[1] iSteam
Option for USB
models. Allows
milk to be heated
and frothed using
a mix of steam and air, resulting in a
soft and remarkably compact foam.
Two customizable program selection
buttons: “Cappuccino” – to heat and
froth milk, or “Latte” - to heat the milk
only. User can set the final tempera-
ture of the drink and the quantity of
foam per selection.

(Rancilio Patent) The new steam valve
with a special control knob and er-
gonomic design makes it completely
functional. The valve has a very short
travel distance, and is operated by
rotating it just 25°. Rapidity, precision
and ergonomics: maximum user com-
fort for daily work.
[3] Grid System
Support grids come in a scratchproof
polymer, with an efficient liquid col-
lection system that keeps the work sur-
face clean and protects cups against
unsightly marks left by drops of coffee.
The grids can be removed for wash-
ing in a dishwasher.
