User Tips:
Using the MicCommander, your transmiers output power
can be adjusted from 10 mw, 25mw, 50mw and 100 mw.
It is suggested to use the 50 mw seng to maximize baery
run me. (Selectable power values may vary by region.)

Quick Start Guide MQG-H2
This Quick Start Guide is an overview. Users are asked to review the
enre manual for detailed instrucons
Included Hardware:
• Handheld MicCommander remote control (QG-H2)
• Antenna
Users Also Need:
• Q5X RCAS transmier (QT-AD10 or QT-5100)
• 2 AA baeries (Lithium Ion recommended)
Prepare the handheld MicCommander remote control:
• Remove the rubber cover to access the baery chamber.
• Install 2 AA baeries. Lithium ion is recommended for best
performance. Alkaline or Ni-MH are acceptable when baery
type is changed in the device conguraon menu.
• Replace the rubber cover and install the antenna on top.
• NEVER power the unit without the antenna in place.
• Turn on the unit by pressing the power buon on the top or by
plugging the USB cable.
• The MicCommander will automacally shut o aer two
minutes.
:
Bring the transmier out of storage mode (minimal baery draw)
and into standby mode (detectable but the UHF radio is o) using
either method below:
• Hold the ON/OFF buon unl the ashes change from rapid to
slow, or
• Plug and unplug a powered charging cable into the side of the
transmier.
• Connect the microphone by pushing the mic connector ends
together.

• The screen on the MicCommander displays the serial number
of paired transmiers. The serial number is on the transmier
antenna or back.
• If the desired transmier is not listed, press the <MENU>
buon to either scan for nearby transmiers or manually add
the serial number. Use the arrow buons to navigate the
menu.
• Scan: Press <ENTER> to scan. Use the down arrow to select the
transmier. Use the side arrows to review informaon about
the transmier. Press <ENTER> to toggle the selecon “x”. Press
<MENU> to access addional search funconality. Press <Back> to
accept the addion of a transmier to the list.
• Add: Use the down arrow to select “Add” and press <ENTER>. Use
the navigaon arrows to enter the serial number. Hold the arrow
key for rapid scroll. Press <ENTER> to save.
• Select the desired transmier and press <ENTER> to go to the
transmier menu.
Adjust:
Set the funcons in the two transmier menus of the MicCommander.
Screen one includes frequency, power On/O, baery level, mic mute/
live and mic oset. To access screen two, navigate to NEXT> and press
<ENTER> to adjust transmier name, group, RF power, 2.4GHz channel,
storage and reboot.
• Frequency: Highlight the frequency and press <ENTER>. Use the
direconal arrows to choose the desired frequency. Hold the
arrow for rapid scroll. Press <ENTER>.
• Mic: If using a single transmier, set Oset to 0 dB. If
there is an audible dierence in the sound level between mulple
transmiers, navigate to the Oset menu (Audio > Oset) in the
transmier to increase or decrease the Oset in real me to
match the audio levels.
• RF Power: Select between 2, 10 and 20mW. A lower power level
will conserve baery life.
• Storage: Navigate to NEXT> and <ENTER>. Use the down arrow
to go to STORAGE and press <ENTER>. Navigate to highlight
CONTINUE on the warning screen and <ENTER>.
