6. Warranty and technical support
The manufacturer guarantees the quality and functioning of the equipment, as well as a free
replacement for components that fail due to manufacturer’s fault, subject to that the buyer
follows conditions of use during the 12 months from the date of shipment of the equipment to
the buyer. On all the issues regarding warranty repair please contact your vendor.

1. Basic information
RangeVision Smart three-dimensional scanner is designed for digitizing
stationary objects through a contactless method. Hardware part of this system
is the RangeVision Smart scanner, mounted on a tripod and connected to
a stationary computer or a laptop; software part is represented by RangeVision
ScanCenter and ScanMerge. The principle of the operation of the scanner is based on
the structured light technology.
In order to maintain high accuracy when scanning items, as well as when changing
a scanning zone, provided software allows you to fully calibrate the scanner.
2. Conditions of use and transport
The scanner can be operated at a constant ambient temperature from 5 to 30 degrees
Celsius. The maximum air humidity is 80 %. The calibration plate must be transported
in special travel case supplied.
Please do not use in direct sunlight. To achieve best results please use in controlled
environment.
You may not use the equipment in a dusty or smoky environment.
