ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: ASSEMBLING THE CASTERS
Screw each Caster (I) into the bottom of each Bottom Pole (G). Turn
clock-wise to screw in place. Screw in tightly.

STEP 2: SLIP SLEEVES
On the Bottom Pole (G), place 1 pair of slip sleeves (E) at the desired

the heights are identical for Bottom Pole (G).
Slide the pair of Slip Sleeves (E) until you hear a click to confirm the
pair is locked onto the Bottom Pole (G).Do not place more than one
pair on each Pole (G) at a time.
*For safety and stability, the lowest SHELF (A) should be lower than
the 3rd notch from the bottom.
**Note: There will be a very small gap in-between the Slip Sleeves
(E)-this is normal.

STEP 3 : INSTALLING THE SHELF
Place The Shelf (A) on its side and slide the Bottom Pole (G) through
the holes in the Shelf (A). Make sure that the shelf (A) corner
cylinders are positioned over the Slip sleeves (E).
Stand the unit upright.

*Note : The level side of the Shelf (A) is the Top side (the logo on the
corner cylinders should be right - side up.)
**Use a rubber mallet, if needed, to secure the Shelf (A).
STEP 4 INSTALLING TOP POLES
Screw the Top Pole (F) into the Bottom Pole (G). The tops of these
poles are indicated by the black end up.

STEP 5: INSTALLING THE BASKET,CART
HANDLE AND SIDEBAR
Repeat Step 2 for the Basket (B), the Cart Handle (D) and the
Sidebar with 4 Hooks (H). And Slide each piece onto the Slip
Sleeves (E). Only do ONE piece at a time. Adjust to desired
height.

STEP 6: PLACE THE BAMBOO CUTTING
BOARD
Place the Bamboo Cutting Board (C) on top of the Poles. The
grooves on the bottom of the Bamboo Cutting Board (C) will fit
exactly on the Top Poles (F). Remove board to clean thoroughly.
