Tap the clock rapidly 4 times
to enter the cleaning program
menu.
Follow on-screeen
instructions. Remove the
grounds bin and empty. Wipe
clean the grounds bin area.
Insert cleaning tablet into the
chute on top of the machine.
*Use one (1) Coee Machine
Cleaning Tablet
After cleaning runs, press ‘Exit’
to nish cleaning.
Select the coee cleaning
from the options.
Note: If you have fridge with
your machine, you can select the
coee and milk cleaning.

ONE steam cleaning 06-21 06/22/2021
Prepare solution by combining
an Egro Milk System Tablet
with 16 oz of water (or until
steam tip is fully submerged).
Dispose of the cleaning
solution and rell with fresh
water. Activate the steam wand
until the water is heated.
Dispose of the water and wipe
the steam wand with a clean
towel.
*For iSteam wands, unscrew
the nozzle and clean
Activate the steam wand until
the solution is heated and
allow the wand to soak in the
solution for 10 minutes.

Tap the clock rapidly 4 times
to enter the cleaning program
menu. Select the milk cleaning
from the options.
Note: For the complete daily
cleaning program, select the
coee and milk cleaning.
Place the the container in the
fridge, inserting the milk tube
into the container. Press OK
on the screen. Continue with
onscreen instructions.
After the milk cleaning,
remove the cleaning
container and the milk tube.
Clean tube as well as ttings
with a clean, wet towel.
Place milk back in the fridge.
Press ‘Exit’ to nish cleaning.
Remove the milk in the fridge.
Add one (1) Milk System
Cleaning Tablet in an empty
container.
*Use one (1) Egro Milk System
Cleaning Tablet per milk tube.

Weekly/As Needed Bean Hopper Cleaning
To unlock the bean hopper,
pull the metal lock located in
front of the bean hopper until
it clicks.
Remove bean hopper lid and
empty bean hopper.
Wipe clean with a dry cloth.
The bean hoppers are
dishwasher-safe.
Lock bean hopper by pushing
the metal lock forward.
Make sure the hopper is
completely dry. Rell with
coee beans.
Reattach bean hopper.
Remove bean hopper.

Weekly/As Needed Brew Head Cleaning
Slide the silver cover of the
coee outlet up.
Remove the brew head from
the coee outlet.
Add one (1) Milk System
Cleaning Tablet in a container
with warm water.
*Use one (1) Egro Milk System
Cleaning Tablet.
Slide silver cover of the cof-
fee outlet down to nish brew
head cleaning.
Separate both pieces of the
brew head and place into the
solution. Allow to soak for at
least 1 hour.
Reassemble brew head. Insert
back brew head into the
machine, pushing rmly up to
lock into place.
Push inward tabs on brewing
head and push down.

Egro ONE Powder Module
Weekly/As Needed Powder Module Cleaning
Open the front door of the
powder module.
Unlock the mixer by turning
the knob to the right. Take the
mixer unit out.
Pull out the mixer ring and the
knob simultaneously.
Reassemble the mixer unit into the powder module. Turn
the knob to the left to lock. Reconnect tube to the mixer.
Push power button to turn on the powder module.
Dissolve an Egro Milk System
Cleaning Tablet in a container
with warm water. Place pieces
of the mixer unit into the
solution. Allow to soak for at
least 1 hour.
Wipe the powder module with
a clean damp towel. Remount
the knob and the ring back
into the powder module
pushing rmly until it clicks.
Press the power button to
switch o the powder module.
Pull out the tube connected
to the mixer.
