DF200GSX Assembly Guide
This go‐kart is suggested to assemble by professional mechanic only, Red Fox Powersports is
not responsible for any damage or accident occur before or during operation by improper
assembly.
1. Remove all outer cardboard box
2. Layout all parts
3. Install and charge the battery
4. Install Rear wheel

5. Install Front A‐arm and Shock

6. Install Front Wheel
7. Install Driver Seat

8. Install Passenger Seat

9. Install Steering Wheel

10. Install Wheel Fender

11. Install Upper Roll Cage (insert Bolt and nuts loose only, DO NOT tighten yet)

12. Install Front Carrier Rack (insert Bolt and nuts loose only, DO NOT tighten yet)

13. Install Rear Net

14. Install Rear Carrier Rack
