2The outer straps connect to the outer buckles, etc.
These saddle bags are specially designed for the Mini
rack to position the bags in a forward location thus
moving the weight forward for improved handling.
The bag is fitted with 3 sets of straps: the end straps,
the inner set & the outer set. Each set has a purpose:
a. The end straps hold the roll top closed for weather
protection
b. The inner set holds the bag in place against the
top tube & bottom tube in both open & closed
positions. The outer set wraps over the top tube to
provide redundant support & hold the bag in place.
c. The outer set wraps over the top tube to provide
redundant support & hold the bag in place. ote that
the inner set are sewn to the bag approximately 1
inch higher than the outer set

3Looking down on the RH side of the Mini rack
during installation...start by feeding the inner straps
through the daisy loops welded to the inside of the
top tubes, over the loop & downward toward the
lower tube. Feed the outer straps upwards behind the
top tube.

4After feeding the inner straps over the daisy & under
the lower tube, feed them into the inner buckles.
Leave them loose for the moment.

6Snug up both the inner & outer straps to pull the bag
against the tubes. It should look like this.

7A proper installation will allow the bag to remain in
an upright position when the bag is opened for
loading / unloading.
