should service them.

LIMITED WARRANTY:
For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, ReadiVac®will repair or replace, at its option, for the original purchaser,
any part or parts of its ReadiVac® vacuum found upon examination to be defective in materials or workmanship.

All warranty returns require a ReadiVac approved copy submitted to ReadiVac®either by email or paper copy of the original sales
receipt for the purchase which lists: date of purchase, the store (retailer) name, model name/number, and price paid. Please
include your name, full address (No P.O. Box), zip code, email, and phone number with a description of the problem with the unit.
The unit will be shipped back to you at no charge by ReadiVac®.
This limited warranty does not cover products which have been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper
maintenance or failure to operate in accordance with the ReadiVac®brand’s written instructions. This warranty applies to the use
of this ReadiVac®product in normal household conditions. Use of this ReadiVac®product in a commercial setting voids any stated
or implied warranty. Warranty does not include component consumables such as Filter, Dust Cup Flapper and Dusting Brush.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE
ReadiVac®VACUUM, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OF MER-
CHANTABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL ReadiVac®BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR
PUNITIVE DAMAGES (WHETHER INVOLVING PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR OTHER LOSS) ARISING
FROM OR RELATED TO, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE Read-
iVac®VACUUM, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF WARRANTY, STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER THEORY
OF LIABILITY.
