TIPS
The extruding pipe contains a plastic washer that can be removed for cleaning.
The washer must be replaced after cleaning, otherwise the appliance will not
operate properly.

The home appliance only be used following the instructions explained in this operating manual.
Any improper use can generate hazards and/or damage to people or things.
UNPACKING, ASSEMBLY
OPERATING MANUAL
Paper and carton materials of this home appliance are recyclable.
Do not deposit the package in the common garbage or litter in the environment.
Packages must be disposed and separated by material as per the rules in your local area order to
ensure the recycling process of raw materials.
Contact your Municipality or authorized garbage dump centr for related and more detailed
information.
This home appliance conforms to the law relating to the recycling of packaging for consumption
goods through the National Packaging Consortium.
PACKAGING DISPOSAL
ATTENTION: RISK SUFFOCATION
Don't allow children or people with restricted physical abilities to play with the packaging
materials. Plastic bags and polystyrene parts represent a real suffocation danger!
Remove the home appliance and all accesories from the box.
Remove the device and any respective accesories from the plastic envelopes, carton packages
and/or polystyrene parts.
It is suggested to keep the original packages for at least 30 days after the purchase in the event
you will need to repackage the device.
Before each use, remove all packaging material and wash any removable component which will
come in contact with food (as shown in the “CLEANING AND MANTAINANCE” section.)
Make sure that all parts are completely dry before reassembling the device.
Assemble the device as shown in this operating manual.
Ensure that the device is complete with all the accessorizes, and that it doesn't present
abnormalities, failures or damage.
If the device is missingparts or shows clear aesthetic damages due to collisions or shipping
damage, do not insert the power plug in the socket. Contact customer support for further
instructions.

GENERAL SAFETY RULES
ATTENTION: RISK OF ELECTROCUTION.
• Do not attempt to open, disassemble, or modify the home appliance. Inside the device are
dangerous tensions or high voltage electric current. Do not dismantle, do not open, do not try to
repair the home appliance by yourself, not even after the warranty period.
• Do not use the product for purposes/uses different from what is displayed in this operating
manual.
• Make sure that the voltage of the socket corresponds to the voltage shown on the home
appliance's label. If there is no correspondence between what is indicated on the home
appliance's label and the system of the place where it will be used do not insert the plug in the
socket.
• Do not leave the home appliance unattended during use or leave switched off while plugged
into the power socket.
• Use this home appliance only for domestic use and not professional use.
• This home appliance is not adapted to be used by groups, mutual companies, or other situations
however similar to a professional use.
• If possible, avoid using extension cords or power strips with this device. If this is unavoidable use
extension leads in keeping with the European's instructions of the shortest length possible.
• It is important to make sure that the cables section and the maximum absorption allowed are
compatible and well proportionate to the device to connect.
• Do not use more than one extension leads connected among each other.
• Do not handle or use home appliances with wet hands.
• Before cleaning the home appliance, always unplug from the socket.
• Remove the plug from the socket when the appliance is not in use.
• Switch off the device before removing the plug from the socket.
• Remove the plug from the socket by holding it firmly and not by pulling it from the cable.
• The voltage shown on the label of the product is present until the product itself remains
connected to the socket.

external timer or additional remote monitoring systems.

ATTENTION: RISK OF ELECTROCUTION
Keep away from water! Do not immerse hands in liquid to retrieve the device without having
before removed the plug from the socket. Do not use home appliances close to bins containing
liquids, taps, sinks, bathtubs, etc.
• Do not immerse the device into water or any other liquid. Do not wet the plug. Do not use the
device if it is accidentally wet or even just dampen. Do not wash the home appliance with water.
• If the home appliance accidentally falls into water or other liquids, with dry hands immediately
extract the plug from the power socket.
• If the home appliance will get in contact with water or other liquids, do not insert the plug into
the socket and do not reuse the home appliance before having it checked by an authorized
assistance center point. Noncompliance of this precaution is the cause of dangerous electric
shocks with very serious consequences.
• We will not be considered responsible for damages caused, both to the user and to third party, in
case of incorrect handling or wrong use and/or different from what explained in this operating
manual.
• The utilization of non-original accessorizes might cause damages to third party or to the user and
compromise the functionality of the home appliance itself.
• The utilization of the device with not original accessorizes or not correctly assembled invalidates
the warranty of the product.
• An incorrect and inaccurate use may damage the device and cause damage to the user.
• Do not hold and lift the home appliance by the cable.
• Never twist, kink or wrap the cord around the appliance as this may cause the cord insulation to
weaken and split, particularly where it enters the unit.
• Avoid the home appliance's electric cable to get in contact with sharp rough edges.
• Absolutely do not use the home appliance if:
- It is damaged
- The cable or the plug are damaged
- It fallen

- It fell in water (even if then it dried)
• In these cases it is necessary to contact an authorized assistance point center for a checkup, and

• Avoid using the home appliance in presence of solvents and or paints, in a corrosive and
explosive atmosphere, in presence of dust or sawdust, risk of fire and explosion.
• In the case the home appliance will show malfunctioning or abnormalities at the first start,
switch if off immediately and contact an authorized assistance point center.
• Do not use the home appliance in external environments like for instance: colonnade, terraces,
gazebos, balconies, granaries, stables, cattle sheds or similar.
• This unit has been permanently lubricated and requires no further oiling.

WARNING AND SAFETY RULES
ATTENTION: FIRE HAZARD
To avoid overheating, do not cover the appliance while in use.
ATTENTION: RISK OF CUTTING
• Moving mechanical parts! Take care and use caution while handling the device.
• Avoid contacting any part while in operation. Keep hands, hair, clothing, spatulas and other
utensils away from the parts during operation.
• Do not touch the parts, especially when the appliance is plugged in to wall outlet.
• Never reach into the appliance with your fingers or an object while the appliance is running.
• If the parts get stuck, unplug the appliance before you remove the ingredients that block the
blades.
• Please contact the Assistance point if maintenance is needed during using. Do not disassemble
by yourself.
• Please check the power cord, plug, mixing bowl, mixing axle and other detachable parts for
damage. Please stop using and contact the Assistance if any damage. Do not disassemble and
repair by yourself, to avoid danger.
• Be sure the detachable parts are assembled to right position before connecting the power, to
avoid danger.
• Do not use the microwave to disinfect components to prevent deformation and damage.
• Do not put the product into water or other liquid, nor rinse it with water or other liquids.
• Do not clean the product with steel wool, abrasive cleaners
• or corrosive liquids.
• Do not exposure this product to sunlight, in order to avoid the discoloration of appearance.
• Do not disassemble or alter this product by yourself.
• Do not heat any part of this product.

2. DISASSEMBLE INSTRUCTIONS
2.1. Disassemble steps
Turn off the machine and disconnect the power before disassembling.
1. Unscrew the disc nut in a counterclockwise direction to remove the disc.
2. Remove the extruding axle and extruding head.
3. Press the top cover hook, lift the end surface of top cover, and remove it.

5. Remove the mixing axle.
4. Remove the extruding pipe.
6. Remove the mixing bowl.

3. ASSEMBLE INSTRUCTIONS
3.1. Assembly Steps
Turn off the machine and disconnect the power before assembling.
1. Mount mixing bowl on body. Insert mixing axle into exposed motor shaft in mixing bowl while
alligning to the hexagon hole. lf it is crooked, rotate the mixing axle slightlt to successfully install.
2. Insert the extruding pipe on the mixing bowl.
3. Insert the extruding axle.

4. Insert the extruding head.
5. Tighten the disc nut in a clockwise direction.

6. Insert top cover into housing with bayonet pointing to hole infront of mixing bowl. Press it down,
finish assembly with a click sound.

4. USAGE METHODS
4.1. Choosing a disc

Be sure to tighten the disc nut avoid affecting making noodles.
The pasta extruding time is related to the shape of discs. Due to the small hole of thin spaghetti,
it is a normal phenomenon that need about 3 minutes for extruding before noodles come out.
ATTENTION: During operation it is possible to change the extruding discs ONLY after switch OFF
the pasta maker.

5. INSTRUCTION FOR USE
5.1. BUTTON OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
“Confirm/Cancel”
Connecting to the power, the machine will have beep sound, and displays “----”.
Pressing any function button, displays “ON”, the machine will enter standby mode.
If no any action within 60 seconds, the machine will enter standby mode.
The machine will stop working and standby if press the “confirm/cancel” during the working
process.
“Chewy Noodle, Fast Noodle, Dumpling Wrapper”
Sellect the function and the indicator will blink under standby mode, press “CONFIRM/CANCEL”
button, the machine start to work, and it will stop automatically after extrusion finished, this
progress will take around 15 minutes. It will display “OFF” after this progress and alert.
“Extrude”
After automatically function finished, if there are some dough left in the mixing bowl, please
press “Extrude” function to extrude the remained dough. The countdown time for “Manual”
function is 5 minutes.
Do not use this function before water and flour are mixed well.
Otherwise may cause malfunction, affecting the life of the machine.

5.2. Measuring ingredients
Reference table for flour and water ratio:
“Knead”
If only need to mix the dry flour with water, please press “Knead” button, and press “confirm/
cancel” button, the machine will knead the dough for 4 minutes, and the ready dough can be took
out from the machine after it stopped.
This product can intelligent identify the hardness of mixing flour and water. It is a normal
phenomenon that the mixing axle will repeatedly reverse in the working process. If the digital
display indicates “E1” after repeatedly reversing, please check whether the flour is too dry or some
foreign bodies inside.
If no foreign bodies inside, please add proper amount of water and choose “Extrude” function after
two minutes' mixing. If it still cannot work normal, we suggest disconnecting the power and clean
flours in disc and check whether it is blocked by flours or other bodies.
Please reconnect the power and continue to use, if it still displays “E1”, please contact the
Assistance for maintenance.
Do not add any non-liquid foreign body except flour during the working process. (Eggs are required
mixing with water.)
Do not open the top cover, unscrew the disc nut to open the fastening plate or touch the mixing
axle by hand in the working process, to avoid accident.

Eggs liquid must be mixed with water before using.
The Ultrathin Spaghetti water added amount needs 10ml more than standard, as the holes on this
disc are very small, it will need 2-3 minutes more to be normal extruding.
The maximum amount of dry flour is 480g (three cups), water added amount is 160ml (±10ml
deviation according to flourhumidity).
The minimum amount of dry flour is 160g (one cup),water added amount is 60ml (±5ml deviation
according to flourhumidity).
Carefully add flour and water in accordance with the recommended amount in reference table.
Otherwise the noodle is too dry or too wet, can cause parts damaged.
Do not kneading dough before ensuring the flour and water are mixed uniform when use manual
function, in case the discs' holes are blocked by dry flour, which will lead to parts damaged.

5.3. Noodle making process
1. Open the top cover
2. Measuring flour:
Measuring standard: As shown in Figure B, please use the cleaning scraper lever the flour.
The flour quantity is subject te flat cups. Figure A is excessive, it is forbidden

Please put the water measuring cup on the flat table, check the scale line from a horizontal
viewing, Figure A is forbidden
This product with intelligent control program; it will stop automatically after a noodle-made
period. If you want to continue to use, please waiting for 20-30minutes, until the motor is cool,
this method helps to extend the product life.
It is forbidden to use beyondcapacity.
Be sure to operate in strict accordance with recommended ratio of flour and water.
Abnormal failure caused by not operating according to manual is out of the scope of warranty.

4. Pour flour into the mixing bowl
5. Insert the top cover to the right place in body. Connect to power;
Press the function button and press “confirm/cancel” button. When the mixing axle start moving,
pour proper amount of water into mixing bowl, according to the ratio of flour and water in
reference table.
6. After about 10 minutes, the machine alarm, noodles making are finished automatically.
ATTENTION: Do not use blended vegetables blended, only juice.
TIPS
The holes in top cover cannot be choked, must be able to drip water slowly.
Please mix eggs together with water to measure when making egg noodles.
Do not add egg liquids into flour directly.

6. CLEANING METHOD
1. Disassemble all the parts, keep aside dry in the open air.
2. Use the cleaning scraper to clean the mixing bowl after it’s dry
3. Use the cleaning scraper to clean the mixing axle after it’s dry
4. Use the cleaning scraper needles to clean the extruding discs after it’s dry
ATTENTION: Do not clean all the parts immediately after using, put aside in the open air or in
refrigerator around 2 hours, then it will be much easier to clean with cleaning scraper.

7. F.A.Q.
1. Pasta maker cannot connect to power.
The plug off or poor contact.
2. Pasta maker does not extrude noodles.
Put too much water: Take out the dough in mixing bowl, tear it as little peanut size, add proper
amount of flour, andpress Extrude function.
Put too little water: Take out the using extruding discs, replaced with a new disc, add proper
amount of water, and press extrude function.
3. What kind of noodles can we make?
We provide 13 different discs, which can make 13 differentshapes of noodles. You can also add
egg or juice to makedifferent flavors of noodles.
4. How to deal with the overmuch remaining dough?
The dough is too wet, or flour is damp. Please make sure flour is stored in dry vessel. Make
noodles again after adjusting the water amount according to reference table of flour andwater
ratio.
Have not cleaned mixing bowl, mixing axle and extruding disc before using. Please make sure
the related parts are dry.
Adding water in wrong order or using wrong flour.
5. How to use flour measuring cup correctly?
Scoop full of flour by flour cup. Use the cleaning scrapers crapes off the excess flour on the top
of cup. That is a cup of flour (For 1-2 people, around 160g).
6. Noodles burr or crack?
The noodles have more burrs or cracks at the beginning and at the end of extruding, because
of mixing reason. Add eggs or proper amount of cooking oil, noodles can be smooth.
If you have enough time, you can tear the noodles as little peanut size dough and put them
back to mixing bowl. Then press Extrude function, extruding the dough again. The more times
of repeating, the more smooth and chewy noodles.
7. Not convenient to clean discs?
After the flour in disc dry, knock it on hard surface, flour will fall off automatically.

8. How to successfully make noodles?
Use our flour measuring cup and water measuring cup to hold flour and liquids. The proportion
of flour and liquid must be in strict accordance with the instruction.
First pour flour into mixing bowl, cover the top cover, after machine running, slowly and evenly
pour the liquids from the holes on the top cover.
9. Any requirement for using flour?
We recommend use middle or high gluten flour.
10. There is a small amount of flour remaining after finishing making, how to
deal with it?
First turn off the machine, take out the remaining dough and put them together. After put the
dough back to mixing bowl, press “Extrude” button, the machine will continue to extrude noodles.
11. Noodles are hot when come out, they will stick together, how to deal with it?
After noodles come out, sprinkle some flours, can make noodles chewier, and not easy to stick
together.
Please cut noodles in proper length.
12. Why noodles will break?
In most case, it is because there is not enough water. Please add water in strict accordance
with the instructions proportion.
