.
In WEATHER BAND.
1button : 162.400 MHz
2button : 162.425 MHz
3button : 162.450 MHz
4button : 162.475 MHz
5button : 162.500 MHz
6button : 162.525 MHz
The next station is 162.550 MHz.
Press / button to change these
stations.
DISC/MP3/WMA operation
Switch to DISC source
Gently insert the DISC with the printed side uppermost into disc slot. DISC playback begins.
Or press MODE button switch to DISC source.
SELECTING TRACKS
Press / button move to the previous / next track.
Hold / button to fast reverse or fast forward. Press “>II”button to play again.
Pause/Play operation
Press >II button to pause playing. Press it again to resume play.
Intro operation
Press INT button to play first 10 seconds of each track. Press it again to cancel this
function.
Repeat one/all operation
Press RPT button to repeat the same track. Press it again to repeat all tracks.
Random on/off operation
Press RDM button to play all tracks in random order. Press again to cancel this function.
Eject the disc
Press button to eject the disc.
DIR+/DIR- function (for MP3/WMA)
Press DIR-/DIR+ button to select previous/next directory to play.
+10/-10 file function (for MP3/WMA)
Press and hold DIR+/ DIR- button for 2 seconds to skip +10/-10 file to play.

OPERATION
Song search operation
Press BAND button to select song search mode: DIR SCH or NUM SCH
1) DIR SCH: Press BAND button one time. It shows “DIR SCH”. Rotating VOL knob to
select the folder then press SEL knob into the folder. Rotate the VOL knob again to
select the song. Then press SEL to play.
2) NUM SCH: Press BAND button twice. It shows “NUM SCH”. You can select the song by
directly enter numeric buttons: 0~9 (MODE=7, =8, =9, DISP=0). You also can rotate
the VOL knob to select the numeric. Then press SEL to play.
Video/Photo/Music playing change
When there are Video/Photo/Music files in the disc/USB. Insert the disc/USB to the unit it
will play the music automatically.
Repeatedly Press and hold BAND button to change to below playing:
Music-->Video-->Photo
CAUTION:
1) When connecting an MP3 player that has normal battery (non rechargeable battery), you
should remove the battery from the MP3 player then connect it to the USB interface.
Otherwise, it may cause battery burst.
2) When there are important files in the DISC/USB/SD, do not connect it to the main unit to
play. Because any operation to cause important files loss or damage. And our company
assumes no responsibility for this.

BLUETOOTHOPERATION
PAIRING
Select the Bluetooth item and search the Bluetooth device on your phone. Select
“PyleUSA” and input password “0000” if it needs a password. The BT icon will be displayed
when successful paired.

OPERATION
Bluetooth audio (A2DP function)
Press MODE button switch to “BT MUSIC” source. It will play a song of your mobile phone
automatically. Press key to pause/play the song. Press / button to select
next/previous song.
Disconnect the Bluetooth
After the phone is paired with the unit. Hold MODE key to disconnect/re-connect the
Bluetooth.
Note: At the first time pair with the mobile phone. You have to use mobile phone to pair the
unit. BT off/on item only for disconnect and reconnect function.

DISC NOTES
A. Notes on discs:
Attempting to use non-standard shape discs (e.g. square, start, heart) may
1. damage the unit. Be sure to use round shape CD discs only for this unit.
2. Do not stick paper or tape, etc, onto the label side or the recording side of any discs, as
it may cause a malfunction.
3. Dirt, dust, scratches and warping discs will cause misoperation.
B. Notes on CD-Rs (recordable CDs)/CD-RWs (rewritable CDs):
1. Be sure to use discs with following
marks only for the unit to play:
2. The unit cannot play a CD-R and CD-RW that is not finalized. (Please refer to the
manual of your
CD-R/CD-RW recorder or
CD-R/CD-RW software for more
information on finalization process).
3. Depending on the recording status, conditions of the disc and the
equipment used for the recording, some CD-Rs/CD-RWs may not be played on this unit.
(see *1)
*1: To have more reliable play back,
please
see following recommendations:
a: Use CD-RWs with speed 1x to 4x and write with speed 1x to 2x.
b. Use CD-Rs with speed 1x to 8x and write with speed 1x to 2x.
c. Do not play a CD-RW which has been written for more than 5 times.
C. Notes on MP3 files (MP3 Version Only):
1. The disc must be in the ISO9660 level 1
or level 2 format, or Joliet or Romeo in the expansion format.
2. When naming a MP3 file, be sure the file name extension is “.MP3”.
3. For a non-MP3 file, even though the file name extension is “.MP3”, the unit cannot
recognize it.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
Before going through the checklist, check wiring connection. If any of the problems persist
after checklist has been made, consult your nearest service dealer.
Symptom
Cause
Solution
No power.
The car ignition switch is
not on.
If the power supply is
connected to the car accessory
circuits, but the engine is not
moving, switch the ignition key
to “ACC”.
The fuse is blown.
Replace the fuse.
Disc cannot be
loaded or
ejected.
Presence of CD disc
inside the player.
Remove the disc in the player,
then put a new one.
Inserting the disc in reverse
direction.
Insert the compact disc with the
label facing upward.
Compact disc is extremely
dirty or detective disc.
Clean the disc or try to play a new
one.
Temperature inside the car
is too high.
Cool off or until the ambient
temperature return to normal.
Condensation.
Leave the player off for an hour or
so, then try again.
No sound.
Volume is in minimum
Adjust volume to a desired level.
Wiring is not properly
connected.
Check wiring connection.
Sound skips.
The installation angle is
more than 30 degree.
Adjust the installation angle less
than 30 degree.
The disc is extremely
dirty or defective disc.
Clean the compact disc, then try to
play a new one.
