(1). Check all of the parts
Aluminum rod :
38.5 cm X 2
25.5 cm X 2
19 cm X 2
16 cm X 2
Aluminum base plate X 1
Taper screw X 32
Flat screw X 4
Plastic pad X 4
L-shape block X 16
Straight washer X 34
Black straight washer X 2

(2). Recognize the parts. (3). Start the base assembly.
19 cm aluminum rod
Insert 2 straight washer
Plastic pad with flat screw
Taper screw
L-shale block
Black straight washer
Straight washer

(4). Combination base parts. (5). Finish the base assembly.
25.5 cm aluminum rod
L-shape block with straight washer with taper screw X 4 sets.
19 cm aluminum rod

(6). For prevent scrap, pre-installed the plastic pad on the holder’s base.
Plastic pad with flat screw
with straight washer X 4 sets Installed on the holder’s base

(7). Start to assembly the hanger part
19 cm aluminum rod
16 cm aluminum rod
L-shape block with straight
washer with taper screw X 8 sets
Insert all the 8 screw sets
into the 19 cm aluminum rod

(8). Assembly the hanger part with main aluminum rod
Main aluminum rod 38.5 cm X 2 Finish assembly hanger
with main aluminum rod
Note : this step must be decided the hanger screw height for fit your robots

(9). Connection base part with main aluminum rod
L-shape block with black
straight washer with taper
screw X 2 sets

(10). Finish the holder frame assembly

(11). Install the aluminum base plate
Remove the 4 plastic pad and
flat screw sets Install the aluminum base plate
and then re-screw the plastic pad
and flat screws
