PURPOSE
The purpose of this user manual is to
ensure correct use and maintenance of
the electric warehouse trolley. The electric
warehouse trolley is motorized and desig-
ned to transport heavy goods. The electric
warehouse trolley is manoeuvred by one
person using a control panel.
READING INSTRUCTIONS
Knowledge
It is the responsibility of the employer (ow-
ner of the machine) to ensure that everyone
who is operating, servicing, maintaining or
repairing the machine has read the user
manual; at least the parts of it that are
relevant to their work.
In addition, everyone who has to operate,
service, maintain or repair the machine has
a duty to search information in the user
manual themselves.
Availability
The user manual must be kept in a place
known to the staff where it is easily avai-
lable to operators and maintenance staff.

INTENDED USE, WARNINGS ABOUT DANGE-
ROUS SITUATIONS
Always use the required personal protective
equipment when handling the electric ware-
house trolley and the goods being transpor-
ted. Protective footwear is recommended
when using the electric warehouse trolley.
The electric warehouse trolley must only be
used with original and correctly mounted
accessories and spare parts. Never use
the product with other parts than those
supplied together with the product or speci-
cally adapted to the purpose by Ravendo
A/S.
Never try to modify or adapt the product for
any use other than that described in the
user manual. In the event of modication or
change of use, any warranty and liability of
the manufacturer will become void.
Before each use of the electric warehouse
trolley, check that the trolley is in a safe
condition and that the electric system is
undamaged.
During use, the operator must be aware
of changes in driving characteristics and
make sure that any damage is repaired
before using the electric warehouse trolley

USER INSTRUCTIONS
CONTROL PANEL
Speed setting (1)
Using the rotary knob, the maximum driving
speed can be set when the throttle lever is fully
activated. The exact driving speed is continuous-
ly adjusted using the throttle lever.
When positioned at the lowest or highest speed
setting, the maximum driving speed is 1 km/h
or 6 km/h respectively when the throttle lever is
fully activated. The stated speeds are for driving
with empty trolley, for heavy loads the maximum
driving speed is reduced.
It is recommended to use the speed setting
while driving to set the maximum driving speed
adapted to your current walking speed. This
makes it possible to keep the throttle lever
fully activated while driving providing increased
driving comfort for the user as well as reduced
“jerks” while driving.
Battery meter (2)
The battery meter indicates the actual current
level via an illuminating line in the display. When
indicated at the far right, the batteries are fully
charged. When indicated at the far left, the bat-
teries are completely discharged. As the current
level decreases, the line moves to the left. If the
battery meter ashes, the batteries are almost
empty of power. Immediately drive the trolley
back for charging.
It is recommended to stop the use and drive the
electric warehouse trolley for charging when the
remaining current level is approx. 30%.
NOTE: Keep an eye on the battery’s current level
as the battery meter does not warn at low power.
Key switch (3)
Used for switching the electric warehouse trolley
on and off. To switch on, insert the key and turn
it a quarter turn clockwise. To switch off, turn the
key a quarter turn counterclockwise, after which
the key can be removed.
Throttle lever (4 and 8)
The throttle lever is stepless and determines the
current driving speed within the selected speed
setting. The more the lever is tilted, the faster
the electric warehouse trolley drives. When pres-
sing the lever to the left of the throttle box (4),
the electric warehouse trolley moves backwards.
By pressing the lever to the right of the accelera-
tor box, (8), the electric warehouse trolley moves
forward. The throttle lever automatically returns
to its starting position when not activated, which
brings the electric warehouse trolley to a stop.
Safety button (5)
When activating the safety button, the electric
warehouse trolley stops and moves forward
(away from the user). This is a safety precaution
that prevents any danger of crushing the user
when driving backwards
Status light (6)
The status light indicates whether the EasyGo
Premium motor is on or off as well as any error
messages. When the status light is on, the motor
is on. If the status light is off, this indicates that
the motor is off or out of power. If the status light
ashes, this refers to a given error code. See the
section TROUBLESHOOTING
Charging socket (7)
The charging socket is used to charge the
EasyGo Premium motor’s battery pack. Se secti-

MOTOR UNIT
Mounting bracket (9)
The mounting bracket is used to bolt the EasyGo
Premium rmly under the trolley. The brackets are
designed with slots, which make the mounting
exible in relation to the trolleys mounting holes.
The look and the mounting width of the brackets
vary between models.
Disengagement (10)
If you need to push the trolley manually, the motor
can be disengaged using the red disengagement
lever. The lever is positioned as pictured above
to the left. For disengagement, turn the lever
upward. The electric warehouse trolley must be
switched off before the motor is either switched
on or off. This is done via the key switch (3). When
the motor is disengaged, the motor brake is di-
sengaged. You must therefore make sure that the
trolley does not roll away from you when disen-
gaging the motor. You need to deactivate the di-
sengagement before you can move the trolley via
the motor. The disengagement is deactivated by
turning the disengagement lever until you hear a
“click’.
REMEMBER: always deactivate the dis-engage-
ment after use if it has been activated.
If you try to switch on the electric warehouse trol-
ley with the motor disengaged, the status light (F)
ashes, and the trolley will not move. To reset this
error message, turn off via the key switch, the di-
sengagement is deactivated, turn the electric
warehouse trolley on again and it is ready for use.
Motor (11)
The motor drives the wheels when the throttle
lever is activated. The maximum axle load / load
capacity of the motor varies between the two mo-
dels.
Battery pack (12)
The battery pack is xed and contains two 20Ah
batteries.
Machine plate (13)
The machine plate is attached to the right bracket
of the EasyGo Premium motor. The machine plate
states the manufacturer’s information, machine
number, technical specications and item num-
ber. When contacting the manufacturer regarding
questions about the product, please provide the
machine number.
Traction wheels (14)
The traction wheels of the motor are directional
and will work as the trolley’s drive wheels.
Control box (15)
The control box contains the control unit and elec-
tric components.
Main fuse (16)
A main fuse is installed in the electric system to
protect the system against overload. If the main
fuse blows, it must be replaced. See section RE-
PLACING THE MAIN FUSE.

THE FIRST DRIVE WITH THE
ELECTRIC WAREHOUSE TROLLEY
The rst time you drive the electric warehou-
se trolley, you should drive without any load
and in a place with plenty of room, preferably
on a at and rm surface without obstacles.
When you are familiar with manoeuvring the
electric warehouse trolley on at surfaces,
you should practice driving with one hand as
well as driving over and around obstacles,
such as driving over kerbs and ramps. As
you become more comfortable with mano-
euvring the electric warehouse trolley, you
can drive with fastened goods. Further de-
scription of the driving can be read in the
below section.
Only when you are fully familiar with the
operation and manoeuvring of the electric
warehouse trolley in the above-mentioned
different scenarios, the trolley can be used
for daily work.
DRIVING THE ELECTRIC
WAREHOUSE TROLLEY
Before driving the electric warehouse trolley,
it is user’s responsibility to check that the
warehouse trolley including the EasyGo Pre-
mium motor is not damaged. If the trolley’s
user manual prescribes additional checks
before use, it is the user’s responsibility to
check these items. It is also the user’s re-
sponsibility to ensure that the trolley is pro-
perly loaded if driving with goods and that
the goods have been properly fastened.
It is the user’s responsibility not to drive in
areas that exceed the permitted driving cha-
racteristics of the electric warehouse trolley.
If the user becomes unsafe while driving,
bring the trolley to a stop by releasing or
moving the throttle lever back to its home
position.
1. Before the trolley can be driven, the char-
ger must be disconnected. This is done by
turning off the power outlet in which the
charger is connected, and pull the charger’s
charging plug out of the electric warehouse
trolley’s charging socket. Before the charger
is
disconnected, make sure that the charger’s
LED lights up green, which means that the
EasyGo Premium motor’s batteries are fully
charged.
2. Insert the key in the key switch and turn it
a quarter turn clockwise. When on, the sta-
tus light will be permanently on and a line in
the battery meter will show the actual cur-
rent level of the batteries.
If the status light is ashing, this refers to a
certain error code. See, common reasons for
error messages below, and check whether
one of those is the reason for the error. If not,
see the section about TROUBLESHOOTING.
3. If you try to turn on with the motor disen-
gaged: To reset, turn off the electric ware-
house trolley, deactivate the disengagement
and switch it on again.
4. The throttle lever keeps being activated
while turning on the electric warehouse trol-
ley: To reset this error, release the throttle le-
ver, turn of the EasyGo Premium motor, wait
for 5 seconds and switch on again.
5. The electric warehouse trolley is switched
on with the charger connected: To reset, turn
off the electric warehouse trolley, disconnect
the charger, and the electric warehouse trol-
ley can be switched on again.
6. Set the maximum driving speed using the
rotary knob for speed setting: It is recom-
mended always to start at ’MIN’, when star-

ting to drive and then increase the speed as
needed.
7. While driving, set the maximum speed so
that it suits your walking speed. This helps to
achieve a smother drive where the throttle
lever can be kept fully activated.
8. For driving, activate the right and left side
throttle lever for forward or reverse drive.
The harder the throttle lever is pressed the
faster the electric warehouse trolley dri-
ves. When the throttle lever is released or
brought back to its home position, the trolley
is decelerated to a stop. For controlled stop
bring the throttle lever gradually back to its
home position.
9. Changing quickly between the two driving
directions will result in a harder braking than
usual. Be especially careful with high and/or
heavy loads.
10. If the safety button is activated while
driving backwards, the electric warehou-
se trolley will brake heavily and drive a bit
forward. This is a safety precaution to pre-
vent the user from being squeezed between
the trolley and e.g. a wall. To be able to drive
afterwards, the throttle lever must be relea-
sed and reactivated.
11. To turn while driving, turn the wheel of
the vehicle, like if the EasyGo Premium mo-
tor had not been mounted.
12. When the electric warehouse trolley is
brought to a stop, the motor’s parking brake
will automatically be activated after approx.
3 seconds. When the brake is enabled, you
hear small click. The parking brake will auto-
matically switch off, when the throttle lever
is activated for driving.
13. After use, switch off the electric ware-
house trolley by turning the key a quarter
turn counterclockwise. It is recommended
always to remove the key and take it with you
when leaving the trolley to secure against
unauthorized use.
14. Always connect the charger after use.
For a detailed description of charging, see
the section CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS.
15. If you want to drive manually without
using the motor, this can be disengaged
using the disengagement lever. This may, for
example, be relevant if you run out of power.
Always remember to deactivate the disenga-
gement after it has been used, as the brake
is also released when the motor is disenga-
ged. When the disengagement is activated,
the user must be aware of the surface being
driven on and ensure that there is no risk of
the trolley rolling away.

The below charging instructions apply to
the supplied standard charger, Mascot Type
2440. Charging must take place in dry and
frost-free environment with good ventilation.
If charging is carried out at temperatures
below 10°C, reduced mileage must be expe-
cted.
WARNING! During charging, explosive gas
may be generated under certain circumstan-
ces. Never charge near ignition sources and
ensure good ventilation.
Only use the supplied charger, Mascot
Type 2440, or a charger approved by the
manufacturer. When using a charger other
than the standard charger, the indications
and charging time described below may be
different. Always read the user manual that
comes with the charger in question. Use
of other chargers not approved by the ma-
nufacturer may result in damage to the ele-
ctric systems with the risk of explosion and/
or re.
CONNECTING AND DISCONNECTING
THE CHARGER:
1. Switch off the electric warehouse trolley
with the key switch (3) before charging.
2. Connect the charger plug (17) to the char-
ging socket (7) on the electric warehouse
trolley’s control panel.
3. Insert the charger plug (18) in a wall
socket and switch the wall socket on.
NOTE: For safety reasons, the EasyGo Premi-
um motor is designed so that it cannot run
when the charger is connected.
4. When the charger is connected, the lamp
on the charger rst lights up ORANGE, which
indicates that there is less than 80% power
on the battery. When the battery is +80%
charged, the lamp lights up YELLOW. When
the charging is complete and the battery is
fully charged, the lamp lights up GREEN, and
the electric warehouse trolley is ready for
use.
5. To be able to use the electric warehouse
trolley, the charger must be disconnected.
To disconnect the charger, switch off the
power outlet, then remove the charger plug
(17) from the charging socket (7) from the
throttle box. Follow the section DRIVING IN-
STRUCTIONS for use of the electric warehou-
se trolley.
When the battery is fully charged, the char-
ger maintains the charge with a very low
current. This ensures that the battery is kept
fully charged and helps to extend the batte-
ry life. Therefore, always remember to switch
off the electric warehouse trolley and con-
nect the charger after use. This also applies

if the electric warehouse trolley is not to be
used for a longer period.
BATTERY AND CHARGING TIME
The batteries are maintenance-free. That is,
they are sealed and should not be checked
for acidity. Always make sure to connect the
charger, when the electric warehouse trolley
is not in use. This helps to extend the bat-
tery life.
Usually, it takes 6 hours to fully charge the
batteries. If the batteries are completely at,
the charging may take longer. Avoid running
the batteries completely at as this signi-
cantly shortens the battery life. The batteri-
es slowly lose power if the electric warehou-
se trolley is unused. The loss is 10-20% per
month depending on climate conditions and
the condition of the batteries.
If you experience that the electric warehou-
se trolley can no longer run as far as befo-
re or lacks traction, this may be due to the
batteries being worn out and having to be
replaced. The battery is a wear part, which
may need to be replaced approx. every third
year. For replacing of batteries, contact the
dealer of the electric warehouse trolley.
Handle the batteries carefully. Take care not
to bump corners or do not let the wrapping
get in contact with sharp or pointed objects.
The batteries contain large amounts of ener-
gy. Short-circuiting or damage of the batteri-
es may result in explosion and risk of death.
The batteries must only be replaced by trai-
ned staff. Never attempt to charge damaged
batteries!
If the batteries are punctured, and you come
into contact with the gel-like acid in the bat-
teries, remove any contaminated clothing
and wash skin thoroughly with soap and wa-
ter. In case of subsequent eczema or rash,
seek medical advice. In case of contact with
eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water
and seek medical advice.
Waste or defective batteries must be colle-
cted and recycled in accordance with regu-
lations laid down by the local environmental
authorities. Possible waste from defective
batteries must be collected and disposed of
in accordance with local regulations.
Disassembly and repair of the EasyGo Pre-
mium motor must only be performed by a
technically knowledgeable and trained per-
son.
The EasyGo Premium motor is virtually main-
tenance-free. For long and trouble-free ope-
ration, it is recommended that the following
be done at least every 6 months:
• Tighten wheel and bolt joints
• Check tires for damage and wear
• Check cables and throttle box for damage
and wear.
Replace parts as needed
The gearbox is lled with grease from the
factory, and is intended to last for the entire
motor life.
The batteries are sealed and maintenan-
ce-free. The life of the batteries depends a
lot on the usage pattern and the climate in
