1TV POWER:
Powers on and o TV.

TV INPUT:
Changes video input on TV
if remote is programmed.
3POWER:
Switch ON, OFF or STANDBY
mode on the STB.
4PAGE: Up or Down
In the GUIDE or MENU screens,
scrolls one page up or down.
5MENU:
Launches MAIN MENU within
the app with Live Video or last
viewed On-Demand program.
6LIVE TV:
Tunes to the last content viewed
in the App.
7MUTE:
Mutes the audio on your audio
device(s). TV, Audio System, or STB.
8VOLUME (Up or Down):
Increases or decreases volume
levels on your audio device(s).
9CHANNEL (Up or Down):
Selects the previous and next
available channels. (Hold for rapid
advance.) Within MENU or GUIDE
acts the same as Page Up/Down.
10 GOOGLE HOME:
Launches Android TV main menu
including access to Apps.
11 LAST:
Displays the last 15 items that
have been watched.
12 BACK/EXIT:
Returns to previous menu or state
within current App. From live video,
this key opens the Main Menu.
14 ARROWS:
Moves to highlight items in
respective direction.
16 SHOWS:
Launches the SHOWS play list in
the App.
17 MOVIES:
Launches the MOVIES play list in
the App.
19 RECORD:
Begin recording selected content
in the App.
20 REWIND:
Fast rewind VOD, or live TV.
21 FAST FORWARD:
Fast forwards recorded items.
22 PAUSE/PLAY:
Play or pause toggle of VOD, or
live TV.
23 0-9:
Enter channel numbers in the
GUIDE or full screen video.
24 SET:
Setup the remote to control the TV,
and to program an audio device
with Infrared (IR) commands.
18 SEARCH/VOICE:
Launches text-based Google
Assistant search.
Launches voice-based Google
Assistant search.
15 OK/SELECT:
Short Press - Confirms a selection.
When watching video in the App,
info on the current video playing
appears, including the shift bar.
Long Press - Invokes the App
search menu. This is the same
function as the magnifying glass in
the Main Menu.

QUICK START
To begin enjoying your Q tv FROM Quadro TV service, please follow these Quick Start
instructions. For further assistance, please contact us at 519.229.8933, Option 1 for
Support. Visit www.quadro.net/tv for additional user manuals.
CHANNEL GUIDE:
View other channels: Press up or down Arrows buttons to go lower or higher in the
guide.
View other times: Press left or right Arrows buttons to go forward or return to current
time.
Tune to a channel: Press Select/OK button to see program details. Press Select/OK
again to tune to program.
RESTART:
Restart allows you to start a program that is already in progress from the beginning.
From Play from the beginning pop-up: Press Select/OK button.
From a program: Press Select/OK button, use Arrows buttons to highlight Restart,
press Select/OK.
RECORD:
From the guide: Press Record button. If prompted, choose ‘Record this episode only’
or ‘Record all episodes’ based on preference.
From a program: Press Record button. If prompted, choose ‘Record this episode only’
or ‘Record all episodes’ based on preference.
ACCESS RECORDINGS:
Press Menu button, use Arrows buttons to highlight Profile (left of Search) and press
Select/OK button.
*Note: You can view your used recording space in the upper right corner.
AUDIO/SUBTITLE (CLOSED CAPTION):
Press Select/OK button, use Arrows buttons to highlight Audio. Subtitle, press
Select/OK button.
A CCESS REPLAY TV:
Open the Guide, find the desired channel, press Left Arrow to see and highlight
Replay, and press Select/OK button.
PARENTAL CONTROLS:
Press Menu button, use Arrows button to highlight Profile (left of Search), press
Select/OK, use Arrows button to highlight Settings (hear in upper-right corner),
press Select/OK, highlight Parental Controls, and press Select/OK.
1. Power on the television on the Qtv Set Top Box (STB).
2. Access the Channel Guide by pressing the Guide button. To exit, press Back/
Exit twice.
3. Move around the Q tv Guide with the Arrow buttons and make selections
with Select/OK button.
*To return to the Q tv App, select Menu, Live, Last, Guide, Shows or Movies.
