1.Overview
1.1.Product Introduction
QA360isahigh-fidelitydigitalaudioplayerwith
lossless audiofilesasthesource andtheSDcardas the
storagemedium. The player integrates DACdecoding and
headphoneamplifiercircuit withthebuilt-in
large-capacityrechargeablelithiumpolymerbattery,
whichimprovesportability. Theplayerisdesignedwith
coaxialoutputandopticaloutput, actingasanabsolute
digitalsound source.Connectedwith differentDAC from
theoutside,youcanenjoy different musicstyles.Apart
fromthat,it alsohas analogsignaloutput whichcanbe
directlyconnectedtoamplifierorpreamp.

3.Operating Instructions
3.1.Startup
Turn on thepowerbypushingthe switchupwards onthe
rightsideofthe player,and turn offthe power
downwards.
3.2.Files Browsing
Theplayerconsistsofthe maininterface,folderlist,
tracklist,CUElist,favoriteslistandplaying
interface. TheBACKkeycanbeusedtoswitchinterfaces.
TheUP/DOWNkeyscanbeused tomovethecursor. The
LEFT/RIGHTkeys canbe usedtoturnthepages upand down.
TheENTERkeycanbeusedtoenterthepageofthenext
level.
3.3.Music Playing
Oncethetargetsongis selected,youcanplayasongby
pressing theENTERkey.Ontheplayinginterface,youcan
pressENTERkeytoplayorpause,pressUP/DOWNkeysto
switch songs,andlongpressLEFT/RIGHTkeysfor fast
forwardandfastback.
3.4.CUEOperation
SelecttheCUEfile,enter the list,andselectsongsto
play.The CUEmodeissupportiveofsuchplaying modes
as loop,random, single loop,playing once andreverse.
Thecurrent playingscopeis limitedtothecurrent CUE

3.5.Favorites
Howtoaddanddeletesongsfromthefavorites？
(1).Inthefolderlist,tracklistandplayinginterface,
if youpresstheENTERkeyfor1to2seconds, thenit
will show"Addtofavorites",select"OK" toaddthe
selectedfolderorsong.The maximumcapacityis99.
(2).In thefavoriteslist,ifyoupressENTERkeyfor1
to 2seconds, itwillshow"Deletefromfavorites",
select"OK"todeletesong.
Note: TheFavoritesissupportiveofsuchplayingmodes
as loop,random, single loop,playing once andreverse.
Theplayingscopeislimitedtothecurrentfavoritelist
withtheplayinginterfaceshowing"Favorites".
3.6.Song Deleting
In thelist ofsongs orplayinginterface,if youselect
thetrack youwanttodeleteandpress theBACKkey for
1to2seconds,itwillshow"DeleteSong",select"OK"
to delete.
Note: Thesongis deletedpermanentlyfrom theSD card
Pleasetakecautionasitis unrecoverable.
3.7.Volume Operation
Momentarypress orlongpress of thevolume keycanadjust
thevolumewithintherange of0to150cells.You can
setvolumeprotectionandleft-and-rightchannels

balance,andthevolumeisunadjustableunderthelocking
status.
3.8.KeyLock
In orderto preventpushingthekeysby mistake,you can
pushtheLOCKkey upwardstolocktheplayer, vice versa.
Note: In ordertorealizeblindoperation,whenthekeys
arelocked, youcan adjust thevolumebymomentarily
pressing thevolumekeys, andswitchingsongsby long
pressing thevolumekeys. (Note:thisisunder the
non-volume-adjustingstate).
4.Function Settings
4.1.Playing Mode
TheplayingmodeincludesLOOP, RANDOM,SINGLELOOP,ONCE,
andREVERSE.
4.2.Playing Range
ALL : AllsongsontheSDcardcanbeeffectivefiles.
FOLDER: Onlythesongs underthecurrent foldercan be
played,andyou canonlyselectthesongs underthis
folderaswell.
Note: Theplayeris supportive of 2-levelcatalogue. In
ordertolocatesongsquickly, it issuggested that you
namethemasterfolderwiththe singer name,and name the
subsidiaryfolderswiththe albumsof this singer.Each
subsidiaryfoldershouldonly storeonealbum.

4.3.Memory Play/Auto Play
OFF : Turnoffthememorymode,andthe masterinterface
willshowafterstartup.
PAUSE: Turn onthe memorymode,andtheplayinginterface
willshowafterstartup,readyfortheusertoplay.
AUTO : Turn on thememorymode,the playinginterface will
showafterstartup,andsongsinmemorywill beplayed.
4.4.GapBetween Tracks
Youcansetthetimegapbetweentracksas0,500,1000,
1500and2000ms.
4.5.Track Name Rolling
Youcan settherollingfrequency of filenames as"static,
onesecond,twoseconds,and threeseconds".
4.6.Digital Output
Youcan setcoaxial or fiberoptical digitaloutputon
oroff. If it is seldomused,you mayturnitofftosave
power.
4.7.Filtering Mode
Theslowdescentor roll-offofdigitalfiltering canbe
selectedfromthemenu,whichwillfiltertheout-of-band
noisefarawayhigherthantheaudiofrequency,releasing
twosoundstyles.

4.8.DSDFiltering
Youcan decide whetherthe DSDsignalwillgothrough the
digitalfilterbyselectinginthe menuwithtwoDSD sound
styles.
4.9.Volume Lock
ThevolumecanbesetasONorOFF.
4.10.Volume Intensity
Thecurrent volume intensitycan be setranging from 0
to 150cells.
4.11.Volume Protection
Themaxadjustablevolumecan besetforprotection.
4.12.Volume Balance
Theleftand rightchannelsarerespectivelyadjustable
with10cellsavailableand5dBmaximumattenuation.
4.13.Cursor Color
Thecoloroftheselectedfontcanbeset.
4.14.Main Color
Thecolorofthemainfontcanbeset.
4.15.Interface Color
Thereare 27kinds ofcolorscanbesetfor theinterface.

TheAutomaticoff-screentimeoptionsare "No,10s,20s,
and30s".
It willsavepowerand improve soundqualitytoturn off
thedisplay.
4.19.Automatic shutdown
Theautomatic shutdowntimecanbesetas30, 60,90,120
minutes. ItwillfunctionafteryoupresstheSETTINGkey
andexit. Areminder will popupbefore 10sof the
automaticshutdown,andduringthelast5secondsthe
player willbemuted.Theplayer willbeshutdownwith
thetimercountingdown.
4.20.Key ReactionSpeed
Thekeyreactionspeedmainly referstotheprocessing
speedoflong press,suchas thespeedofmoving the
cursorupwardsanddownwards, FF/FB,etc.
Optionsare10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,and100.

5.Firmware Update
Theapplicationsandfontlibrarycan beupdated in the
followingsteps:
(1)Copytheupdatedfileto theSDcard.
(2)InserttheSDcardinto theplayer,longpressthe
LEFTkeyand turn on thepowerswitch, thus,the updating
modeisentered.
(3)Selecttheupdatedfileintheupdatinglistandpress
theENTER keytostart updating,and restartthe power
aftercompletion.
