CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Please observe the following instructions to clean the vacuum cleaner regularly
to maintain its best performance. Before you start cleaning, you must turn off the
power and unplug the charger cord.
Main Body Maintenance
• Please use a dry soft cloth to wipe off the dirt on the machine body.
• If the dirt is difficult to remove, diluted neutral detergent can be placed on the
cloth. Wipe off the dirt with a soft damp cloth.
• Please do not use any chemical thinner, benzene, spray including abrasives etc.
to clean the unit.
Nozzle and Dust Container Maintenance
• Please clean the parts with a dry soft cloth.
• Dispose of the accumulated dust in the Dust Container regularly. Wash the

Using a small, soft bristled paint brush, carefully sweep
all surface debris/dust from Outer Filter screen and
pleated surface of EPA Filter until clean.
Periodic washing of both Filters is required to remove
fine surface dust. Carefully rinse filters in water. Ensure
all parts are completely dry before reassembly.
Do Not use a “stiff” brush to clean the surface of the Outer or EPA
Pleated Filter. This action may cause damage to the filters.
Never machine wash or dry the Outer Filter and/or EPA Filter.

• Use scissors to cut the tangled hair or string on the Bristle Brush.
• White end cap on brushroll end MUST be free of hair and rotate freely by
hand after cleaning or the brushroll should be replaced. If not, unit will
automatically shut itself off and the LED will flash “RED” for about 10
seconds showing the over-load circuit protection has been activated.
3. Install the Brush
• Please install the Bristle Brush in the reverse order it was removed. Placing
the black “drive end” in 1st followed by the white end cap end.
• Ensure that the brush cover is securely attached, and the Bristle Brush

MAINTENANCE ON CONSUMABLE ITEMS
There are several vacuum cleaner components that are defined as consumable
items and are not covered under the limited 1 year warranty of this vacuum
cleaner. The cost to replace these consumable items are the owner’s respon-
sibility and can be purchased from the ReadiVac website. These items should
be replaced as needed; they will wear out. Good maintenance will allow the
unit to run at peak performance. These items include the Brushroll Assembly,
EPA Filter Assembly, Outer Filter Housing and Duster Brush Attachment.
