The Nano dispenser is available in two congurations: With or without the Nano original ltration system. Please note
that if you use another solution, some features will be not available. The feature comparison and package contents are
listed below. Tools needed for installation
For installation, you will need the following items:
Wrench, Scissors, Phillips-Head Screwdriver, Drill, Pencil
How the Quick Fittings work
No tools are needed to connect and disconnect the pipes. Make
sure that you push the pipes all the way in to avoid leaks.
Do not block air from Nano
Install at least 10cm away from the wall. To avoid overheating,
do not install Nano in a closed shelf without ventilation.
How to Cut the pipes
You can cut the pipes for the needed length. Always pay attention
to cut the pipes straight.

Installation (Original Filtration)
If you have the Q&C Installation & Filtration system, follow the instructions below to install it. If you use another type of
ltration system, check for information regarding that product’s installation, then go to the Installation (Piping) section in
this manual to continue setup.
1Find a suitable location for the lter. In the kitchen, we sug-
gest locating it under the counter near the cold water angle stop
valve. The cartridges must be installed vertically, so that they
hang down.
1. With the lter cartridge removed, hold the lter head in the
selected location and mark the positions for the screw holes.
2. Remove the lter head and insert the screws into the marked
areas, leaving the heads protruding slightly.
2Assemble the lter
3. Install the quick connectors in the top of the lter head. We
recommend you install these by hand to prevent damaging
the connectors. Use extreme care if you need to use tools.
4. Insert the lter cartridge into the lter head by inserting and
twisting it until it is fully engaged.
5. Attach the lter assembly using the screws installed in the
previous step.
3Install the Nano adapter on the angle stop valve that pro-
vides water for the system.
1. Close the cold water angle stop valve and remove the
attached pipe using a wrench.
2. Screw the Nano angled adapter onto the stop valve.
3. Install the pipe that was removed in Step 1 into the Nano
angled adapter.
4Connect the pipe to the angle stop valve adapter.
1. Turn the quick-connect tting on the angle stop valve slightly
to open it.
2. Attach a suitable length of pipe to the power tting, just en-
ough to reach the lter head.
3. Turn the quick-connect tting to tighten.
5Connect the pipe to the lter head.
1. Insert the pipe into the quick-connect tting. Pay attention to
connect it to the inlet side!

Installation (Piping)
ADrill a hole under Nano
You can fully hide the water pipe and
even the electrical cord. To do so, you’ll
need to drill a hole around 5 cm in
diameter.
1. Before drilling, check to make sure no
drawers or hardware will interfere and
that the pipe will reach.
2. Decide where you want to place your
Nano and mark the center. Drill a 5 cm
diameter hole.
BDrill a hole behind Nano
Another solution is to drill a small hole near
the back of the counter to reach the under-
counter lter. In this case, you can hide the
pipe in a cable channel if you want.
1. Drill a hole in the countertop, at least
7 mm in diameter, to reach the ltration
system.
2. We suggest using angle ttings to direct
the pipe along the counter and through the
hole.
CGo around
You can also install Nano without drilling
through the countertop.
1. Below the counter, drill a hole through
the shelf wall or bottom side. Feed the
pipe over the side and through the hole.
2. Use cable channel for xing and hide
the water pipe.
From the under-counter lter, there are several ways to route the 1/4” exible water pipe to your Nano. Here are three
possible solutions.
Installation (Nano)
Connect Nano to the ltration system.
1Lay the Nano down on a soft cloth to protect it while you
access the inlet water connector on the underside.
2On the bottom, you will nd a water inlet connector. There
are two options for leading and xing the power cable and pipe,
based on your piping installation.
AFor Piping A
For A type piping, no need to use the pipe holder part.
BFor Piping B or C
For B or C type of piping, install the pipe holder part to the bot-
tom of Nano. This will x the power cord and the water pipe in a
right place.

For optimal water quality and hygiene, the Nano ushing program starts automatically when it is rst turned on.
This program will ll the internal cold water tank and ush the internal parts of Nano and lter cartridge.
Connect Nano to the cloud to access all the functions. Check your daily water intake, get notications about
your lter life, set up energy-saver mode, and more. Scan the QR code to use the Q&C mobile app.
Installation (Leakage Check & Power-On) First Operation
1Place a large pitcher or pot under the tap.
2Follow the instructions on the Nano display.
3As soon the program has nished, you can remove the pitcher
and replace it with the magnetic drip tray.
4Your Nano is ready to use!
1Open Filter Head
Open the lter head valve if it is in the
closed position.
2Open Angle stop valve adapter
Open the angle stop valve adapter if it is in
the closed position.
3Open Angle stop valve
Slowly open the angle stop valve. If you
notice any leaks, fully close the angle stop
valve, tighten any leaking connectors, and
then try again.
4Power ON
Once the connection to the main water
supply is complete, you can connect your
Nano to the power socket. Nano will
start automatically as soon as the power
is connected.
Note: there is no ON/OFF button on the
Nano.
Once everything is connected, carefully check the installation for any leaks.

User Interface & Volume Slider
Nano is an ultra-compact, and highly energy-ecient, smart water dispenser with hot, cold, and room temperature
water functionality. With its optional ltration system, Nano is the perfect solution for providing crystal-clear water at
home or in your workplace.
In-App features: Volume slider setup
1Touch & Drink
Simply touch the Hot, Cold, or Room button. Water immediately
starts to ow, for as long as you hold the button.
2Slide
After you touch the function button, 5 dots appear. These are se-
lectable volumes. Slide your nger to the chosen amount. When
you remove your nger, the correct amount will be dispensed.
3Check the OLED display
The small OLED display will show you the selected amount and
how much water remains to be dispensed.
4Stop it
To stop the water ow, simply press the function button again.
Nano has a very clean and simple user interface. Our innovative volume slider technology simplies portion control,
allowing you to dispense as much or as little as you choose and even customize the dierent levels in the App.

Water Filtration (optional)
OCS2 lteration system deliver premium quality water. Exclusive precoat technology combines
Micro-Pure® and a unique pleated lter membrane to provide more ltering surface area than
other similar-sized systems. Certain systems include granular activated carbon for the reduction
of volatile organic chemicals. A heavy-duty aluminum cartridge housing protects the system
from splitting or bursting. Built-in shuto valve allows for easy lter changes.
The OCS2 Drinking Water Systems must be maintained according to the manufacturer’s instruc-
tions, including the timely replacement of the lter cartridges. Do not use with water that is
microbiologically unsafe, or of unknown quality, without adequate disinfection before or after
the system.
NOTE: Claims of capacity or rated service cycle are not applicable for mechanical ltra-
tion units because of broad variations in the quality and quantity of particulate matter
found in drinking water.

To keep Nano clean, we suggest regular care of the external parts and surfaces. Do not use any strong cleaning
agents or solvents. Use a clean, damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent to clean the surfaces. Do not put any Nano
components in the dishwasher.
1Remove the magnetic drip tray, pour out any waste water,
and remove the plastic grid. Rinse both parts under fresh water.
Use mild acetic (for example, vinegar) or citric acid to remove
any lime scale.
2Use a soft cloth to clean the aluminum and glass parts of
the device. Do not use too much water or cleaning agent; avoid
getting liquid inside the device.
Use mild acetic or citric acid to remove any lime scale from the
front panel and the tap.
Keep in mind that strong cleaning agents can cause damage to the surfaces!

Maintainence (lter change)
During everyday use, maintenance is extremely important for hygiene and optimal water quality. This requires two
operations: Regular lter changes and regular descaling and cleaning.
Recommended: If you use our original ltration system, lter life status and notications about lter change are
available via our app. We suggest you to use the Q&C app for lter cartidges reorder and change and do not use
following manual way. This is necessary to reset the counter in your app!
1Shut o the lter head valve.
2Twist the old lter cartridge and pull it out.
3Insert the new lter cartridge into the lter head and
twist to install.
4Remove the drip tray and place a large pot under the
tap.

In-App features: Replacement order & ushing program
Filter life: Follow lter recommendations regarding when to change the lter. Our original ltration system lasts
for 6 to 12 months or 5700 liters of water consumption (what sooner reached).
The countdown begins after you ush the lter cartridge and start to use it.
1. To change the lter without the app, follow the steps
below:
5Open lter head valve.
6Push the ROOM button and dispense 5 liters of water to
ush the cartridge.
7You can now keep using your Nano.

Maintenance (Cleaning & Descaling)
With regular cleaning and descaling, you can maintain optimal hygiene, water quality, and reliability. Lime scale
buildup causes a number of problems, so we suggest cleaning and descaling at least once a year. However, your
water quality and hardness may vary, requiring more frequent cleaning.
NOTE: Semi-automatic or the following manual cleaning instructions are only available with our original ltration
system. If you use dierent ltration, check with your service provider regarding routine maintenance.
Recommended: We oer a semi-automatic self-cleaning program via our Q&C app. This noties you when cleaning
is necessary and helps you keep the device clean. Cleaning instructions are provided in the app.
If you want to clean and descale manually, follow the steps below:

Rellable Q&C cleaning cartridge: The cleaning cartridge is not included in the package. Ask your local reseller
about the cleaning agent and cleaning cartridge or use the Q&C App to order the them.
2. Insert the Q&C cleaning cartridge
4Shut o the lter head valve.
5Twist the lter cartridge and pull it out.
6Place the cleaning cartridge in the lter head and twist to install.
7Remove the drip tray and place a large pot under the tap.
1. Fill the rellable Q&C cleaning cartridge with the Q&C cleaning agent.
1Take out the inner part of the cleaning cartridge.
2Fill the Q&C cleaning cartridge with Q&C Cleaning Agent.
3Take back the inner part to the cleaning cartridge.

WARNING: Do not let the cleaning agent in the machine for too long time (3-4 hours or more) to avoid the inner
parts damage of the device!
CAUTION: Never let the device alone meanwhile the cleaning process to avoid that someone else accidentally drink
from the device!

2. Start to ushing the device
14 Shut o the inlet water again with the lter head.
15 Remove cleaning cartridge and insert the lter cartridge.
16 Open the lter head valve.
17 Press ROOM button and dispense 3 liters of water.
18 Press the COLD button and dispense 10 liters of water.
19 Press the HOT button and dispense 2 liters of water.
20 You can now keep using your Nano.
3. Start to clean and descale Nano
8Open the lter head valve.
9Push ROOM button and dispense 500 ml.
10 Push COLD button and dispense 800 ml.
11 Push HOT button and dispense 100 ml. Wait 2-5 minutes.
12 Repeat the previous step 6-8 times.
13 Push HOT button and dispense 2000 ml.
