INTRODUCTION
Dear customer,
You have chosen to purchase a QUINTEZZ TRUCK WATER BOILER. We thank you for this purchase and hope
that your experiences with this quality product will be pleasant ones.
Important noce:
Before rst-me use of this unit, you should carefully read these user instrucons so that you can then
connect and operate your water heater accordingly. Please keep these user instrucons so that you can
reference them later on;
CAUTION!
Before rst use:
• Before plugging into the cigaree lighter socket, check the rang informaon on the product.
• Clean the water container before rst usage, but never immerse cord, plug or water heater in
water or any other liquid.
• Boil 3 quanes of water rst without actually using it.
• In order to prevent dangers, place the machine on horizontal, at and stabile surfaces only.
• Do not plug-in the machine without water. To avoid damage to the product, never turn on the
empty appliance.
• Fill with water according to the pre-set water level with minimum level at MIN and maximum
level at MAX.
• Unplug the product aer use.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Never immerse cord, plug or water heater in water or any other liquid.
• Pull the plug from the socket and switch the water heater o:
o in case of a failure during operaon,
o prior to cleaning and care,
o if the supply cable or the water heater is damaged,
o if the water heater has a funconal fault.
• Never pull the plug of the water heater out of the cigaree lighter by pulling the cable.
• Do not allow the connecon cable to hang down (danger of tripping) nor over sharp edges or
corners.
• Do not place on hot gas or electric burner or in heated oven.
• Do not use any other liquid than water.
• Only operate the water heater under supervision and for its intended purpose.
• The water heater can become very hot, keep the appliance and the cord away from children at
all mes. The cover should be securely closed to avoid spillage of boiling water..
• Do not operate when driving, to avoid cung injuries and burns caused by sudden braking
or accidents.

• Decalcify the water heater at regular intervals.
• Do not disassemble the product. Do not aempt to repair the appliance yourself. To avoid
considerable subsequent damage to the device, only let a qualied expert repair the water
heater.

FUNCTIONS
ON/OFF Switch: Aer lling with an appropriate amount of water and closing the lid properly, press the
“I” buon, the indicaon lamp will be ON and the water will be heated unl it boils. Press the “O” buon
to stop heang at any me, the indicaon lamp will then be OFF.
Auto-OFF aer boiling: The appliance will turn o automacally aer boiling. The indicator lamp will turn
OFF. Wait at least 5 minutes before reheang (by pressing the “l” buon).
Dry boil protecon: When the product has been switched ON by mistake without water, the dry-boil
protecon will be acvated to provide a secondary protecon.
Thermal fuse protecon: In case BOTH the auto-o and the dry-boil safety protecon malfuncon, the
thermal fuse protecon will cut o the electric supply automacally to provide a third protecon.
CLEANING
• Prior to cleaning the water heater always remove the plug from the socket.
• Only clean the water heater itself with a damp cloth.

DECALCIFICATION
In order to extend the operang life of your device, you should ensure that the water heater is decalcied at
a regular basis. Signs for a necessary decalcicaon are a longer operang me or louder operang noise.
Only use biological agents for decalcicaon. Under no circumstances vinegar, salts or sulphuric acid
should be used for decalcicaon.
Let the device heat the decalcifying agent two to three mes (check the manufacturer’s recommendaons
for use and dosing). Aerwards heat clean water in the device two to three mes.

DISPOSAL
Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste, use separate collecon facilies.
Contact your local government for informaon regarding the collecon systems available. If electrical
appliances are disposed of in landlls or dumps, hazardous substances
can leak into the groundwater and get into the food chain, damaging your health and well-being. When
replacing old appliances with new ones, the retailer is legally obligated to take back your old appliance for
disposals at least free of charge.
