Battery back-up operation
• This clock radio is equipped with
a time keeping system that is
powered with battery (CR2032)
(not included). The power failure
protection circuit will not operate
unless battery is installed.
• When normal household power
is interrupted, or AC line cord
is unplugged, the battery will
power the clock radio to keep
track of time and alarm settings
programmed into memory.
• Normal operation will resume after
AC power is restored so you will not
have to reset the time or the alarm.
Note: It is recommended to replace the
batteries at least once per year even if
no power failures have occurred.
To install the battery:
1. Remove the screw on the battery
door at the bottom of the unit.
2. Slide the battery door in the
direction shown below.
3. Take note on the battery polarity
and place a CR2032 battery inside.
4. Replace the battery door and install
the screw.
Power failure indicator
If you have not installed the button
cell battery in the product, or the
battery runs out while AC power is
disconnected, the clock and alarm
settings will be lost. After AC power
is reconnected, the time 12:00 will be
shown on the LCD screen to indicate
that power was interrupted and you
should readjust the time settings.

Set clock manually
1. Press and hold MODE until the year
flashes on the display.
2. Press /to set the value. The
value increases or decreases quickly
when you press and hold the
button.
3. Press MODE to confirm. Repeat step
2 to set month, day, 12H/24H, hour
and minute.
4. To save and exit the date and time
setting mode, press MODE.
Select daylight saving
This convenient feature provides a
simple way to change your clock when
daylight savings time starts or ends.
1. Press and hold to toggle
between daylight saving on and off.
2. A shows on the display when
you turn on the daylight saving
time.
Display brightness
• Slide the DIMMER switch to adjust
the desired brightness level.

Listening to the radio
To turn on or off radio:
• Press to turn on/off the radio.

The selected radio band icon lights
on the display.
To tune frequency:
• Use the tuning knob to tune the
frequency. The selected frequency
shows on the display.
FM Antenna
This unit is equipped with an FM
antenna at the back. Uncoil the antenna
to its full length for best reception. Tape
the end of the antenna onto the wall if
possible to improve reception.
AM antenna
A built-in ferrite rod antenna eliminates
the need for an outside antenna for
AM reception. Rotating the unit slightly
may improve reception of distant AM
stations.
Set wake time
1. Press and hold AL. TIME until the
hour of alarm 1 flashes and
lights on the display.
2. Press /to set the value. The
value increases or decreases quickly
when you press and hold the
button.
3. Press AL. TIME to confirm and
move to minute.
4. Press /to set the value. The
value increases or decreases quickly
when you press and hold the
button.
5. Press AL. TIME to confirm. Press
/to select weekday settings
as follows:
1-1: Once per week
1-5: Monday to Friday
1-7: Whole week
6-7: Saturday and Sunday
6. Press AL. TIME to confirm. Hour of
alarm 2 will flash and will
light on the display. Repeat step 2
to 5 to set alarm 2.
Select the wake source
You may wake to the radio or buzzer.
1. Set a wake time (refer to the above
instructions).
2. Press AL. 1 or AL. 2 to
select wake by radio ( ) or wake by
buzzer ( ).
Disable the wake function
• Press AL. 1 or AL. 2 until
no corresponding wake icon ( 1,
2, 1, 2) shows on the display.
Stop the Alarm Sounding
To silence the wake function
momentarily:
• Press SNOOZE/SLEEP. The wake
icon ( 1, 2, 1 or 2) will flash
and the alarm will sound again
when the snooze period (9 minutes)
is over. Snooze function can be used
repeatedly up to 30 minutes. After
this, the wake function will turn off
until the next day.
To stop the wake function:
• Press , AL. 1 or
AL. 2 . The alarm will be on
again the following day or the
next week, depends on the alarm
weekday settings.
Sleep function
To set the sleep time:
1. When listening to radio, press
SNOOZE/SLEEP repeatedly to cycle
among the sleep time available
(90min, 60min, 30min and 15min).
When you first set the sleep time,
the sleep time is default to 90 min.
2. When the desired sleep time is
selected, release SLEEP and wait for
about 5 seconds, the sleep time is
now set. The icon SLP lights on the
display.
To change sleep time:
• Press SLEEP repeatedly to select
another sleep time.
To cancel the sleep mode:
• Press to cancel the sleep mode.
To select line in mode:
1. Connect your auxiliary source (e.g.
mp3 player) to the LINE IN jack at
the back of the unit with an audio
cable (not supplied).
2. If necessary, press to turn on the
unit. Adjust the auxiliary player
to mid-range volume and adjust
the master volume on the unit.
Do not turn the volume of the
auxiliary player too high as this may
affect the sound quality. For other
playback operations, control them
on your auxiliary player.

Presione /para seleccionar
las configuraciones de los días de la
semana de la forma siguiente:
1-1: Una vez por semana
1-5: lunes a viernes

La hora de alarma 2 parpadeará y
se iluminaré en la pantalla.
Repita el paso 2 a 5 para establecer
la alarma 2.
Función dormir
Para establecer la hora para dormir:
1. Cuando esté escuchando el
radio, presione SNOOZE/SLEEP
alternativamente para circular entre
el tiempo para dormir disponible
(90min, 60min, 30min y 15min).
Cuando usted establece por primera
vez la hora para dormir, la hora
para dormir es ajustada en forma
predeterminada a 90 minutos.
2. Cuando el tiempo para dormir
deseado sea seleccionado, suelte
SLEEP y espere unos 5 segundos, el
tiempo para dormir está establecido
ahora. El icono SLP se ilumina en la
pantalla.
Para cambiar la hora para dormir:
• Presione SLEEP repetidamente para
seleccionar otra hora para dormir.
Para cancelar el modo dormir:
• Presione para cancelar el modo
dormir.
Para seleccionar el modo entrada
de línea:
1. Coloque su fuente auxiliar (por
ejemplo reproductor MP3) al
receptáculo LINE IN en la parte
posterior de la unidad con un cable
de audio (no suministrado).
2. Si es necesario, presione para
encender la unidad. Ajuste el
reproductor auxiliar a un volumen
de rango medio y ajuste el volumen
maestro en la unidad. No suba el
volumen del reproductor auxiliar
demasiado alto ya que esto puede
afectar la calidad del sonido. Para
otras operaciones de reproducción,
contrólelas en su reproductor
auxiliar.

Un proyector de la hora está ubicado al
lado izquierdo de la unidad. La hora del
reloj puede ser proyectada sobre techos
o paredes en un entorno obscurecido
para fácil referencia. La distancia entre
el proyector y las superficies proyectadas
deberá estar en un rango de 3 a 9 pies
(aproximadamente 1 a 3 m 99.
Gire el FOCUS para ajustar el enfoque
de la imagen proyectada.
Presione PROJECTION ON/OFF para
encender o apagar el proyector.
Para girar la imagen proyectada,
