Notice: 6 pieces of protector respectively cover on the ends of front/rear axle and
steering whee. Please remove the protectors before assembly.

1）Remove the protector(23) on front axle.
2）Orderly install gasket(17), wheel core(14), wheel(5), clip(15), rim cover(6) to front
and rear axle, and press tightly.
Note: rim cover(6) is hard to be removed once installed, so we suggest rim cover
to be installed after assembly and testing are finished.

2、Install battery and power supply
1）Install battery(11) on the battery position.
2）Put battery cover(16) onto two screws holes; lock up with screw(18).
3）Plug the interface to the jack, connect the red terminal and the Black terminal
respectively to the anode and cathode of battery. (Notice: make sure they are
correctly connected, red to red, black to black, otherwise, it will cause short-circuit.)
4）Install the battery cover(12) and fasten the cover with screws(18).
5）Replace or take out the storage battery and power
4.1）Loosen the 2 screws(18) on battery cover(12)
4.2）Unplug the interface and jack, loosen the 2 screws(18) on battery locker(16), then
the storage battery can be taken out.
3、Install seat
1）Put the seat (8) to the designated position, fix the front buckles of seat to the
grooves of car body.
2）Vertically press down the seat until its rear buckles are fixed to the side grooves.
Notice: This seat is equipped with seat belt, which is only a decoration to develop the
safety sense of children, it can not provide any substantial protection.

1）Remove the protector(23) on steering axle.
2）Install the steering wheel(2) to the designated position by using screw pin(19)
and hexnut(13), see picture 1.
3）Plug the steering wheel interface to the jack, see picture 2.
4）For more convenient running, please put connected wires to the pothook under
the instrument panel, see picture 3.

3）Install wing mirror(4) and headrest(7) to the designated position.
Note: firstly you can install one end of the headrest, then install the other end.

1.Charging socket is under the filler cap. Open
the filler cap and injksert the plug of charger,
then connect the charger with power.
2.Every one hour’s running needs 8 to 12 hours’ charging.
Every single charging can not over 24 hours.
3.Both charger and storage batteries will occur mildly warm
during charging.
4.Do not use mal-functioned adapter or storage battery unless they are repaired.
5.This manual has to be kept since it contains important information.
6.Charger and storage batteries are not considered as toys.
7.Please make periodical inspection for storage battery, especially for adapter wires
and plugs.
8.Please turn off the switch when the ride-on is not in use. Please make full charging
after long-term suspended.
9.ONLY use the charger supplied by Rastar or Rastar Baby.

1.Put the antenna into the controller socket. Open the lid and put the 9V battery
according to its polarity,then close the lid.
2.Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. Rechargeable batteries
are to be removed from the toy before being charged.

Remark: in order to protect the
motor, the power of left/right button
on the transmitter will be cut off if
you press left/right button for over
2 seconds. Therefore, a continuous
turning will require you to press
left/right button repeatedly.
Accelerator/Play built-in Music
Turn left: press this button, the ride-on will imitate
ticking sound, and its left front indicator
will flash.
Turn right: press this button, the ride-on will imitate
ticking sound, and its right front indicator
will flash.
Horn: press horn, the horn will sound.
Acceleration/Music: press to simulate accelerating
sound effect or play music.
Press again to play next song.
NOTICE!
When not playing MP3, please pull the MP3
Input Wire out of MP3 socket. Otherwise, all
other sound effect will be mute.

OPERATING FUNCTION
1.Please charge 8 to 12 hours before first time use.
2.Please use the suitable adapter to charge storage battery,
otherwise the ride-on will be damaged.
3.Please charge the car once the speed is slower than normal,
otherwise it will derease storage battery life.
4.Please fully charge the battery before you put your ride-on away,
and remember to recharge the battery every 30 days. This will
ensure the normal use of the battery, otherwise, the battery can
not be charged.
5.For safety, please ONLY use the battery supplied by Rastar or
Rastar Baby, whichhas been protected with polarity anti-reverse
structure.

OVERCURRENT PROTECTOR

1.Overcurrent protector is installed under the seat.
2.Rear motor is equipped with self-recovery fuze.Once overloading or improper
operation happens, the fuze will automatically cut off the power. Please turn the
key off and wait for 30 seconds, then the fuze will recover automatically.
3.Power device is equipped with blown fuze. When short-circuit happens, the fuze
will be blown. Therefore, after solve the circuit problem, you need to replace the
blown fuze.
CAUTION!
RISK OF FIRE. Do not bypass. Replace only with 250V 20A.
Ride-on Function
Insert the key into the key hole, then turn the key until you hear a click sound.
Forward: press “forward”, step on pedal switch, ride-on will move forward.
Reverse: press “reverse”, step on pedal switch, ride-on will move backward.
Left: steer left the steering wheel when ride-on is moving forward.
Right: steer right the steering wheel when ride-on is moving forward.
Stop: relax the pedal switch, then press “stop”.
Spare switch is under the instrument. It has the same function as the key switch.
Switch up for power off, and down for power on. The ride-on is operated when either
the key switch or the spare switch is turned on. Only when both of the switches are
turned off, the ride-on will be shut down.
Radio control /Battery operated Mode Switch
When Radio control mode is active, the pedal and Forward/Stop/Reserve buttons will
be inactive.When Battery operated mode is active, the transmitter will be inactive.
Every time ride-on starts moving, the low speed mode will be activated and continues
for 2-4 seconds, after that, the normal speed mode will be activated.

WARNING
Please read carefully since it contains important information.
1.Children are not allowed to operate charging. It should be operated by adult.
2.Ride-on operation should be under adults’ supervision.
3.This product should be assembled by adult; or checked by adult to make sure
proper assembly.
4.It is prohibited to run this ride-on in public streets, roads, slope, near swimming
pool, or any other dangerous area.
5.This ride-on can not be overloaded. The maximum loading capacity is 25 kilograms.
6.This ride-on is for children age between 3 to 8 years.
7.Some accessories of ride-on may be damaged by improper operation.
8.Do not suddenly use forward-reverse switch during running. It can only be used
when the ride-on is stopped.
9.Swab ride-on with cloth. Do not flush the ride-on with water in case damage.
10.Charger is not considered as toy. Please put it away after charging.
11.This product is made of plastics. Please keep it away from fire.
12.Re-start of the motor may occur sparkles. It is prohibited to run in flammable and
explosive area such as gas station.
13.Do not let children touch wheels in case being trapped or crushed. Please keep
other children away from the ride-on during running.
14.Flat ground is good for ride-on running. Please avoid running on sand or any other
rough ground.
15.The package of ride-on is not toy for children.
16.Adults are required to read this instruction carefully and give correct guideline to
children before playing.
17.This seat belt is only a decoration to develop the safety sense of children, it can
not provide any substantial protection.
18.Please guide children how to start and relax the pedal, how to handle malfunctions
and how to stop ride-on.
19.Do not use the malfunctioning ride-on until it is well repaired.
CAUTION!
1.One 9V battery is needed for this ride-on.
2.Battery replacement should be operated by adults.
3.Install batteries correctly according to their polarity .
4.Storage battery can be removed from the ride-on and recharged, but can NOT be
heated or disposed of in fire.
5.Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. Rechargeable batteries can
be recharged under adults’ supervision; Rechargeable batteries are to be taken
out from ride-on during charging.
6.When batteries are short of power, the remote control distance will be shorten.
Please replace with new batteries.
You may find battery damage, liquid leakage and other dangerous
phenomenon during replacement. Please pay attention to the following:

7.Take out batteries if ride-on is not in use for an extended preriod in case liquid
leakage. Remove batteries when they are used up.
8.Supply terminals are not to be short-circuit.
9.This ride-on is not for children under 36 months since it may have small parts that
can detach during running.
10.Transmitter can only be operated by adults or under adults’ supervision.
