RE_PROD_0008 Version 3 Page 7 of 18 Issue Date XX/12/2020
The SunRise contains high quality Power Conversion Equipment (PEC),
state of the art Lithium-Ion Phosphate Batteries and all is carefully
assembled by qualified technicians in our factory.
On the left hand side is the Sungrow SH5K-30
facing outwards and all the connections to it are on
the bottom side. Also in this area are the terminal
blocks that will communicate with the meter.
The middle area is where the batteries are located. A complete set will have
either 4 Pylontech or 6 RedEarth Lithium Batteries.
The terminals on the back panel and above the batteries are for the connection of the thermal relay
and the heat extraction fans.
Lithium Battery
Batteries are a critical part of the On-Grid system as they store
energy generated from the solar panels. This power can then be
utilised at times when solar energy is not available.
The battery bank has been sized to meet your requirements
according to your Load Profile and energy assessment.
The self managed LFP battery with internal BMS offers
you a safe lithium option for any solution that requires
reliability, ease of use and a product that outperforms
others.
Built to the highest quality standards, incorporating
components of exceptional reliability and durability, our Australian manufactured Troppo Series are
engineered to outperform and outlast its competitors.
Temperature Sensor
A temperature activated relay is positioned on the top left-hand side of the rear
panel as shown in the picture. This relay is connected to the fan also on the
rear and will turn them on once the set temperature is reached. In factory, the
dial is set to activate between the temperatures of 35⁰ and 40⁰ Celsius.
Fan
To help keep the inside of the BlackMax at an adequate temperature, a 230V
fan – activated by the temperature sensor – will push out the hot air and fresh
air will come in through the vents on the base.
