General Instructions When initial pairing succeeds, the symbol “[ ]” will be
shown on the display and the scale is ready to start taking
measurements
If pairing fails, “E1” will be shown on the LCD.
In this case, the scale is not able to connect to the mobile
network. Please try again in a different location (near a
window, if able) before calling customer service.
Initial Start-UpInitial Start-Up
Select Measurement Unit
Inserting Batteries and Initial Network Pairing
Slide open the battery door on the back of the scale.
Insert the batteries (4 x 1.5V AA) into the battery compartment, making sure to insert
each battery following the configuration indicated inside the compartment.
Once the batteries are inserted, the scale will perform an initial secure pairing with the
mobile network. This process normally takes around fifteen seconds, but may take up
to two minutes.
Within the battery compartment you will see a black “UNIT” button. Pressing this button
changes the measurement unit on the scales display. The default measurement unit is
“lb”. Pressing the “UNIT” button cycles through the units pound, kilogram and stone.
CAUTION
When the symbol “ ” and “ Lo” appear, the device does not have enough battery power to function.
To resume function, replace all four batteries with new ones. Do NOT mix old batteries with new ones.
Worn batteries are hazardous waste. Do NOT dispose of them together with the household garbage.
Please refer to the local ordinances and recycling instructions regarding disposal of the worn batteries
and device.
If you do not intend to use this unit for a prolonged period of time, it is advisable to remove the batteries
before storing it.
The Pylo 300-LTE weight scale applies SENSE ON technology that turns the scale on when
someone steps onto it.
Simply lay the scale on a level surface, step onto it and then remain still. It will automatically
turn on, take a weight reading and then send the reading over the mobile network.
You can determine the signal strength from the symbol in the
upper left of the display:
Strong Medium Weak Minimal No Signal
Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (Ni-Cd, Ni-MH, etc) batteries.

Start Measuring
It is suggested that you weigh yourself each day at
approximately the same time. Simply step onto the
scale and it will automatically turn on and start taking a
measurement.
Daily Measurement
Stand still and keep full contact with the scale. The display will flash a number
when the weight measurement has been completed. After a few seconds, the
scale will connect and transmit the reading.
When data is successfully transmitted, “oH” will be displayed. If the data transfer fails, “E1”
will be displayed. In this case, the measurement is saved and transmission is reattempted
with the next measurement taken.
