1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before using this product, carefully read these
instructions and keep the user manual for future
reference.
1. This appliance can be used by children
aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved. Children
shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning
and user maintenance shall not be made
by children without supervision.
2. WARNING: This product sends a weak

conduct measurements. This scale should
not be used by individuals with pacemakers

7. CAUTION: Always clean/disinfect the
scale before use when using the unit with
someone with a skin disease to avoid
cross-contamination.
8. Do not step on the scale when your body
or feet are wet, for example after taking a
bath or shower. DO NOT use if any part of
your body is wet. You may slide and lose
your balance.
9. Do not step on the edge or on the LCD
display area of the scale. The unit may tilt
and may be damaged.

surface such as a carpet or mat. A correct
measurement may not be possible. The
scale should be placed on a dry, even, and
hard surface.
11. Do not use the unit on slippery surfaces
such as tile oors or wet oors. The scale
may move. You may lose your balance
and fall.
12. Stand on the scale with bare, dry feet. Do
not bend your knees. Attempting to stand
on the unit when wearing socks may
cause you to slip, lose your balance, and
measure incorrectly.
13. DO NOT drop, jump or bounce on the
product, as it is a precision instrument.
Dropping or hitting the unit may damage it.
14. Ensure the scale is fully dry prior to use.
15. Do not put this equipment in direct sunlight,
close to heaters, or near direct draughts
from air conditioners.
16. DO NOT place the product upright against
a wall or put heavy objects on it.
17. Use two hands when carrying the product.
18. Avoid using the scale during or immediately
after strenuous exercise after heavy alcohol
consumption; during or immediately after
excessive food or drink intake; or when a
fever is present.
19. Do not tamper with the product. Never

attempt to service, dismantle the product
yourself, or push objects of any kind into
the products, as this may result in re,
electric shock, or equipment damage and
will also invalidate the warranty.
20. Check the scale is intact. DO NOT use if
broken.
21. This marking indicates that this
product should not be disposed of

prevent possible harm to the
environment or human health from
uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it
responsibly to promote the sustainable
reuse of material resources. To return your
used device, please use the return and
collection systems or contact the retailer

1.1 BATTERY SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
22. Read the instructions on your product
before installing batteries. Only use the
size and type of battery specied in the
instructions.
23. Insert the batteries properly. Follow the
symbols showing the correct way to
position the positive (+) and negative (-)
ends of the batteries.

may leak or rupture.

31. Do not disassemble, crush, puncture, or
otherwise damage batteries.
32. Do not recharge a battery unless it is
specically marked “rechargeable.”
Attempting to recharge a non-rechargeable
(primary) battery could result in leakage or
rupture.
33. Do not store batteries or battery-powered
devices in hot places.
34. Do not carry loose batteries in a pocket or
purse with metal objects like coins, paper
clips, etc. This can short-circuit the battery,
leading to high heat or leakage.
35. WARNING: Do not ingest the battery!
Chemical burn hazard. If the battery is
swallowed, it can cause severe internal

burns in just 2 hours and can lead to death.
If you think the battery might have been
swallowed or placed inside any part of the
body, seek immediate medical attention.
36. Should battery uid leak and contact your
eyes, skin or clothing immediately rinse
with plenty of clean water. Immediately
contact your physician in case of eye or
skin contact.
37. Disposal of a battery into re or a hot oven,
or mechanically crushing or cutting of a
battery, that can result in an explosion.
38. Leaving a battery in an extremely high
temperature surrounding environment that
can result in an explosion or the leakage
of ammable liquid or gas.
39. A battery subjected to extremely low air
pressure may result in an explosion or the
leakage of ammable liquid or gas.
40.
Batteries must not be disposed of
with normal household waste.
Recycle them at the collection points
provided for this purpose. Contact
the local authorities or your dealer for
recycling advice. Correct disposal of old
batteries helps protect the environment
and human health.

4.USE
4.1 Inserting batteries
The unit operates on three AAA (R03) batteries.
• Lo: Low battery warning, replace the batteries.
4.2 Initializing the scale
1. Place the scale on the hard, stable, at, solid, non-slippery surface (no carpet or
uneven oors).
2. Press down on the center of the platform with your foot, then lift your foot o.
3. "0.0" will display.
4. Once the scale shuts down, it is ready to use.
4.3 Creating and saving the prole
This body composition scale can store the personal details of up to ten people. These
details will be stored until they are edited. The information is required for a more accurate
measurement.
1. To turn the scale on, press down on the center of the platform with your foot, then lift
your foot o.
2. When the display shows "0.0", press the SET button to activate the setup procedure.
3. Select a user number between P01 and P10 by pressing the or
buttons. Press the SET button to conrm and go to the next
parameter.

4. Press the or buttons to select the weight unit mode (kg / lb / st:lb). Press the SET
button to conrm and go to the next parameter.
5. Press the or buttons to cycle through the icons to select
between female [ ], female athlete [ ], male athlete [ ], or
male [ ] modes. Press the SET button to conrm and go to the
next parameter.
6. Press the or buttons to adjust your height from 80 to 220 cm. Press the SET
button to conrm and go to the next parameter.
7. Press the or buttons to adjust to your age between 6 and 100. Press the SET
button to conrm.
8. The display will show “0.0” before turning it o. The user settings are now saved.
Note: Repeat procedure to congure up to 10 users, or to change specic user details.
Once a user has been created it can be modied but not deleted.
4.4 Conducting measurement and taking a reading
Note: Please avoid measurements:
• During or immediately after excessive food or drink intake.
• During or immediately after strenuous exercise.
• Immediately after a shower, bath, or sauna.
• After heavy alcohol consumption.
• When a fever is present.
• In a strong electromagnetic interference environment or in a place with high vibration.
1. Place the scale on the hard, stable, at, solid, non-slippery
surface (no carpet or uneven oors). The scale and your body
must be fully dry prior to use. Ensure your feet and the product
are free from dirt or dust. Do not wear socks or shoes.
2. Press down on the center of the platform with your foot, then
lift your foot o to turn the scale on.
3. When the scale displays "0.0", press the SET button to select
your user number (P01 - P10).
4. Step onto the scale safely with dry, clean bare feet evenly
apart, ensuring they are in contact with the 4 x conductive
silver electrodes.
5. Stand still, and remain on the scale until the complete readout is displayed.
6. The display will then show in a series whilst the calculation is performed
and then your measurements will be displayed.
7. The measurements will be displayed in a cycle of body fat percentage, body
water percentage, BMI (body mass index), muscle mass percentage, BMR (basal
metabolic rate) in kcal, bone weight, and body weight. The values will be displayed in
a sequence of 2 cycles, after which the scales will turn o automatically.

4.7 Indicators
• Err2: Out of range, incorrect operation or poor feet contact.
• O-LD: Overload, the maximum weight (180 kg) has been exceeded.
5.MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Note: Remove batteries from that scale if you do not intend to use the unit for a period
of three months or longer and before maintenance, cleaning, and placing in storage.
1. Clean the product with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Pay attention to not allowing
water to get inside the unit.
2. Do not submerge the unit in water or other liquids.
6.GUARANTEES AND LIMITATIONS OF
LIABILITY
This product is guaranteed for a period of 36 months (including the legal guarantee of
24 months as dened by local law as well as a commercial guarantee of 12 additional
months oered by the brand) from the date of purchase, against any failure resulting
from a manufacturing or material defect.
This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from a faulty installation, incorrect use,
or normal wear and tear. More specically, the guarantee does not cover:
• Damage or problems caused by incorrect use, accidents, modications or an
electrical connection with the wrong current or voltage.
• Products that have been modied or whose tamper evident seal or serial number
has been damaged, altered, removed or rusted.
• Replaceable batteries and accessories are guaranteed for 6 months.
• Battery failure, as a result of over-charging or non-compliance with the safety
instructions set out in the manual
• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, bumps and any other element.
• Damage caused by any servicing operations carried out by non-authorised persons.
• Faults caused by normal wear and tear or the normal ageing of the product
• Software updates as a consequence of changes to network settings
• Product failure resulting from the use of third party software to modify, change or
adapt the product as supplied
• Product failure resulting from its use without manufacturer-approved accessories
• Rusted products
The manufacturer is not liable for the loss of data stored on the hard drive. Similarly,
the manufacturer is not required to check that SIM/SD cards have been removed from
returned products.
Repaired or replaced products may include new and/or repackaged hardware and
components.

EN IMPLEMENTATION METHODS
To make a claim under the guarantee, please return your product to the reception desk
of your local sales outlet with the proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, etc.) of the product
and accessories supplied, along with the original packaging.
The following information will be required: date of purchase, model and serial or IMEI
number (this information generally features on the product, the packaging or proof of
purchase).
Failing this, you must return the product with all accessories needed for it to work
properly (power cable, adapter etc.).
If your product is covered by the guarantee, the after-sales service will (within the
bounds of the local legislation):
• Repair or replace the faulty parts
• Exchange the returned product with a product which has the same features or better
and is equivalent in terms of performance.
• Refund the product at the price stated on the proof of purchase.
In the case of a repair covered by the guarantee, your guarantee period will be extended
by 6 months. This period cannot be combined in the event of repeated failures.

8. Ne montez pas sur la balance lorsque

risquez de perdre l’équilibre et de tomber.
12. Tenez-vous debout sur la balance, les
pieds nus et secs. Ne pliez pas les
genoux. Si vous essayez de vous tenir
debout sur l’appareil alors que vous portez
des chaussettes, vous risquez de glisser,
de perdre l’équilibre et d’eectuer une
mesure incorrecte.
13. NE PAS tomber, sauter ou rebondir sur
l’appareil, car il s’agit d’un instrument
de précision. Faire tomber ou frapper
l’appareil peut l’endommager.

ou d’endommager les piles.
32. Ne rechargez pas une pile à moins
qu’elle ne soit spéciquement marquée
« rechargeable ». Toute tentative de
recharge d’une batterie non rechargeable
(primaire) peut entraîner une fuite ou une
rupture.
33. Ne rangez pas les piles ou les appareils
alimentés par piles dans des endroits
chauds.
34. Ne transportez pas de piles en vrac dans
une poche ou un sac à main avec des
objets métalliques tels que des pièces de
monnaie, des trombones, etc. Cela peut
court-circuiter la pile et entraîner une forte
chaleur ou des fuites.
