Installations
1. Connection and Basic Information
Search for RainPoint on Google Play or App Store or scan the
QR code to download the RainPoint APP. Follow the prompts
to register a RainPoint account or log in with an existing
account.

Inse 3*AAA batteries rst, then press and hold the rubber
button until the blue LED light rapid blink, which means the
device is ready for connection.

Select“Add Device” to sta connection and then nd“Bluetooth
Sma” in the series of “Sma Irrigation”. Turn on Bluetooth on
your phone. Then, conrm the prompt at the bottom and click
"Next" to sta the device search.

Press“Done” for nal conrmation after
device is added successfully.
Press the “” buttom on the right of the found device and tap
the “Next” button after connection nished.

After connected, the paired devices will
show on the Home page. Click the Blue-
tooth Water Timer and get into main
page of the device.

The following information is shown on
the page: Weekdays, Batte status,
Device status, Weather Information,
Irrigation Duration, Last Run Time,
Next Run Time.

Manual Button for instant watering need.
Weather Delay for 24/48/72hours.
Schedule Setting with normal schedule and cycle & soak
schedule for options.
Irrigation histo for irrigation track and avoid false operation.
At the bottom, there is an operating panel with several options:
Manual button, Weather Delay, Schedule Setting, Irrigation
Histo.

9Press the button on the top right
corner to enter device information page.

Manual mode: Click the “ ” to manually turn ON the water timer to
sta watering. The default time is 10 mins.Click the “ ”to manually
turn o water timer.
Tap the central circle to set manual watering time, from 1 min to 24
hours.

3、Weather Delay
Tap the “Weather Delay” to enable the rain delay function. The weather
delay can set with 24H,48H, 72H and closed delay.

4、Schedule and Settings
On the schedule page, after select button,
there are two types for selection: Normal type
and Cycle & Soak type.
Normal Schedule: means device watering at a
specic time.
Cycle & Soak: means the device will run the
watering schedule repeatedly in this period.
Click and choose the schedule type you need and conrm the watering
sta time, duration, weekdays to water, and save the all settings.
The Soak & Cycle type have dierent setting options. It needs to set the
sta time, end time of irrigation, the cycle duration and soak duration.
***Remark***
a. The minimum period cannot be greater than the total time period
b. There will be time conict notice when the time schedules overlap,
causing plans fail of setting.

There are shocut button behind each
group of plans to quick sta or stop the plan
directly.
When all the plans are set up, they will be displayed on the timer list.
(Normal Type) (Cycle & Soak Type)

Eve irrigation plan will be recorded. It’ s convenient for users to track
the implementation of irrigation plans.

1. Warranty
Tips in Operation
Please make sure the sma phone is near the Bluetooth water timer
when connecting or setting the watering plan. The best range for
connection and operation is within 60 meters in the open area.

The watering timer will follow and peorm the preset watering
schedule after application set successfully, even if the phone is out
o the best connecting range.

Under freezing temperatures, timers should be removed from the
faucet and stored indoors to avoid potential freezing damage.

Please clean lters regularly and replace if it is worn in order to
prolong life of timer.

Warranty & Warnings
The warranty aims for the problem of non-aicial damage and
provides a one-year warranty from the date of leaving the facto.
