RR600 Trailer
Assembly Manual
1.) Open cardboard and unpack all pieces from inside the tub assembly.
2.) Lay the pieces out.
3.) Lay the tub upside down on the floor and set sub frame on top, line up the swivel pin holes,
insert the pins and the cotter pins.
4.) Insert the tongue frame tube making sure the larger diameter holes face up.

5.) Use bolts with the spacers to bolt the tongue frame tube to the subframe, tighten bolts.
6.) Insert pin to hold the front of the tub to the trailer frame and use “R” clip to retain pin.
7.) Insert the axle tubes into the subframe and use bolts with spacers in the 2 holes provided,
tighten the bolts.
8.) Install all 4 tires and tighten wheel nuts to 40ft/lbs.

9.) Turn the trailer over so the wheels are now on the ground.
10.) Insert winch mount onto front tongue frame tube with the winch mount bolts facing away
from the tub.
11.) Install tongue jack, do not tighten mount bolt.
12.) Mount the winch cable support bat to the winch mount, tighten bolts but leave room for the
bar to have some movement.

13.) Mount winch and tighten nuts.
14.) Attach winch handle and tighten.
15.) Remove roller from winch cable support arm, run the winch cable through and re-install roller.
16.) Attach winch hook to loop on the front of the tub, please remember the retaining pin must be
removed before the tub can be winch up into the air.

17.) Slide the winch mount support to be 6-7 cm away from the support pin tube, any closer and
the winch handle may touch the front tub door.
18.) Tighten the retaining bolts in the winch mount and then tighten the retaining nuts.
19.) Mount the tongue jack so it is about 6-7cm away from winch mount and tighten retaining bolt
and nut.

20.) Install swivel hitch and tighten the bolts.
21.) Install front and rear tub doors, adjust latches so that they are firm but not tight..
22.) Install reflectors
23.) Install tub side rails
24.) Remove all tape, cardboard and plastic.
