5. INSTALLING RAZER SYNAPSE 3 FOR YOUR RAZER CYNOSA CHROMA
Step 1: Connect your Razer device to t he USB port of your computer.
Step 2: Inst all Razer Synapse 3 when prompted* or download the inst aller from
razerzone.com/ synapse3.
Step 3: Register for a Razer ID or log in w it h an existing account .
*Applicable for Window s 8 or later.

Funct ion Keys
Features Description
The audio volume controls allow you t o mute ( ),
decrease ( ) and increase ( ) t he audio out put .
The media keys allow you t o play/ pause ( ) a track or
skip t racks backward ( ) and forward ( ).
The backlight control keys allow you to decrease ( )

while the computer is idle.

ON- THE- FLY M ACRO RECORDING (PC)
Follow these st eps t o create an OTF Macro Recording:
1. Press t he key combination t o st art recording.
2. The Macro Recording Indicator w ill light up to show that t he device is ready to record.
3. Type in t he keys you w ant to record.
4. Press t he key combination t o st op the recording or the ESCkey t o cancel recording. The
Macro Recording Indicat or w ill st art blinking to show t hat t he device has st opped recording
and is ready to save the macro.
5. Press t he desired key w here you want t o save your macro.
GAM ING M ODE (PC)
The Gaming Mode disables t he Window s Key function to avoid accident al usage. Furthermore, you
can maximize the effect of Anti- Ghost ing by activating the Gaming Mode funct ion. You can also
choose to disable the Alt + Tab and Alt + F4 functions by changing t he Gaming Mode set tings in
Razer Synapse 3. An indicator w ill light up w hen Gaming Mode is act ive.

The Synapse tab is your default tab when you first launch Razer Synapse 3.

The Dashboard subt ab is an overview of your Razer Synapse 3 w here you can access all your Razer
devices, modules, and online services.
